I stayed at the hotel for a business stay for 5 nights. ||Very guests centered, the director of operations Houda welcome me as I arrived and inquired for any assistance. |The receptionist was very genuine and gave me a full quick brief of the hotel facilities, the breakfast serves all kind of preferences and allergens, staffs are very genuine and warm, the staffs were engaging and all ready to assist, the dinner was very calm and cost, the food delicious and drinks are bespoke. |Will definitely come back.

My adult son and I planned to travel from the USA and meet at the Casablanca Marriott. From the USA I chatted via Bonvoy app with Maria, she arranged the Perfect room type and was so genuinely kind and helpful. We have been here 3 nights and head south to Marrakech today. I am sincerely sad to leave the lovely staff here. |Special kudos to the concierge desk, Mehdi, the M Club Lounge staff (especially the evening workers and Said), Waffa in housekeeping, and of course, sweet Maria, all the kind and wonderful restaurant staff. Job well done, I will miss you all ❤️

Receiving such an attentive approach and careful manners in the morning, is not that easy. You have to embody it within yourself, I believe. I rarely met in my life staff like Elias. He is an admirable person and colleague. Attention to details and every person is highly valued and I wish him and all the staff from this hotel to keep up the good work and to be fully appreciated like we, the episodic customers always do. Thank you. I appreciate you! 🌹🙏🏻

We stayed at this hotel twice, one on our arrival and then on our way out. Both the times, we received excellent and consistent service all the way from front desk to bell boys to the breakfast staff. Completely renovated and modern hotel with really nice lobby area, lavish breakfast that is really well spread out and excellent suite. The lounge was also very spacious and the evening food was good enough to munch. I dont recall the gentlemen but big shout out to the staff who prepared a cookie box for us to munch on our road trip.||We were checked in by Faical who took extra effort to make sure our requirements were met. A big shout out to Amina from the breakfast restaurant who really deserves a special appreciation. My daughter was excited about the return to the hotel for the warm welcome she gave her and the special care. Also thanks to Najla who took care of us on our second stay. ||Hotel has a covered under ground parking, taxis always at the front of the hotel, walkable distance to the main city train station, and also to the Medina.||My only one feedback that I hope the hotel considers is to stop allowing guests to smoke in the lobby area. Walk to the elevator from lobby sometimes gets tough when there are large groups of guests smoking. Other than that, great hotel that lives to the Marriott promise and Bonvoy members can expect the special care, and highly recommend for using as a place to stay in Casablanca.

The staff did their best, but the property underwhelmed. It is showing its age and is in need of a deep cleaning. It is a five star property in name only. | |M Club Staff: The tall, young gentleman with the mother from Valencia (apologies, we lost our notes) was particularly attentive and thoughtful. He anticipated our needs and preferences throughout our stay. | |Breakfast Staff: Ilias was attentive and welcoming. He anticipated our needs well and should be recognized for good customer service. | |Front desk / concierge service: The staff were knowledgeable and intervened when we had some difficulties with the local taxis. However, the staff could be more effective if they were given the basics to succeed. A five star hotel that can't make change for large bills? The concierge had to go out on the street to make change multiple times during our stay. This was not the fault of staff, but it did put them in an awkward position to serve us. Please enable them better! ||Cleanliness: The shower was disgusting as both hair and mold were throughout the floor grooves. It was cleaned after we brought the matter up to the customer service supervisor but should one really need to ask for a clean shower floor??? The mirror also had prints over it. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were provided in the shower but other toiletries were at a bare minimum.

Strange start of our stay as the man who checked us in was quite unfriendly. This hotel seems to have undergone a partial renovation and changed over from Sheraton to Marriott. It was a nice space downstairs, yet the room was a mix. The bathroom was very badly outdated and the shower pan was badly stained/in bad shape. Bedroom was fine. The hotel locale is solid and the gym was excellent. The price with Marriott points was truly fantastic. Finally, the M Club was just ok. The space is akwardly layed out they often ran out of food and drinks and didn't seem to have zero calorie sodas ever. It seemed quite hit or miss yet many times, the food selections were tasty. This seemed like an average Marriott Club Lounge, not an M Club. I hope the hotel continues to renovate!

Stayed a week on a business trip. Room was very nice. Bed incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was a weird design. The shower just had a half glass wall so keeping water off the floor was difficult. The breakfast Buffett was really incredible. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. Everything we asked for was attended to immediately. The fridge in the room wasn’t getting cold . Within a half hour it was replaced. Asked for extra pillows and towels and they were brought up right away. One of the things I was a bit surprised at was hotel staff would let themselves in. A quick knock and they’d walk in. One time I was in the shower and another time a supervisor came in and walked all the way into the room. Other than that the housekeeping staff especially Mariam and Yousef were great. They treated me very well. Overall good stay. Go see the Hassan II Mosque. It’s beautiful a must see.

The location of the hotel is relatively good. There are two Chinese restaurants within walking distance and it is very convenient next to the train station. The hotel's breakfast is the same every day. We highly recommend local tea, which is provided by customers in the hotel's breakfast. The hotel facilities are not very new, but at least they are clean and tidy.
