This was by far the best hotel I stayed on my recent trip to Mexico. In an historical building in a lovely town. Room was very clean with a little sitting area. Shower was nice and hot and there was a hairdryer. The only odd thing was the cold water faucet on the sink was broken off so I could only get hot water. No big deal but it seems that would be easy to fix. Breakfast was ok but very slow. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay in this lovely little town. Large, comfortable room & bed. Well-maintained and clean grounds and attentive people and service.

Esta muy cool el lugar, la atención fue muy buena y las camas son cómodas, el único detalle es que hay uno que otro animalito, tal vez sea porque todo es de madera, pero todo está excelente.

El lugar muy bonito, sin embargo, no todas las instalaciones hidráulicas funcionan correctamente, lo pensaría 2 veces antes de regresar, hay muchas mas opciones

Terrible!!!! El hotel limpio y aunque viejo, está bonito. Pero el trato del personal es horrible, personas sin capacidad de tratar a un cliente, acusando sin bases a los huéspedes de desperfectos y luego lo arreglan con la gerencia le ofrece una disculpa. No regresaría nunca!

El hotel casabella me pareció hermoso y muy agradable ya que los pasillos están muy frescos por los arboles que tiene, tiene un espacio agradable para caminar, lo que si podrían agregar sería una zona para un mini restaurante ya que luego uno quiere desayunar y como no hay hay, sería perfecto que llegarán a poner uno. Las habitaciones son agradables y con buen espacio, el servicio es muy amable y te ayudan a solucionar algún detalle que suceda. La ubicación es excelente ya que está cerca del parque del centro de Coatepec.
