Casa Valdes is one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve been to. All the dishes were phenomenal, and full of flavour as well as the beautiful presentation. Seafood risotto was the star of the experience. And the tres leches cake was a wonderful end to the meal.
Service was lovely for a lunch on a Sunday, with a beautiful view over the lake and if you’re lucky volcanoes.

We came to the restaurant without a reservation and luckily they found us a table with a beautiful view of the Lake Llanquihue. Fresh local oysters and crab, good service, cozy atmosphere!

We went to a few restaurants around town and this place is by far the best. The sea food was fresh and offer the best oysters (we tried them in about 4-5 other restaurants). The service is on point, and over all the restaurants had a great atmosphere. I also loved the tune ceviche.
