Wonderful BnB. Unlike many I’ve stayed at, they really take the breakfast part of BnB seriously. Wow. We greatly enjoyed a home cooked meal with so much fresh tasty food and conversation with our fellow guests. The room was quiet at night and they offered room service each day. The place is lovely and spacious. Overlooks the town and the funicular downtown is steps away from the front door. Very convenient access. The hosts give so much attention as you desire and you can tell this is their home and they enjoy hosting guests. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Casa Zuniga was one of the most creative B&Bs I've ever stayed. Full of Murals, open spaces, owner made metalwork and great views. It sits at the top of the Funicular so very quick to get to and from the town center. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was homemade and wonderful. Will stay here anytime I'm in the area.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Guanajuato City. Ari and Billy were the perfect hosts and provided us with the history of Guanajuato before we did a walking tour. Ari made the most delicious breakfast each morning (Homemade with fruit and juice)! The rooms were great with comfortable beds and all of the necessities that we needed. If you are planning of visiting Guanajuato City, look no further! Casa Zuniga was not just a place to stay but an experience. We hope to go back one day!

Love this quirky bed and breakfast! We stayed here our first time in Guanajuato. This week we brought friends from the states when we brought them to experience Guanajuato- couldn’t think of anywhere I’d rather stay. The owners are fabulous - now that we live close by would love to call them friend. Thank you Billy and Carmelita for a lovely visit. Sorry to have missed you, Ari. Next time.

This B&B is unique! Fabulous views from our private terrace. Access to the funicular made getting to the Centro a breeze. The ironwork & murals are extraordinary— very artistic & designed to depict the history of Guanajuato. The hosts are lovely, gracious, accommodating people. They offered helpful suggestions for local restaurants & attractions. Breakfast was a treat— healthy, hearty, delicious. I would definitely return; I’ve already recommended this place to friends who’re planning trips here. Truly a memorable experience. ❤️

I just wrapped up a fabulous four-night stay at Casa Zuniga. The views are to die for, the breakfasts delicious, the rooms decorated beautifully and very comfortable, and the hosts welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable! They have lots of recommendations for sightseeing, walks/tours, and local delights. Guanajuato is VERY hilly and Casa Zuniga's location at the top of the funicular is super convenient for accessing the many local historic sites. The one night I didn't feel like venturing out for dinner, the many food stalls at the top of the stairs provided a perfect solution. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights at the end of December and we loved staying here. We got upgraded to the Marguerita Room which had views to die for. Would recommend that room! Loved lying in bed watching the sun rise and seeing the view of all the houses. The breakfasts were the best we had in our 3 weeks in Mexico. The property is very interesting and Billy and Ari had lots of tales to tell about it. Other reviews have said it all really, would highly recommend staying here. (If you have mobility issues its not the place for you as a lot of stairs)

This place is gorgeous! My husband and I loved it and so sad we only stayed for one night. We definitely want to come back and stay longer. Guanajuato is a beautiful city and the view from this place lets you see all of it. We specifically were looking to stay somewhere near downtown but quiet enough to sleep at night, and this was perfect. The whole estate is beautifully decorated and there is murals and art everywhere that explains the history of this city. Billy was so fun and made us feel very welcome. The hosts also helped us find a ride from the airport and were so accommodating and willing to support. We're definitely coming back!
