I would not recommend this place to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I received my food, the presentation was terrible, and it honestly looked like it had been thrown together without any care. On top of that, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell, which made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. It smelled like they were cooking with dirty equipment or in an unclean space, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant.
I decided to call and express my concerns to the manager, Pablo, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Pablo was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of listening and trying to make things right, he hung up on me twice. I was shocked by how disrespectful he was, especially considering I was calling to give honest feedback.
To make matters worse, he refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation because I had taken the food to go. I understand restaurant policies, but I also believe there should be some flexibility when a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, especially for health and cleanliness concerns.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. The poor customer service and lack of cleanliness are serious red flags. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to receive food prepared in a safe and clean environment. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here
