CASCADA Boutique Hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel! The service is by far some of the most generous, kind, and extremely helpful I've ever experienced. They always put their focus on you, never distracted, and always with a smile and helping hand. We got two adjoining rooms and were super grateful for the AC pumping (it was hot)! They were spotless, efficient, and very comfortable. We got breakfast included and ate once in the restaurant - nice restaurant and convenient. Just wish it opened a bit earlier for breakfast for us early risers. :) It was very close to the train station (like a 7 min walk straight down) and very easy to walk to old town (less than 10 mins). I would highly recommend and stay here over and over!

This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here for 2 nights with our family. We had a bed and a pull out couch which was perfect. The rooms are super clean with great linens and towels. We loved having a small balcony that we could sit and eat breakfast. It is across the street from the train station and super close to most of the Lucerne attractions. EVERY staff person we met was the nicest person - super friendly, and super helpful. Our daughter especially loved the welcome gift and her own room key! Highly Recommended!

Both the hotel itself and the reception staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble esp when helping with our car and trailer. As requested, two spaces were reserved for us (no mean feat when parking is in such high demand) and they assisted in moving staff cars so we could plug in our ev. ||The hotel is very clean, well kept and in a great location to explore the city. The tapas restaurant and breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This was a very comfortable hotel that was easy walking distance to almost anywhere in Lucerne. The hotel staff was professional and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms were well appointed and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the detail that each room was named after a particular waterfall (on brand with the name) and had facts about each waterfall provided. The breakfast spread was a wonderful start to each day. Would absolutely stay here on a return trip!

This hotel is easy to get to from the train station (7 min). It is close to the main area (10min walk). The front desk crew is super helpful and nice. The rooms are cozy. Overall, we had no issues. breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the customer service.

Lovely hotel, short distance to the train station and Chapel Bridge, and the Lion Monument, and old town. The guest services staff were excellent! Room 406 had a lovely little balcony and a bit more room! It was a heat wave and although not much in Switzerland is air conditioned, La Cascada hotel was!||The only wish I would have is to include a bit more space beside the beds and in the bathroom. There was only 1 hook in the bathroom that seemed a bit strange to me.||Breakfast in the attached restaurant was quite good! Ours was included so I’m not sure how much it costs otherwise. The restaurant serves tapas, etc and my drinks were good, though a bit pricey. Lucerne, in fact all of Switzerland is pricey! ||I would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel located very well between the down town and the train station in a quiet area. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, they provide water steal and sparkling, coke, coffee and tea free of charge. One thing can be improved is the noise coming out of the AC, otherwise I had. Pleasant stay ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Cascada Hotel in Luzern! The hotel is cozy, very clean, and in a great location—just a short walk from the train station, which made everything super convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. A special thank you to Rea at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always full of positive energy. She truly made our experience even better! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luzern. We’ll definitely be back!
