Such a shame. ||Very beautiful property situated on a vineyard in the Ribero de Duero region. Gorgeous views, nice rooms. ||But we’ve never been treated so poorly on arrival in so many years of domestic and international travel. No one at the hotel was “working” on Sunday afternoon so a waiter in the restaurant had to show us to our room. We asked for a table for lunch but the head waiter said that they were full in spite of over half the tables being empty. It was clear that the attitude was very provincial with an emphasis on caring for the high profile locals. He referred us to a local restaurant as an alternative with the same results. ||Fine, just don’t put yourselves out there as being a hotel welcoming to anyone else from outside of Galicia. We’ve been all over Spain for the past ten days and have had nothing but good experiences since we arrived. Visitors from abroad have plenty other options. That is why we were so shocked at the arrogance displayed here. ||If you just need a room with a pretty view with no expectations of a welcome or service, this place is fine. If you are looking for more, then keep looking

We were here for a wedding celebration party and stayed 2 nights after that. The location is fabulous. The food and drink for the party was outstanding, and the service superb! The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the breakfast which was adequate but no more than that, and the one lady working had too much else to do. She certainly did her best though, and when we had to leave early on the second day she made sure that we had everything laid out for us to help ourselves.

We stayed here for one night during our trip around western Spain. Fantastic building in beautiful surroundings. Nice and comfortable rooms of a high standard and a nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The dinner was very tasty and we tried a bottle of their white wine. The breakfast was simple, rustic and very good. This was by far the best accommodation we had during our weeks in Spain. I can really recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Let's start from the welcoming ... the staff was so nice and courteous, after we were taken to our table for lunch, the service was superb, the WINES were TOP!!, the food was excellent!!! Congrats to the Chef and Team ... and that's just the beginning ... when we were escorted to our rooms it was the most relaxing, comfortable, and magical stay I have experienced in Spain. Just so relaxing with gorgeous views!!! I would highly recommend this place for a retreat with the best accommodations, great food and the WINES are a most try!!

Great experience! Food was delicious, good presentation, decent portions. We shared everything and they brought it from the kitchen like that. Desserts were outstanding. 😉 Service was very good, even though we had to wait for the check quite some time. Well worth a second visit. Boa comida, con boas porcions e un servizo adecuado. A presentación dos pratos, a carne moi ben. Os postres son deliciosos. Ben vale unha segunda visita.

We were lucky to stay two nights at this beautiful winery. It was by far the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Each room has it's own bathroom with six rooms total connected by a hallway and a fantastic common room. We had six couples so we had the entire place to ourselves. They have exquisite grounds and a view that goes on forever. We enjoyed time in the courtyard while we drank their white wine. I hope to return to Casal de Arman in two years when my husband walks the Camino de Santiago. A perfect place to celebrate his accomplishment. I will return!

The place itself is beautiful, nice views and clean rooms. Food in the restaurant is generally good. ||The negative issue is how the place is run. Unless you're a personal friend of the manager you're pretty much ignored in this place. No introduction, no interest in showing the bodega, bad dinner service.

I enjoyed immensely our visit. Firstly strolling in the beautiful & tastefully decorated landscaped grounds. The views of the mountains against a backdrop of vineyards are special. Then there's the welcome from Jorge who explained the history of the beautifuly restored complex of buildings that comprise their hotel, restaurant & garden terrace bar. Sergio then looked after us well in the restaurant. I was struck by how good his wine list was with an excellent spread of Galician wines & other Spanish too. The Galician extra virgen olive oil from Quiroga was a great discovery too. The food was well elaborated, presented & tasty too. Marco's recommendation the tomatoes with tuna & tomate ice cream was delicious as was the rabbit salad. The mains the cod with cauliflower foam & roast chicken with potatoes & salad were good too. The fruit salad was also nice. I tried the only white & red wine by the glass,of course their own D.O.Ribiero wines which were delicious. Perhaps they should in the future look to offer more of a small variety of at least their own wines by the glass as their winery is on site? The decoration & atmosphere of the dinning room was perfect too with a nice selection of ambient music. A highly recommended experience which will not break the bank either !!
