Great hotel wonderful location and fantastic service. Loved the rooms and especially the Saturday tour which was free. Hotel had great design and breakfast was pleasant. Only issue was the strength of the card room keys (we had to recharge them every day) but it became a routine to just do it before we went up and staff were very honest and apologetic so it wasn’t a big deal. Hope the hotel fixes this fast. Otherwise, fantastic stay can’t recommend this place highly enough!

On the positive side, the hotel is well located if you wish to be in Palermo, with the proviso that you really should insist on a room at the back, overlooking the pool, to avoid the excessive road noise at the front. ||||The pool, by the way, is long enough for swimmers but it is a very concrete area with sunbeds but little shade and no parasols. The area is shared with the adjacent apartment block. There are changing rooms with lockers and showers but note that no products at all are supplied, not even soap at the sinks by the toilets. ||||The rooms have been refurbished but with no eye for detail and far from the best workmanship. There are, for example, no power sockets near the bed nor above the desk - unless you want your phone plugged in next to the sink and the Nespresso machine, you will need to crawl on the floor, under the desk.||||The bedside light switches cannot be reached when in bed.||||Each room has a round “kitchen table” with a couple of chairs - and hanging low over the table is a large circumference lampshade made of substantial wooden slats. It is close to impossible to pick something up from the table without bashing your head on the wooden lampshade and we have the lumps and bruises to prove it. ||||The bedroom doors do not fit properly. We had three rooms in our two stays here (three because one of the rooms had broken aircon and we had to move). They were all the same - the door gets stuck and needs such a hard push as to “make the room shake”. Additionally, we’d guess that the bedrooms previously had carpet (now hardwood or similar) as there is a deep gap under the door - and bright corridor lights all night. ||||Even with working aircon, be aware that the units are very noisy - inside and out since there is a condenser on each balcony and second rate double glazing. Breakfasts were atrocious, the worst we experienced in South America. It does not help that the on-site restaurant is provided by a third party. Please see the photos of the “fruit”, the “bread’ and the so called “granola” which is actually cornflakes with a raisin or two and a couple of seeds and some sweetener.||||The other thing of which to beware is the Nespresso trap. There is a fridge (minibar) with cans of drink and in the corner of the counter above the fridge there is a tray with chocolate bars and snacks. On that tray is a price list. But well away from this towards the other side of the counter is a Nespresso machine with a small open tray of six capsules. No suggestion of any pricing for them and normally hotels supply these free when there is a Nespresso machine. Not here, it transpires ! At the foot of the price list on the chocolates tray, it has coffee capsule = US$3. Ouch. We never look at the minibar price list because we never take anything from the minibar. (There is a 24 hour Carrefour supermarket just around the corner)||||The hotel apparently supplies one bottle of water per person per evening but we found this out only on evening 6 of 6 when they were delivered to our room. The hotel was unable to explain why we had not had water on the other five evenings. ||||The Reception staff and porters were all really pleasant and helpful with the sole exception of the Front Desk Manager whose attitude was quite the opposite.

There probably isn't enough space to write all the great things about this place. From the day we got there, we were treated like family. Every single person at this resort, from the bell boys, to the front desk staff, to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, every single person was just incredible, sweet and very accommodating. The hotel is in an incredible location with many high end cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. Being centrally located in Buenos Aires, all the main tourist attractions are just a short Uber or Taxi ride away. They have a very nice pool and gym in the rear as well. Thank you for making our annual trip to Buenos Aires a very comfortable and enjoyable one. See you next year. Gracias por todo!

Every time we visit Buenos Aires we stay at Casa Sur Bellini, there is nothing nicer than arriving and being welcomed like at home. Excellent location, great and profesional staff, infrastructure and service. Breakfast offers a variety of homemade foods, including cakes, oatmeal cookies, croissants, yogurt and homemade apple and pear jam, seasonal fruits, breads, eggs, jam, cheese, coffee, and juices. Piscina, Gym and good prices.

Very peaceful rooms, good localization, centric. The zone around the hotel is clean and easy to move another points of city. |Service’s guys are very nice and always helpful. The breakfast is good, includes some typical desserts of Argentina.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel is a very cool Palermo neighborhood with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. You definitely get a taste of local Argentinian culture here. The staff was amazing and came through for me when my late-night flight was cancelled and they welcomed me back with open arms. The rooms are spacious, modern with good air conditioning. I will definitely be coming back when I am in BA.

Yelp
Convenient location in Palermo with a metro not too far away. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but still busy enough to feel safe. The rooms are spacious, we even had a small balcony. The only thing that surprised me is that you have to pay to use your Nespresso! The staff is friendly and breakfast is fine, nothing extravagant but good enough to start the day. There are a few convenient stores, restaurants and coffeeshops in the area. Great option in Buenos Aires.

Yelp
This was our second hotel in Buenos Aires and man, did we love it. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a doorman or staff member who seems genuinely happy to welcome you in. The front desk staff were all fantastic, I speak Spanish and English and we switched back and forth - they are more than happy to give you recommendations and information in English. Carolina was extremely friendly and helpful for anything we needed during our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside and smells very nice inside. The lobby is small but pretty and well decorated. Our room was on the fourth floor and featured a little balcony where you can watch the people pass and enjoy the classic Buenos Aires architecture and tree-lined avenues. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, so were the pillows, and the room was pretty quiet at night. There's a gym and a spa attached to the hotel, which is shared with the Palacio Bellini apartments. I booked an hour-long massage (USD $65) through the front desk and it was amazing, super relaxing. The hotel also offered a yoga class while we were there and though I didn't partake, I thought it was such a cool offering. The location can't be beat. CasaSur Bellini is in the Palermo neighborhood and there is so much to do and see. A few blocks north are the Japanese Garden (Jardín japonés) and German Plaza (Plaza Alemania). To the west is the Eva Perón Museum and the Ecoparque Zoo. To the south is the gigantic Alto Palermo mall. And on all sides of the hotel are restaurants, cafes, wine bars, and more! Plus lots of access to taxis, public transport, and rental bikes if walking isn't your thing. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. We had a wonderful stay and I can't say enough positive things!

Yelp
I don't usually give 5 stars but this hotel won me over in value! The check in was a breeze. Quick short form with info and I got my room keys. Friendly staff. Quick few steps from cab to front desk. Made it to my room and was so pleasantly surprised. As you can see in pictures. Ample room. Great bed. Ac worked perfectly. Amazing 47 in led TV with more than usual channels. I think it is satellite tv. Work desk. Dinette set. Kitchenette nice mini bar stock. Bathroom with great amenities like 5 star hotel and great new jet bubble tub. Everything was high end. No doubt prices will go up as they get full occupancy very soon. Rooms are quiet as are hallways. There is a great small gym that is shared with condo tower but big enough. There is a men only and ladies only spa for each. No steam room in men only spa. Dry sauna in place. Lounge chairs in spa. Location location location. Restaurants cafes bars crossfit right next to hotel las canitas área full of restaurants and bar is walking distance. I cannot say enough. After all, checkout was flawless. The price is not like some others in Buenos Aires. I perceived huge value with casasur bellini and found my new favorite hotel in Buenos Aires. Can't wait to be back and book all my stay here. Hotel provides you with bikes if needed and quick store around the corner and atm 2 blocks away. Starbucks 2 blocks away. Everything you need and neighborhood is very safe too. I could go on and on....

Yelp
Pretty great hotel! Was thoroughly pleased with the room and amenities. The staff was very friendly - offering help with my luggage, guidance for restaurants, what to see and other questions. The room was mostly clean. I saw hairs in the bathtub and only the rain shower head worked, not the smaller removable one. I loved that each room had a balcony and that it was very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the ac was easy to use. The room had a funky smell at first but I think it's because of the humidity... it went away after I turned on the ac. I was there in Christmas Day so I didn't get to check out the restaurant in the hotel and left too early the next day to enjoy the breakfast. The pool looked amazing. Overall, great place to stay at and would definitely recommend it. One other thing, the walls are kind of thin... there was a family with a baby on my floor and I could definitely hear the baby crying.

Yelp
Overall felt like this was a great location and all the staff was super friendly. The hotel is clean. I was surprised to find two twin beds after having the desk tell me we had two double beds, but we were exhausted and just happy to have somewhere to sleep after a full day of traveling. I'd recommend this place to a friend.
