We loved our stay at this fabulous hotel! It was our first stay in NYC. I really did my research before choosing a hotel and this place lived up to the reviews. The staff is friendly and helpful. The people working during breakfast were kind, helpful and always wanting to please the guests. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. After walking in from the hustle and bustle of Times Square it fascinated us that a hotel could be this quiet. We also loved the side door entering Tony’s restaurant. We will be back!

I cannot say enough great things. I did not find rooms dated. I found them comfortable and charming. This is a perfect location for all the plays, and close to so many of the museums etc we wanted to go to. The staff stands out however, from the morning crew at breakfast to the evening crew at night, everyone was helpful, remembered my name, and so knowledgeable. I felt so at home and safe too. The Italian restaurant next door is a terrific place to eat also.

What a lovely surprise to arrive at a hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful! The customer lounge was comfortable and well stocked, even when I arrived in the middle of the night off a delayed flight! I was in NYC for work, so I also note that the wifi was fast and consistent. The rooms are a bit dated, but everything was comfortable and in good working order. Compared to the usual business hotels I stay in, this was a step up. I'll be back.

Great hotel experience!! The hotel is right in the middle of the Times Square chaos, but you step inside the door and you’re in a different - and very nice - world. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Rick’s Cafe was a delightful addition, good breakfast and snacks all day (and night). Thank you, Casablanca staff, for a wonderful stay!!

The rooms are small, but I've never stayed in NYC before, so maybe they're all that way. The staff is amazing and friendly, however, and access to snacks/water 24/7 is a great amenity. The continental breakfast was good for what it is. The staff took care of my wife, who is dairy free, providing almost milk for her coffee. When we were drenched by rain while site seeing, the staff offered to dry our clothes for us, no charge. Location is excellent. Would stay here again.

The staff here were excellent. Very nice hotel steps from times square. Felt very safe and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. They even brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Lots of great little touches.

Very nice staff. They'll recommend restaurants, city attractions, etc. if you need ideas. Very nice sized room (single king sized bed). The bathroom as extra large. Very clean space. I stayed on the third floor and took the stairs to my room sometimes. Stair well was decorated. I have no complaints. Complimentary continental breakfast also.

Casablanca is a beautiful hotel that felt like a peaceful retreat from the busyness of Ny. The rooms had a feel of time stood still yet had all the modern amenities. The room and hotel were immaculate. The hotel staff greeted at the door at every coming and going. We felt like royalty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge area felt like a comfy living room where we enjoyed a very nice continental breakfast and late night snacks. We will return on our next New York visit.
