Fantastic day out at the river and falls. Welcoming owners and staff. Went as a pre-arranged group of 15 and all had a great time. Lunch and refreshments also available.

Caring and professional staff adds to the adventure and we truly want to big up Neco who was our tour guide, he is passionate about his job and ensures you have a wonderful time with no rush. If you ever visit, ask for Neco! He is one of the reasons we gave 5 stars. Cascade see you again ,soon. Above all, we thank the Almighty God for his creation and allowimg us to enjoy it! This was my favorite thing in Jamaica! Absolutely beautiful and not as crowded as Dunn River (although that is also gorgeous!). Our tour guide was incredible and we felt like we were the only people there. The vendors were not pushy unlike most places we visited which was much appreciated. We drove in a rental car with no problems at all. Excellent experience and scenery. We enjoyed the scenery along with the adventure of jumping into the falls in several locations.

Absolutely amazing!! We expected to see a nice waterfall on the beautiful blue colors… but it was more than that, many cascades, in the middle of the rain forest, beautiful scenery! It’s a must to do, adventurous experience not far from Ocho Rios. You get a private guide who shows the way and help you cross the streams. Ours was brilliant, he offered to film and take photos. We could also try a fresh coconut, sugar cane and other Jamaican fruits on our way back.

Nice visit to a gorgeous place, guides were very helpful and nice. Somewhat “assembly line”like experience but did not mind it as this was described as an express tour. I’m sure there are options for a more laid back visit. Don’t forget to bring water shoes and a “hands free” water proof phone camera holder if you’re worried about your phone. Although the guide we had helped us out by holding our phone as we went in the water.

I bought the excursion from my resort. It took us an hour to get there. The place was well maintained. The guide was friendly and took a lot of pictures and video of us while we were there. We were able to jump into the blue hole twice next to the waterfall. We slided into a shallower pool afterward. The current was strong, so I wore a life vast. It was a lot of fun. I had a great experience.

My most favorite place in Jamaica! As you walk the path down, you see cascade of pools so blue you'd think the bottom was painted. Once you come out to the waterfall, OMG! BREATHTAKING. There's rope swing, bridge jumping, two different caves. One you can walk in, the other you can swim under the waterfall. Go to the very top of the waterfall there's a whole nother pool and waterfalls up there. It's just an amazing all around vibe. You must go here!

I can't say enough good things about this excursion and the gentleman that guided us along. He was so caring and compassionate with my 80 year old mother who wanted to try to keep up they best she could (see pictures below. He was the tall gentleman with dreadlocks in pics). He encouraged me to do the cliff jump, which I probably would not have done without his guidance. I also dropped my driver's license and 2-$20 bills (like an idiot) in the falls when I opened my waterproof bag to get something out. Instead of being irritated, he helped look for it with no complaints. They even had an employee dive under the falls to look for it (because the water is 22 feet deep where the waterfall enters the bottom pool). They didn't find it, but the fact that they tried was VERY much appreciated)! I wish I had more money to give him a bigger tip because he really did make our excursion better! Grounds are pretty. The excursion goes by pretty fast. We were there about an hour and a half. But they do not rush you, and you can go as slow or as fast as you'd like. Basically, there is a cliff jump you can do, there is an area where you can walk up the falls and there is an area where you can wade and go through cave-like areas if you are adventurous. There is even a mini zipline, as you can see in one of the videos. I would absolutely recommend this for a family visiting Jamaica, as it was one of our favorite excursions we've ever done. We did not use the excursion our Carnival cruise ship offered because they did not have one that went to both Dunn River Falls and Blue Hole, so we went through Viator and we had no concerns. We made sure to take a tour that got us to the cruise ship at least an hour before we had to. If you are taking a cruise ship to Ochos Rios, it was nice because there is a shopping area right when you get off the boat, and that is also where the excursion picks you up. It is a tad hectic trying to find your excursion, but we were able to find it, and the staff was very helpful. P.S. I just asked my 80-year-old mom if I should add anything else, and she said, "No, just make sure they know our guide was super nice and cute too!!!"... She told me not to put that last part, but of course I did anyway, because I thought it was cute the way she giggled when she said it.
