We had a very pleasant stay in the Cascada Hotel. It was conveniently situated giving us a fairly short walk from the station and to and from the city's attractions.. From the time of our arrival through to the time we departed staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The only thing it lacked was a stand for suitcases, a little inconvenient when unpacking and packing. The breakfast was excellent and we particularly liked the way in which eggs were ordered directly with a server. I was also impressed by the hotel's participation in a trainee scheme which was encouraging young people to pursue a career in hospitality, making hospitality a valued career. If visiting Lucerne in the future we would choose this hotel and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the air conditioning, and the restaurant was quite yummy. It was a very child friendly hotel - they gave my son a small stuffed animal and his own cute room key. My only negative (but not really a negative) was the location. We choose the location because it was close to the train station and that part was great, but I may have preferred to stay by the water with a pretty view.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay at Cascada Hotel, Lucerne We had a truly fantastic experience at the Cascada Hotel in Lucerne. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — and a special thank you must go to Yara and Ria, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They personally showed us to the car park (a rare and appreciated touch!), checked us in with warmth and efficiency, and ensured our entire stay ran smoothly. Their help with our dinner reservations and the attentive waiter service made our evening feel extra special. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and in a great location — but it's the team that really sets it apart. All in all, a very, very good experience and one we’d absolutely recommend.

Somewhat quirky, very clean and professional boutique hotel in a good Lucerne location. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk to the train station and the tourist and locals hub of old and new. The staff at Cascada was always pleasant and accomodating. The daily breakfast option was worth it with a variety of choices and made to order egg plates. We never ate at their Bolero restaurant but did hear good things from others and there are plenty of othercplaces in the nearby area. All in all, a great stay in a beautiful and active city.

This hotel is one of the most amazing four-star hotels I've ever been to in all my trips around Europe. I could say it truly embodies the term "boutique hotel."||From the moment they welcome you to the final point when you say goodbye and check out, everything happens smoothly.|At check-in, they give you cold, complimentary water and help you with all the information you likely need. The room itself is incredibly clean with everything you could need. Specifically, I really loved the skylight window in my room on the seventh floor, with a view of the sky and mountains.||The location is incredible; it's just 5 minutes from the main train station on foot, and on the way, you can find chain food stores, as well as some supermarkets.||Regarding the staff, I could say I was in touch with one of them, and she helped me a lot.

The family room small was a great size for a home base for local adventures. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very peaceful and quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We would be delighted to stay here again if the opportunity comes up.
