Casaly Hotel

Our stay at the Casaly hotel has been a truly amazing and pleasant experience from the very start. The entire team has made us feel welcome and looked after, and we're so grateful for the wonderful memories we've made here. A top highlight of our visit was the incredible spa facilities. They are a real favourite and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. The breakfast experience was also a standout. Being able to order from a menu alongside the buffet is a great touch and makes the meal feel special. We want to extend a huge thank you to Dimitris and Maggie, two truly amazing members of staff. Their outstanding attention to detail and warm service made breakfast the best part of our day to look forward to. We also want to acknowledge the front desk staff, who were so helpful and friendly. They gave us fantastic advice on the best places to visit on the island and were always there to ensure our stay was the best it could possibly be. We've had a great time and would absolutely love to return to Casaly hotel. Thank you for everything!

This boutique hotel is truly breathtaking! Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels, I can confidently say this one surpasses them all. The staff, food, and overall quality are exceptional. You genuinely feel like you're residing in a luxury villa, treated like family by the attentive and caring staff. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit – I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

WOW!! I don’t think I can write a review good enough to describe our stay here!! My girlfriend and I decided to make Kefalonia our last island on our most recent trip and prior to staying here in Argostoli we stayed in 4 Different islands in the Cyclades. The service, the beaches, & the food here are hands down the absolute best out of our entire trip. We booked in their original boutique hotel which is a few buildings down from the Casaly and upon our arrival which was super late at night due to flight delays in Athens, Spiro met us outside and told us to go ahead and drive down to the valet at Casaly. Not knowing what was happening we listened and he let us know that they had some extra room in their luxury hotel “Casaly” and were upgrading our stay on the house!!! This absolutely blew our minds! The next morning we headed down to breakfast and could not believe slew of choices to choose from Made fresh in their restaurant kitchen! I want to give a special shout out to Dimitri’s along with all the other staff that treated us like family from the moment we arrived. We are not always prompt when it comes to being “On Time” and despite breakfast ending at 11am daily and us walking in at 10:58 or sometimes even after 11am we were never turned down as a matter of fact we were encouraged to sit down and eat!! The massage spa and therapist were 10/10 and pricing was super affordable! Spiro and his team have earned a customer for life and I will make sure to recommend anyone that I know to stay with them with full confidence. I want to thank you all for contributing to our amazing trip this year GREECE 2025 and we will see you next year 2026!!

We have just spent 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. This truly is a 5 star experience. The service and care and attention to detail is unmatched. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day and the standards were 5 star at all times. Breakfast was outstanding, a beautiful fresh selection and eggs cooked to order from an extensive menu. We would recommend the swim up design room to anyone. A beautiful peaceful luxurious experience. Thankyou Casaly.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything about this hotel is more than 5⭐️. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Katerina on reception and Dimitris in the restaurant. It was my 60th birthday and our 33rd anniversary while here, they made both so special for us. Can't thank them enough. Will definitely be back and can't recommend the Casaly Hotel enough.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, treating us with the kind of attention and care that made us feel like royalty. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping to dining—was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, both in quality and presentation, and service throughout was flawless. Our room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including the fitness center and spa. We truly can’t say enough good things about the property and its team. We’ll absolutely be returning.

This was one of the most exceptional hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool area is small but perfect. The breakfast was outstanding - such a lovely way to start each morning. My coffee was to die for everyday! However what stood out the most was the staff at Casaly. Everyone from concierge to bartenders, servers, housekeeping and so on were an absolute pleasure to be around. I would like to particularly call out Katerina who welcomed us so warmly aa soon as we arrived and made sure our stay was perfect. The staff even gave us a bag of goodies upon our departure! Such a great touch. We will definitely be back. If you are in Argostoli, do not miss the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel. 10/10!!

I cannot praise this beautiful hotel enough. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in various types of hotels all over the world. Casaly is up there with the best. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. All the staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is ultra modern & spotlessly clean. The facilities are incredible too. The swimming pool is small but so tranquil and peaceful. Some of the rooms have access straight out onto the pool with pool double beds. Other rooms literally have pools on their balcony. We had the most basic room but there was nothing basic about it. It was modern and lovely; properly cleaned every day with a free large bottle of water replaced daily. The hotel has a sensational spa which is open until 11pm daily. We loved the spa. The hotel provides a gorgeous beach bag which you get to keep! The breakfast is absolutely beautiful with something for everyone. The highlights for me were the poached eggs with crumbled pistachios, chargrilled peppers and courgettes, freshly squeezed orange juice and a extensive tea/coffee menu with every drink imaginable. It was so yummy. The staff literally can't do enough for you and are attentive without being suffocating. When lying out by the pool, a waiter would come and fill your glass with cold mineral water without having to ask! The staff insist on carrying your luggage to and from your room. The staff are always available to order taxis etc. I had only 3 days here but felt so relaxed. I didn't want to leave & I can't wait to return!
