CasaSur Palermo Hotel

Super location - walkable to good local bars and restaurants, and an easy taxi ride into the city. ||Rooms are modern and comfortable, a quiet oasis in BA. Breakfast was good (vegetarian) quality and plentiful. Pool area isn’t massive but good to have a quick dip and relax outside. Good ice cream shops nearby.||Staff helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. ||Like lots of modern hotels, the corridors outside the rooms have low light.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.|The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped — everything I needed was right there.||Daily housekeeping was done to a high standard, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and pleasant.||The location is great — close to major attractions and public transport, yet the room was quiet and peaceful at night.||Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to friends.

My last stay in BA was at one of the major brand hotels in a not so ideal tourist location. I decided to stop chasing points and stay at a better situated hotel. ||Casa Sur Palermo has the perfect location, in a very safe neighborhood, walking distance to a hundred restaurants and cafes. Literally just exit and go in almost any direction to be overwhelmed with choices. ||Front desk host Santiago was helpful in making the check in process smooth. ||The rooms are average size, clean and functional. They offer a great value with the location as a bonus. 24/7 security at the door keeps the criminal elements out. ||The breakfast buffet is good with so many continental choices. However the only protein source is scrambled eggs. It works to get you on the go. ||There is a small supermarket directly across which can accommodate all of your water, soda and snack needs at normal prices.

Poor breakfast, no ham, and anything you ask for, has an extra cost (1/2 avocado at USD3). Staff serving breakfast looks unhappy, never smiled.|Ugly experience at their business center on 8th floor: they served raw, cold and chewy beef at dinner one they, and the following day they forgot to offer tea for breakfast, so we have to ask for it.... but they never brought it

Good hotel in a good position in Palermo area.|Very nice stay in a comfortable and clean room.|I enjoyed the cocktails served at Sacro restaurant.|Good quality of the breakfast but continental one can be improved.|All staff was very professional and friendly.

A big, stylish, modern hotel. we only stayed her for one night on our way home, but it provided all we needed. Room was comfortable with good beds and large for us to sort our luggage ready for our flight.|Staff mainly very helpful, and breakfast was good with variety of food.|Didn't eat in restaurant.

Great location, excellent customer service, near Palermo hip areas, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, weekend markets. Excellent breakfast catering to vegetarians!

no hospitality. the guest was fed alcohol and drugs, fell, and didn't make it but they were concerned about their Liability..? wow, human decency = zero star

The entire experience was stressful and had weird vibes. The staff acted as if this were some prestigious hotel when it really wasn't. Tourist trap 100%. The first day they told us we couldn't fit an extra bed for our daughter and then the next day they told us it was the law to have a bed per person and we must pay for it? Whole thing was a mess and not welcoming at all. Hotel breakfast 5/10: coffee was cold and buffet only had egg and vegetables and croissants everyday. Plus, walls were paper thin and you could even heard the elevator door open.

What a beautiful, clean and charming hotel. The service is incredible, they are helpful and beyond generous there. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is nice, but I do not recommend staying here if you have any desire to get any rest! Could hear staff all night as well as wedding on roof top which did not stop blaring music throughout the entire evening. Hotel staff did nothing to rectify situation. Also, although there are plenty of good restaurants no on site restaurant.
