Its a bit tricky one, because there is no reception so also- no service. They give you details how to get in over the mail. The rooms itself are amazing, very comfortable, the facilities are also gorgeous(the kitchen&rest area!!!) the location is not so great, but it’s worth it.

We slept here, payed, and we are receiving threats through booking saying we should pay inmediatly again. We call and send emails to solve this problem but nobody replies neither way. Take into account that if you have any problem there is nobody answering the phone or the emails.

Amazing hostel! I left my glasses in the room and they posted it back to me from Milan to London, million thanks to them. The washroom is clean, room is large enough, interior is amazing! Highly Recommended!

Only good thing in here was that the bathroom and the bedroom was clean, the location is far off from the centre and the nearest metro is around 15 mins, kinda complicated to get in at late cause the main entrance was closed.By the way there was a terrible smell in the kitchen and in the hallway and also the fridge was disgusting , they were foods without a cover and the smell from them was disgusting.

Loved this hostel! Stayed here for a short stay in a private room - was very quiet, the room was very chic and well air conditioned, and the common room was also very cool. The bar/ restaurant downstairs is very well priced and a great little spot and this hostel is well positioned to explore Milan!

The place was unique for sure. My friend and I had different opinions about the place: he loved the place. I liked it less. My first reaction was shock when we arrived in the room. The place was so ascetic, and I was doubting even if I ordered that exact room. Then, I realized I got confused with the pictures of the common area (kitchen+hang out room). There was no place to put the luggage. The sheets weren't nice, the beds had one thin sheet and then on top a warm blanket, so the thin sheet escapes at night, and you end up touching the warm blanket, which is itchy. The common+kitchen was cozy. The showers had cold water or barely warm. The water pressure was very weak. You can't really shower there properly; that was a huge disappointment. One of the receptionists didn't speak one word of English, which was kind of weird... Fortunately, on another day, we met a receptionist who spoke great English. The place is trendy and located in a great neighborhood. Bar was nice, prices descent. Stairs were hard to climb, I wish they would have had an elevator. This place is not suitable for disabled people.

Family of four So I booked this hostel because I needed somewhere to crash for two nights. I read all the reviews on every site and decided to go for it. GLAD I DID. Room: four beds en suite singles. Clean bedding, comfortable beds, blackout curtains. One shower and one sink en suite, clean. NOTE: the shower operated like a public bathroom with the water which I think is amazing, runs, shuts off, runs, off etc and no tv but the wifi was so good! Bathroom: I had a shower and sink so I had to use a shared bathroom. CLEAN. Men and women. Two showers two toilets, sinks, blow dryer and a sitting area I guess if you wanted to wait for your people so they wouldn’t be alone. Building: clean and smells good. There’s an area I don’t even know what to call it, lounge? Pretty dope spot to take some pics Getting here/in: so the signs say there’s an elevator but I couldn’t find it. Three flight walk up which was a bit annoying with luggage BUT hey nothing to complain about, whatever. I got here at a decent time so the main gate was open and the instructions were very easy to understand Communication: excellent, upload info, pay tax of €2 if you’re over 30 (I found that interesting but again, whatever) once done I received codes etc Food: they have a spot open 9 am to 4 am with various menus throughout the day. Very affordable and the food was GOOD, drinks were even better! There was a live band on the Saturday I attended and a party later that day. The area is kind of dead BUT you really could just chill out here and enjoy the activities, food and drink I HIGHLY recommend for groups and families

I recently stayed at Casa Base Milano, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I was highly disappointed with several aspects of my stay, which compelled me to share this poor review. First and foremost, the quality of the rooms was well below what I expected. The rooms were not maintained properly, and cleanliness was definitely an issue. The furniture appeared old and worn out, and the overall ambiance was far from decent. It was clear that the management did not invest much effort in ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for their guests. Furthermore, the location of Casa Base Milano was a major letdown. Being situated far from the city center, it took me around 20 to 25 minutes to commute to the main attractions and points of interest. This inconvenience added unnecessary travel time to my itinerary and made it difficult to explore the city efficiently. It would have been preferable to have a more central and convenient location. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the absence of room service. There was no option to have meals or snacks delivered to the room, which is a basic amenity expected in most hotels. This lack of service severely limited the convenience and comfort of my stay, as I had to venture out in search of food whenever I felt hungry. Overall, my experience at Casa Base Milano was far from satisfactory. The subpar rooms, distant location, and lack of room service overshadowed any positive aspects that might have existed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Milan. There are definitely better options available in the city that offer a more enjoyable and convenient experience for their guests.
