Very good value, perfect location, good breakfast for a hostel. The staff is super friendly. But my room is facing the busy street and it's very noisy and tough to get some sleep. Also, there is no AC so it's a little bit hot sometimes, especially for people who prefer cool air. 3.5 stars rounded to 4.

Everything is nice. The staff was super friendly, the hostel architecture is beautiful. They have a nice breakfast till 10am. The terrace is so nice, you can chill, drink, talk to people and meet them. I'm here in the summer so it's super good up there. And the metro station is super close too. I'm enjoying really well!

This place is awesome, however if you are after something more social this is not your place. We stayed here twice, both for two nights. The first was in a private suite which was in the annexe of the hostel and the second in a twin in the main building. The beds were comfy and we didn't have any problems with any of the bathrooms. The hostel has a great roof terrace with great views over the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and very helpful and even allowed us to leave luggage between our two stays, which was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend, as its a great chill out location!

The breakfast was amazing ( cereal, toast, rolls, eggs, cheese fruit, yoghurt). super friendly helpful staff, I could walk to everything as the location was perfect. Everything was spotless. If you are a light sleeper, the hostel is on a main road and the traffic is noisy but it didn't bother me. You may be able to get a room facing off the road. The rooftop garden/ eating area is beautiful. There are lots of very steep steps up to the hostel but the lovely people carried my heavy bag up and down for me. Spoke excellent english. Nothing was too hard. They even put some breakfast out for me as I had to leave at 3am to catch my flight.

This hostel is very centrally located, one could say even too much, due to the location the rooms are very noisy (ours was facing the main street, and I think most are). The traditional building gave it a good atmosphere, but this ain't a Boutique Hostel, it's just a regular hostel. Rooms had enough space, and beds were confortable. Breakfast was good, some variety, but no one was there to attend so tables would never be cleaned, and some breakfast ingredients would not be replaced. Kitchen was very poor, small, needed a clean. There were very few bathrooms. The terrace was great, overlooking the city, perfect for a drink at sunset.

Not one problem. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very centrally located and within a decent walking distance from all to see in Santiago. ||||Clean and spacious, especially the terraza or terrace. Can be noisy from the street so bring earplugs to sleep along with it being an old building so the wood floors creek on every level. Free continental breakfast was just that. ||||Used the laundry service and it was as promised. Would like to thank Priscilla for tolerating my questions and suggestions for restaurants. ||||Great stay!

Left my phone on the taxi on the way here ... An issue that should’ve been entirely my own, but the hotel staffs helped me track down my phone from the taxi company and acted as my translator in negotiating with the driver and local police. I am immensely grateful for this. Hotel room is clean and well furnished. Bring a lock but otherwise there is a personal locker in the room. I really love the building too.

The wife and I stayed here for 4 days in a private room and it was good. For the most part the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful (the exception being the overnight guy as we had an early flight).||The room was clean and perfectly serviceable with a quirky bathroom that saw me almost getting brain damage a few times. The rooftop area was great for afternoon drinks (BYO) and the location could not be faulted.||Would happily go back.||
