DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to reach them for a simple return/exchange for almost a week. I’ve reached out multiple times via email. I’ve called all the numbers listed on their website, they are always busy and they will never answer. I have also tried sending them WhatsApp (listed on their website) to no avail. At this point, we have no hope anyone will be getting back to us.

Lovely designs (albeit overpriced) but dreadful service. Placed three orders that arrived in ripped boxes and in plain plastic bags. Zero effort, everything just thrown in. Bearing in mind they charge 1000€ for a shirt this seems odd. Returned some of items for a refund as they were too big - 8 days and counting after the clothes arrived back with them I am still waiting for a full refund. Many of my emails have been ignored and they cannot give me a confirmed date for refunding my items. Given the price point the customer service should be quantifiably better than it is.
