This is about their new stalls besides the hotel: Their restroom is full of dirt. It seems they didn’t clean for a few days before they clean it. The supervisor must overlook for it. No wonder there are many low star reviews in this place in terms of cleanliness. - The atmosphere of the place may look like historical vibes, but the environment over there doesn’t care much”. Very Disappointing.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located, just a short walk to the mall, the theme park, and even the market where you can buy your pasalubongs. The room is basic but clean, with a well-lit interior and hot and cold shower. However, it's a bit pricey compared to some of the newer hotels in the area. It can get quite noisy due to passing cars, especially at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Still, if you appreciate heritage and convenience, it’s worth considering.||

We stayed at Casa Vallejo a few times because it’s pet-friendly, strategically located, and there’s nice massage and spa+coffee shop and Hill Station restaurant in the same building. Plus, the breakfast is at Hill Station too. However, this hotel is far from perfect. The rooms are shabby and not so clean, the bathrooms are not maintained, there’s always a problem either with a leaking sink, shower, or a toilet bowl. The building is old and charming but expect zero soundproofing, especially on the road side. Also, they currently have some kind of construction under their windows in the back yard, so last time we stayed there it was terrible. We couldn’t sleep at all, they tried to move us from one room to another, promising it would be quieter but it didn’t work out. Shouldn’t they inform the guests in advance? We had a senior citizen with us so she had an awful time and doesn’t want to go back to Baguio anymore, thanks to casa Vallejo😅 The staff is mostly nice and friendly, but the cleaners are not trained well I think. They are too noisy in the corridors no matter what time it is. There was also one time I had bedbugs’ bites all over my arms and legs, and when I informed the receptionist, he said that maybe my dog has fleas. Seriously??? I’m addition, they constantly ‘ran out’ of slippers. Every month they would tell us the same. I mean, if you guys don’t wanna spend on slippers, please remove it from the booking info so people can bring their own slippers. Anyway, we’re never going back again, even if it means we leave our dog at home. We already found a better choice here in the area since we go to Baguio a few times a year.

I stayed here in February for a college exam and I’ve been seeing mixed reviews. For me, the room I received was very clean and spotless. The airconditioning was nice and the bedsheets seemed freshly washed. The en-suite bathroom was similarly spotless as well; No mold in sight and the water heater worked fine. Reception service was great, and we felt safe enough to leave our belongings in the reception area/ common area while waiting for our room to be available. Once in the room, I even deemed it clean enough that I studied on the floor of the room. Like really, it was very clean. My family are planning on staying there again this July. So I guess these other reviews simply had very different experiences.

The first and only challenge that i have in this property is the entry going to the parking area. It's very steep. However, this was compensated because the staff accommodated us well and provided an option, which is to use the parking exit instead. The room we had was awesome, basic necessities are included. Although, there were no available slippers at the time we were there but it's fine. You also have to request for the dental kit. We arrived very early, around 8am, and we were allowed to park our car and roam nearby while waiting for our check in time. We got tired a little early and came back to the hotel around 1130am, and I was very happy when they said that the previous guest already checked out and we can now use our room. This is very awesome because I was very tired from driving. There is no microwave in the room. However, the staff assisted us by heating our take out food and provided utensils as wel. Overall, what elevated our experience was the service provided to us. Special thanks to Sir JHONG for the very warm welcome. You are a true customer experience champion.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at across Asia in the $200 per night range. It was Holy Week, and every hotel in Baguio was fully booked. I knew the building was historic, so I expected it to be old. But having been to Hill Station — the restaurant and the spa inside the same building, both clean with good service — I thought I’d get at least a decent stay. I was wrong. The room? I won’t even get into the details — use your imagination. But the bathroom? Moldy. Grimy. Disgusting. It looked like no one had bothered to clean it in years. The definition of “clean” clearly doesn’t exist for their staff. As for the Wi-Fi? Nonexistent.

Room is quite clean. Shower has weak pressure and mahirap iadjust yung hot-cold mode. Love that they preserve the rustic cabin style. Best thing here is the location. Few steps away from SM and main Session Road. Environment is quite nice. Not too urban and surrounded by good cafes (Mimz, Hiraya, etc.). Tip: don't get the street side rooms as noise from passing vehicles can be disturbing.

My stay at Casa Vallejo Hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the hotel's location is truly a highlight. Situated in a charming area, it offers easy access to local attractions and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The building itself has a lot of character, with a historic feel that adds to the overall ambiance. Overall, Casa Vallejo Hotel has potential. With some upgrades in terms of Wi-Fi, bathroom maintenance, and latest check-out offerings, it could significantly improve the guest experience. While it's a decent place to stay for a short visit, there's room for growth to make it truly outstanding.
