Good place, not bad interior , and nice breakfast, you are like in museum, while you staying in room. For 1 night good place, for long stay i will not advise to come )

We were a group of elderly travelers, and the first thing is that the coach could not go near the hotel so we had to drag our suitcases several hundred meters to the hotel. Once there, all the rooms were on a flight upstairs, no help from the hotel staff to get our suitcases upstairs. Basic rooms, no heating though it was cold. Rubbish breakfast. The only thing in its favour was the location, right on the main square, but it’s really a backpackers hostel not a proper hotel.

Ate at the restaurant. Shred of plastic found in the chicken burger (probably from the mozzarella packaging) (also who puts mozzarella in a burger??). Waited at least 30 mins for our meals which were underwhelming and bland.

RESTAURANT The location is very beautiful and cozy to sit outside on the little square. The service is excellent. Food: we ordered pasta bolognese and traditional Romanian spreads with toast. Everything was amazing

this has an exceptional location in the middle of the citadel, unfortunately the very unhelpful reception staff did not make life easier. Beware that you must unload all of your luggage and then drive your vehicle down to the public parking. When I asked the receptionist at the front for help, he just blew me off and afterwards when I complained, he said “not my problem”. What a pity. Wi-Fi miserable in the rooms. Also, seriously management get some shower curtains for your baths!!

RESTAURANT Went here for lunch, and everything was above and beyond. The food was amazing (we had some fish and gulash), and the service was impeccable. Everything was fresh and arrived fast, the waiter was attentive and provided great recommendations. I will come back in the near future to also try the accommodation.

During -8°C weather, our small attic room stayed uncomfortably cold despite the radiator running full blast. Summer-weight blankets and sleeping in winter clothes weren't enough to keep warm. Paper-thin walls meant hearing every movement and conversation from other guests between 1-3 AM, making sleep harder. The place was clean, which we appreciated, but basic amenities were missing (no fridge, no hair dryer), furnishings were dated, and the overall feel was neglected. Left a night early but no refund offered.

As other stated before the furniture in the rooms are mainly cheap old crap and the stairs to the upper floor are dangerous.|I almost went into a fight with a rude waiter when I dared to push the buttom of the coffee maschine at 07:55 - breakfast officially starts at 08:00 :-)
