Very delicious little family-owned restaurant. Super fresh and flavorful and good pricing. We tried the mole plate, a birria taco (REALLY yummy!), al pastor gordita, & pork tamale. Yummy salsas and good horchata! Will definitely eat here again next time I find myself in Provo.

We stopped by on our way in to an RV park not knowing the area at all. We were immediately greeted by the nicest man. I wish I’d caught his name. He answered questions and took our order at the counter. I got the impression he did the cooking as well because he disappeared and then brought our orders to the table. It was a great meal. I had a chicken smothered burrito and my husband had the birria plate. I wish we were going to be in town long enough to try more of the food. We will definitely stop the next time we come through. I almost forgot- the chips were warm and the salsa was delicious.

I had the torta with chorizo and horchata. The torta was great, the beans and cheese were a surprise to me but I did not mind it after trying it. Surprises like that don’t come often and I got to enjoy that here. Horchata was good but not the best. The horchata itself was warm and with the addition of ice made an unpleasant mixture of sometimes getting warm horchata and sometimes getting cold horchata. It made me think I had the weather phenomenon El Niño in a cup. I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I came in with high hopes with all the good reviews, but honestly I wasn’t very impressed. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty well-kept, but it’s pretty small. The food was fine, but nothing really stood out. I think I need to come back and try the tacos, but with so many Mexican restaurants around, it’s not a high priority for me.

We went to lunch at Casa Victoria with our kids since it's close by home. Parking was easy to find with enough open spots. The restaurant isn't very spacious inside but big enough for our big family. We ordered and then sat down and they brought our food to us. The workers were kind and helpful. I love that there was a salsa bar. Overall we loved the food but my chicken in my enchilada was cold and I feel like the food could use a little more flavor. My kids loved the cheese quesadillas and beans. The enchiladas were pretty good but again, needed a little more flavor. My favorite was the homemade corn tortillas. Overall pretty good. I will come again and try other things from the menu.

We had some tickets for the water park nearby, and we were hungry afterward. My wife wanted Mexican food, and I found this place. Absolutely wonderful! A “must see” for sure! If you’re in the area, or especially a local, you HAVE to check this place out - you won’t be disappointed! Órale!

Google
Local/individual owned Authentic Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is a remodeled small home with 5-6 tables. Wonderful people and excellent service. Chips and salsa are not free (just an FYI if you're used to having them while you wait) Food is mild in flavor. They have salsa, etc you can add (i wanted more spice in my chicken). The churro with ice cream was delicious!

Google
We are pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food because we get the best homemade stuff in our kitchen. This restaurant is the closest we’ve ever encountered to legit homemade specialties. They make their tortillas in house and all the food was very fresh and flavorful and clean. Top marks. Will be back to try probably most everything on the menu.

Yelp
Homemade tortillas, incredible birria, beans full of flavor, carne asada and a legit homey feeling atmosphere. I don't think I've had this level of authenticity before. We are so happy to have stumbled into this place after a recommendation from a friend. The staff was so nice and they got our food out pretty quickly even for being a small crew. We will be back many times.

Yelp
Don't be fooled by the 4 1/2 rating. This looks like a persons house that wants to cook for the neighborhood. Problem is the food is the worst Mexican food I've tasted. No flavor on chorizo or salsa. Beans were hard and under cooked. Caned drinks. If you like cheap, then this is your place . My girlfriend is Mexican and I know good food. and this ain't good.

Yelp
This is Mexico in Utah! Order from the register, get a Mexican Coca-Cola grab a burrito and meet heaven! I had the smothered Chili Verde Burrito Filled with pork, white beans, caso blanco, and chili sauce it is light, full of flavors and wrapped in a fresh made soft wheat tortillas to die for!! The tamales are corn-y and the chicken filling savory. What was that? The asada taco was fresh and the asada well cooked and seasoned. This will be my second A+ ever. So much good in an unassuming and unpretentious place.

Yelp
This place always delivers. They're genuine, friendly, and the food is very good too. If you're in the Provo vicinity, I encourage you to try them out.

Yelp
This is such a great authentic, cozy Mexican restaurant with real flavors. The staff was so kind and welcoming. As out of towners we were so happy to find a legit Mexican restaurant that was delicious. Asado plate 4.5/5 Enchillada plate w green sauce 4.5/5 great tangy sauce, the sour and cream was nourishing and delicious Mole plate 4.8/5 The chicken leg was incredible. Flan 5/5 Amazing texture, soft and perfect caramel sauce. Also not too sweet. Tacos The Al pastor and shrimp tacos were absolutely amazing. 5/5 so much flavor, amazing texture. Steak tacos 4/5, great flavor but a little tough Chicken tacos 2.5/5, unfortunately was pretty dry

Yelp
Not great Mexican food and will not be back. Chile Verde burrito lacked flavor and enchiladas were so so. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Yelp
In an an unassuming yet cozy little house you will find Casa Victoria Restaurante Mexicano. Behind the earthy tan exterior, the door opens to a colorful and bright haven where the ceramics bring together the hues of the happy walls. The staff warmly welcomes their customers and takes care of them like friends. Less familiar with Latin foods? No mind, they will help you through it without an ounce of condescension. The cluttered whiteboard menu leads to everything that grandma made back home, and you see faces like her grandchildren filling the seats. This felt like warm, comfort food. We loved everything from our birria nachos to the burrito, asada and pastor crispy tacos, and chile relleno chimichanga. There are so many options. I loved the jamaica too. Go by and check it out and enjoy some home cooked comfort.

Yelp
We just ate at Casa Victoria. I had the enchiladas and chili relleno. it was great! This is the third time there. We have been to other Mexican Restaurants and now we go there. You really need to try it. The family is very nice.

Yelp
Mexican food, and pretty solid. I wished they did pollo asado but instead they only had shredded roast chicken. They have a decent salsa bar but there is no pico de gallo. Overall the food was good, and we will come back again. The highlight of the experience? The service was lightning fast and they checked on us to make sure everything was great.

Rebecca W.

Yelp
Very authentic. Small dining area. Service was good. Our waitress was very sweet. Chicken Enchiladas and birria were both very good.

Mike H.

Yelp
I loved this place before but... Two weeks ago we stopped for lunch to eat burritos and I couldn't eat it. The beans had no flavor at all...none whatsoever. I left the restaurant with my plate on the table with the burrito barely touched. It was as if they cooked the beans and the meat (al pastor) with zero seasonings. Al pastor is usually richly seasoned and it was terrible NADA! No creo que vamos a seguir comiendo aquí ! Lástima porque son gente muy amable.

Yelp
Spent an afternoon in Springville and my wife and I got hungry and wanted Mexican food. Found this little hole in the wall hidden gem and it's now our top choice. It took 4 years but we finally found real, genuine, Mexican food like mom and grandma used to make. The mole enchiladas are the real thing! The service was incredible and don't let the small size of the place fool you!

Yelp
Best authentic Mexican food I've had in Utah. The horchata was delicious. Every dish my family got hit the spot. Love this place!!

Yelp
Very delicious food, very helpful and friendly staff. Cute little dining area. Would definitely eat there again if I pass this way.

Yelp
Finally, good Mexican food in Provo!!! Our friend recommended Casa Victoria and we were blown away. Fresh food, lots of authentic flavor, and I didn't get sick! Ambience and service were perfect. Thanks, will be back!

Jani J.

Yelp
Very kind staff. Small little restaurant on its own in Provo. The food was pretty good. However, I will not go back.

Yelp
Good place. The place is like a house-- a nice image to convey comfort and family. As they say, mi casa es tu casa. Food was good. I ordered the enchilada plate and a gordita. My friends got their sopes and Chile rellenos. Either of those options are solid to get and would recommend. Actually the whole menu is worth to try.

Tecia S.

Yelp
Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was Homie and comforting Service was top-notch. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it.

Yelp
Great food and service. The staff is very friendly and helpful explaining all of the menu items. I've tried many Mexican food places and they all put way too much salt in there food. This place seasons their food perfectly. The refried beans were a little chunky just how I like it. The rice was moist and flavorful. I had a carnitas sopas and chile rellano plate that was very good. Do not miss out on their horchata! That is the best horchata I've had so far. After living in Utah for a year and being from So Cal, this is as close to "homemade" Mexican food I've had in a while.

Yelp
Great service and great food! Very authentic food. It's a family restaurant and you can definitely feel the love. The host walked us through the menu and was very friendly. The food all looked really good so it was hard to choose but I went with the classic Chile poblano and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend if you don't know what to get. Not spicy at all and amazing flavor. Will definitely return and bring more friends!

Yelp
Foooddd is delicious!!!! Killer burritos!!! Great service!! Great folks!!! A must visit if in the area!!

Yelp
Oh my goodness. This place is amazing you have to go. A small down hole in the wall. But they care about you, want to make sure you get what you ordered and like it, he checks on you even though you pay before you eat, and they are very honest, they charged someone for someone they didn't buy accidently and came to them and said he refunded them for the item. Oh my gosh, I can't explain how yummy is was. And so FRESH! 15/10 would reccomend

Yelp
Found my new favorite Mexican restaurant! If you are looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food this is the place! Service was also top notch! Everyone was very friendly. I will be back often!!

Yelp
The food was simply amazing. They had the best homemade corn tortillas, everything was are delicious!

Yelp
The food here is amazing, the staff is attentive and kind, and the tables are clean. The ambiance is casual. We absolutely loved the horchata and the carne asada, and the corn tortillas are homemade, and so good. And the guacamole is so tasty, with lots of lime. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Every table full of Latinos at lunchtime so obviously this place is legit. Best Birria I've had in Utah, not cinnamony like they sometimes are. Great beans, friendly service, clean tables, amazing homemade maize tortillas.

Yelp
Nothing better than feeling at home when you eat, and casa Victoria does JUST THAT!!!! Location is perfect off center street, but once you walk in the doors, you forget your in Utah. Between the food and service, I honestly can say this is our new favorite spot in Utah county. Ordered Queso birria and chiliquiles with esquite and chips and salsa. Flavor was accurate and not too much of anything. If you are looking to support local and eat AMAZING authentic food, this is IT!!!!

Jack G.

Yelp
What a great family owned bistro. The food was great, service impeccable, and the owners were very engaging. We only wish we were not merely passing through town, as this would end up on our every week list. The chile verde plate was very good and ample. The chile rellano was made the right, old fashioned way, with cojita cheese in a large chile. Everything was authentic, not just put on a plate, covered with cheese and microwaved. You can just tell how much passion and pride goes into every dish. If you want to experienced real, mexican, homemade dishes at a good price. Go here. If you want stale chips and salsa and cheese covered plates, this is not your place. Casa Victoria is the bomb.

Yelp
They have good, affordable food and great service. Definitely worth the trip to west Provo.

Yelp
We live close to this restaurant so have eaten here many times and tried many different things. My favorite is their chili relleno, anything with birria, and the dessert tamales. But EVERYTHING is good. The cashier/server is very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what you want. It's pretty casual and comfortable, but clean and even though it's not a big place, it does not feel cramped. I would recommend this to anyone looking for flavorful, authentic Mexican food.

Joseph B.

Yelp
Being a Texas native and living in Utah for 7 years I've had trouble finding a Mexican place like home. Well this is it! Very clean friendly place with the best Mexican food this big belly has had in 7 years. New favorite spot.
google avatar

David Edward G.

Yelp
I ate here with a friend and we split a gordita de chicharron, a chile relleno, and a tamale. They were all delicious, although we found the chicharron a bit of an acquired taste. The beans and rice served with it were definitely above-average. I ordered a pineapple tamale for dessert and it was fantastic! And the staff was very friendly. The premises were simple, cozy, comfortable, and clean. I'd definitely eat here again.

Shawn W.

Yelp
The nicest staff and owners producing some of the best Latin food I've ever had! Super glad to have this amazing of good on the west side of Provo.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a carne asada torta and it had queso fresco with sour cream and beans,yo! Yelp
This is a new, clean, bright, and delicious little restaurant, boasting authentic Mexican fare. It's in the perfect location if you're going to or coming from Utah Lake. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the options were incredible, and the food we ordered was absolutely delicious! I ordered the birria plate which was flavorful, tender, and piping hot. Their delicious tortillas are made in house, too. My friend enjoyed the smothered steak burrito. I definitely recommend Casa Victoria and will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
I dropped in for lunch and had a great meal. Tacos are made with freshly made tortillas. Chips and salsa have just the right spice. I will definitely go back maybe even tomorrow.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious sopes with al pastor pork, and fantastic tamales. So glad this gem is here in west Provo as we don't have many restaurants here. Most restaurant tamales are dry and flavorless, homemade is best, but finally a place that serves them moist and flavorful. I had the red pork tamal in the corn husk. So good!
google avatar

Erika L.

Yelp
Delicious food and friendly service! We got the tamales (delicious!), tacos (al pastor was our favorite), sopes, and gorditas. We would order it all again. We are excited to go back soon!

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
The best Mexican food I've had in my entire life. I tried the vegetarian Bobby raja burrito and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it sense. Like, how I was able to consume that much food (for a crazy reasonable price) is beyond me, and I'm going to do it again as often as possible lol.

Yadira L.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! They make it with love the flan & Nachos are to die for same with the chilaquiles. Been going back love it. The food is athletic. The service is so friendly & they are just so nice & sweet!! The ambiance is clam & mom-pop shop.

Madeline E.

Yelp
Hands down the best service! We showed up unaware it was closing time and the owner insisted that we stay and order. Amazing food and great pricing! Would recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat!

Nathan F.

Yelp
Great authentic food, owners are so nice and personable. The dine in option is small with limited seating but call in take out works like a charm. Try the quesabirra it is delicious.

Lind W.

Yelp
Cute little, family-run restaurant. Very authentic Mexican food. We've eaten there three times in the past month and have liked everything we've ordered. A pretty diverse menu all written up on a white board because they keep adding new items just begging to be tried. Very friendly, efficient service. We will be regular customers, I'm certain.
