We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca! The location was great, far enough away from the noise of the main beach, but close enough to walk or a short golf cart ride away. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to help us if we needed something during our stay. We loved the pool and the atmosphere of the hotel, very tropical, with lots of wildlife and beautiful vegetation. There were beach chairs out every day to enjoy. The parking area had plenty of charging stations for renting a golf cart and was gated in the evening. Nelson was helpful in the evening with letting us in and helping to get the cart plugged in. He was super friendly to the kids and made arriving back at night more fun. ||The room was amazing as well. We loved the small kitchen area with all of the amenities needed to have a meal at the hotel. The bedroom was cozy, and clean. The bathroom was spacious as was the shower. We had two little balconies and a nice view of the ocean from our room! We will definitely be back in the future!

Loved everything about the stay here! loved the pool! warm, perfect temp, great for morning and night swims. we usually had it to ourselves, except for the iguana that hung around. our room was clean and bright. Casablanca has a small boutique resort feel, never crowded or bustling. so nice to have lounge chairs and sunbrellas waiting for us each day on the beach, which was just a few steps away, and we could hear the waves from our suite. north side of Sayulita is nice and quiet, but accessible to everything you need nearby. we walked across the street for cappuccinos in the morning. and up a trail (at the end of the road) to the far north view point from where you can see multiple beaches up and down the coast. definitely prefer this location to central or south sides! so glad we chose this place, would go again!

We enjoyed our stay at Casablanca and it was my partner's first time to Sayulita. He loved it! The grounds and the accommodations were great. I loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach with our chairs / umbrellas. We did make it upstairs to the rooftop jacuzzi - I spent my mornings there with coffee and a good book / journal. Advice for those staying here 1) it is on the quieter side of Sayulita and that means not is around there to "do" 2) you will be walking into town everyday for most things - it is about a 15 min straight walk and it is safe to walk after dark but know there isn't a lot of lighting along the way 3) there is an amazing coffee house / wine / small restuarant across the street, Cafe Bonito, Eliam is the best - their avocado toast with medium egg on top is amazing along with their lattes with coconut milk (minimum 400 pesos for credit card charges / 200 for one person) 4) at the same hotel/coffee bar you can buy a day or week pass for yoga on the rooftop 5) there is a small grocery store near the hotel - they close at 10p and is perfect for waters and snacks 6) there are no services at the hotel (no bar, no restaurant) but while on the beach and you want some cocktails / beer there are two bars - one on each side of you less than 100 yds away. Juan was the one on the left and he always came by to check on anyone sitting on the beach 7) CASH is KING.... preferably pesos - atms didn't work while we were there and the exchange rate at the resturants was 16/1 or 17/1 IF they take credit cards 8) Internet was fine while we were there 9) bags of ice are behind where you check in -I brought a small cooler from home to put beers/water to to take to the beach and, 10) upon check in you will have to leave a deposit of CASH/PESOS - for 2 people it was $100 - thankfully I had that when we arrived but it also took away from spending funds for the trip. Enjoy your trip and relax while on vacation!

We stumbled upon Casablanca and were so excited to be staying there! It is a gorgeous property, friendly staff, and great location! Large rooms with kitchenette and living area, 2 balconies, right on the beach, away from the crowds, but walkable to everything! We will be coming back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Casablanca is a beautiful jungle feel hotel, right on the beach. It's small and quaint and we enjoyed our stay. There's not much to do at the hotel but it's right on the beach so you can easily walk along and find food and drinks and also get into town quickly, maybe a 10 minute walk. Overall, I had a great stay and experience and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Sayulita at the lovely Casablanca hotel. The staff was very welcoming and always so helpful. We had to extend our travel by one day because of bad weather back home and thankfully our room was available for one more night. We did not need to rent the golf cart because everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the beach and the construction site next door. There were a few times during the weekend when the beach club next door kept us from sleeping and the noise from the water pipes sounded like machine guns firing but it only lasted for about an hour each time. The beach was right there and we loved that. The other guests we met were lovely and the central pool was nice and warm.

We loved our stay at Casablanca Sayulita! The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly/helpful, and the pleasant surprise was a functional kitchen with all the necessities. We loved the location (easy access to the beach...complete with lounge chairs!), as well as the overall location in town with easy access to coffee shops, yoga, and some great restaurants. We only were there for four nights for a wedding, but hopefully can come back for a longer stay soon!

I really loved the location, proximity to the beach, the cute room with balconies, and how quiet it was during the evening. Its away from the downtown area like 7 mins but its perfect. The only bummer thing is that i had no hot water and had to boil water to bathe my little kids.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of staying at the Casablanca Sayulita Hotel last week and the entire experience, from beginning to end, did not disappoint. I came here with a large group (renting out most of the space), so we basically had the entire place to ourselves. That means access to 2 huge pools - one more private and one overlooking the water, the main kitchen area with a large outdoor dining/activity space, the beach on our doorsteps (chairs included), and beautiful rooms - each of which had not 1 but 2 balconies overlooking either the water or the trees. Each room also had a large bathroom, sizable kitchen area with plates, cutlery, and a coffee machine, and a living area. Pretty good for the price we paid. On the property there were tons of showers and faucets to get the sand off which was much needed since we spent a lot of time doing beach or pool activities. The hotel staff was so sweet and really made us feel safe and at home. Nelson walked around the grounds and always asked if we needed help, both day AND night. Talk about wonderful service. We ate a few meals in town, which is walking distance from the property. During the day, we walked along the beach. At night, we opted to walk through the neighborhood (we had a big group, but use your own discretion since some parts are not very well lit). Either way, it's about a 10 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride (you can rent one here if you'd like). If you're coming from PVR airport, an Uber ride will set you back about $40 USD, which is pretty good considering the ride itself is about 40 minutes without traffic. You can also rent a cab through the hotel but that's a bit more expensive - probably about $10 or $20 extra. Still worth it, I think. The rooms and property were pretty spotless, but we had a few instances of critters getting in, so just be mindful about leaving your windows and doors open. Everyone on the property speaks English so don't fret if you don't speak Spanish. When you check in, they'll place a $50 USD charge on your card for a beach towel (I guess people have stolen them in the past). When you check out, just hand in your towel and room key and the money will be refunded to your credit card. We really had a wonderful stay. I can't say enough good things about Casablanca Sayulita.

Yelp
Safe, secure, friendly, easy access to town and on the beach. Pricing was very good as well. The hostess was great. The rooms are nice. We had to walk out patios. Both pools are also nice too. Downtown is maybe a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel is on the beach.

Yelp
I would love to give them a higher rating because there are so many things that I love about the hotel...but they had horrible internet. We often had NO service in our room. They tried to make it better, which was nice, but ultimately their solution was for us to come down to the front desk area to use the internet. We actually did that to take our online Covid-19 test, but still lost internet 2 times and lost one of the test completely because of the broken connection and almost lost another one. The rooms are clean and nice. Air conditioning only in the bedroom but in February that was fine. Heated pool and hot tub on the roof was nice too. The location on the beach can't be beat. Far enough out of town to be away from the crowded beach, but close enough to walk to anything.

Yelp
Clean and spacious rooms with easy access to pools and beach. Friendly efficient staff added to the very pleasant stay. Love the quick walk to town and the private beach. Better surf is just down the way.
