I was looking forward to playing Cascada for a long time. I was disappointed. Even though it’s a decent course that winds through the dessert hills, but it’s way too expensive. On top of the already high green fees you have to hire a caddy. Ours was completely useless and possibly under the influence. Definitely not worth the money. I’d say 6 of 18 greens were in terrible shape, and the first whole had a temporary green. There are many comparable courses for much less money. Seeing Bighorn Sheep was cool, but for over $400 a person???

Google
An amazing course in Boulder City that I would highly recommend if you have the opportunity. The staff is extremely friendly and helping. Our caddie was so helpful based on how the course is playing and based on how we were hitting the ball. We had a great time and I try to play here whenever possible.

Google
Played the course yesterday. Beautiful clubhouse and course layout. There were some green issues, temporary green on hole 1, and bare spots on a few others. The pace was great, we didn’t see anyone in front or behind us after about the 8th or 9th hole. This was welcomed after having just played 2 brutal 5.5 hour rounds in 100+ degree temps at Wolf Creek and Black Desert. Those other courses are cool, but we all agreed Cascata is a better track to play. Our forecaddie, Connor, was awesome and way better than our forecaddie at Black Desert. I hope to play this course again next time I’m out this way. The bighorn were everywhere, got some great pics.

Google
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the greens were in rough shape. However, the overall experience was amazing. The staff was attentive and very helpful and kind. The views are spectacular and the layout is challenging. The waterfall running through the inside of the pro shop is nothing short of breathy. Worth the stop to play if in the Vegas area.

Easily one of the best golf experiences in vegas (and probably the country). While their greens are still recovering from a tough summer(2024), they’re making progress and only 4-5 holes are facing challenges. Every other part of the course is pristine. The caddies are great. The cascata breakfast sandwich is definitey something you should try. The rams were pretty cool too.

Google
Fantastic course! Had a great time with our caddie Taylor. Headed back again on Saurday we loved it so much. Best course in vegas and worth the drive!

Google
Cascata is amazing. Love the goats wandering around. Shout out to our very good caddie, Emilio. The complimentary tacos was fire, as well as the valet. Service was amazing, on top of the game. First time here too!

The journey to Cascata begins the way all luxury golf experiences should: watching a 55-year-old man have a full-blown meltdown at the Avis rental counter because his precious Malibu was tragically unavailable. I, being a man of culture and practicality, hopped into a Suburban and took the 25-minute cruise to what I can only describe as Augusta’s hotter, wilder cousin. As you roll through the massive gates, the desert parts like a holy vision and reveals Cascata in all her glory. You’re greeted with a locker bearing your name, an honor typically reserved for pro athletes and mildly successful Instagram influencers. This locker, of course, becomes the tomb for your golf shoes and the graveyard of your financial restraint, as you’ll inevitably drop $500 in the pro shop on items you don’t need, but suddenly must have. (Do I need another Cascata-logoed quarter zip? Absolutely. It’s 75 degrees out, but who cares.) You load up on 12 beers, because hydration is key, and head downstairs past the waterfall running through the clubhouse where your cart awaits. You literally drive out of the clubhouse like you’re being released into Jurassic Park. Somewhere in the distance, a pterodactyl screeches. Or maybe it was just a hawk. Either way, you’re in for a ride. Warm up? Sure. Swing a few clubs, pretend like you know what you’re doing. And then you’re off, soaring through a course carved into canyons with vistas that make you forget how badly you’re slicing the ball. Wildlife roams freely, and yes, there’s a sweet cave. Legend has it, an old Native woman lived there before being “relocated” during the course’s construction. You know, just normal resort golf stuff. At the turn, you’re met not with the traditional sad, sweaty hot dog, but with tacos and margaritas. I repeat: tacos. And. Margaritas. In summary: Cascata is less of a golf course and more of a desert fever dream you’ll want to relive again and again. Thank you for having us! And thank you Jarred for the loop!

Yelp
(This review is strictly for the Restaurant at Cascata) As a guest, and not a golf player, I truly enjoyed the experience of the beautiful scenery, which surrounds Cascata Golf Course. The Restaurant at Cascata is for members only! But, if you go online or if you call them directly and make a reservation, they will accommodate you. During my visit, I had a quick lunch. I chose the Rueben sandwich because I love Rueben! The waitress highly recommended it since this item is new on the menu. The sandwich comes with the homemade potato chips unless you like something else ( regular French fries or sweet potato fries were optional) The waitress was very nice and attentive, refilling my soft drink and answering my questions on the menu. I would definitely like to come back especially during brunch time!

Yelp
This review is not about playing golf but our experience for the Mother's Day brunch at their restaurant. This is an excellent place to bring your family for Mother's Day. They have many different food stations from breakfast items, there is a pasta station, and a bread station with different choices of butter and marmalade. There is a salad station, carving station, dessert station and an omelet station. Also, they have what they call a raw station where they have jumbo shrimp. They have a station with so many kinds of juices to choose from. For an extra price, you can have unlimited mimosas or bloody Mary's. We paid about $60 per person, which is about what you pay eating at any restaurant. The food quality was excellent and delicious. The service was wonderful. A rose for the ladies on that day. You must reserve your spot. I was told you can reserve 30 days out. This event does sell out. Inside the club house next to the restaurant, they have a little stream that runs from the outside of the building through the lobby. Beautiful decor and scenery

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone was so welcoming and treated us so well. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Excellent course, extraordinarily well maintained. Our caddy was amazing we will be back again next time we're in town.

Yelp
Cascata is just an amazing course! Beautifully maintained, challenging and our caddie, Troy really added to the experience. Most of the staff was phenomenal, however the woman working the front 9 beverage cart really missed the mark. At least try to act as if you like your job?! Very highly recommend!

Yelp
I've played here twice. It's a phenomenal course, that goes without saying. But value wise I just can't really sign off. It's almost $500 a round. Paiute and Coyote Springs are in my mind maybe 5% less nice but 20% of the cost here. The mandatory forecaddie thing is also kind of a bummer. Are they nice? Sure. Do they add a lot to the experience? For me, no. Not to mention the 2nd time I went they were pretty indignant to the tip we left (we left the suggested amount the course has on their website which is $40/player, which seems ample for riding on the back of a cart, shooting a range finder occasionally and raking a handful of sandtraps over a 4.5 hr round) If they ditched the forecaddie policy and charged half as much I'd probably play here a few times a year, but if you are coming from out of town you can use your golf busget more wisely at some of the other courses in town.

Yelp
10/10. Facilities are excellent. Staff was phenomenal. The course was in great shape and our caddy Keith was awesome. I'm a 23ish handicap and he made me feel like I was really in the game and I can't say enough good things about him. I've never been Shadow Creek but I couldn't imagine paying twice as much to have a better experience. The breakfast sandwich is great. I will be back

Yelp
I love this course, loved our caddie, and we played some pretty good golf. This was my third time and it was the first time I came away a bit disappointed. Pace wasn't great and our caddie tried to get things going to no avail. Waiting over ten minutes between holes at $549 a round is unacceptable. We calmed down a bit, got some drinks, and played on. The views are incredible and it's as challenging of a course there is in Sin City. We finished our round and the pro shop asked how things went. I shared my discontent with them and basically got a shrug with "our pace is 4 hours and that's what you played." Ok, that's fine but we still waited way too long between holes. Ate lunch, decent food, and headed out. I don't know if this visit will be my last, definitely felt a bit under appreciated by a few individuals. Great facilities, excellent caddie services, beautiful course. Get some people who understand empathy and thoughtfulness.

Yelp
Amazing experience. The first class service blends in beautifully with the outstanding golf. We were greeted upon arrival and quickly escorted to our lockers. Enjoyed a nice breakfast before the range warm up and then had a first-class round of golf with our caddy. Finished with snack and drinks/cigars on the back patio. If Cascata is within your schedule and finances, then treat yourself!

Yelp
A challenging course set in the canyons near Boulder City. Always in immaculate shape. The greens are always very fast. Many of the holes have signature waterfalls on them. If you're lucky you'll get to see some Big Horn Sheep up close! Highly Recommended!

Kris H.

Yelp
5 Star facility, but 1-star service, especially for the price. The course is one of the most beautiful, well-kept courses with a challenging design that we have ever played in We were unlucky that we got a snarky and unattentive caddy. In next day, we found that he mistakenly placed one of our clubs in the bag of another player we got paired with. But Cascata originally was not helpful until we connected with Peter, a great staff member who connected us with the other person. Yes, we should have checked our bags before we left. But we expected concierge level service from our caddy and the staff too. Our experience felt like getting Motel 6 service from a Ritz-Carlton facility.

Yelp
Came here for a wedding, nice staff, good service, but raw meat. Basically an inedible dinner buffet served, very embarrassing. Ran out of Modelo so were serving warm cans, I know the cost was high so expectations were also high. Disappointing. No reflection on the golf here as 465+ per round scares me off.

Yelp
Beautiful golf course located in Boulder City just a quick 20-40 minute from Las Vegas. Numerous breathtaking views will have you putting down your club to snap some photos. There were plenty of staff helping people with their clubs and providing rides to the club house from the parking lot. We met this's morning for the 2018 UNLV family and friends golf tournament and enjoyed breakfast in the banquet hall, including breakfast burritos and freshly cut fruit as well as some juices and coffee. After eating we made our way to the driving range at the bottom of a nice cascading waterfall. There is a chipping green and a putting green to further hone your skills. There were about 60 carts of players and with the shotgun start we never had to wait for a hole or felt pressured by teams creeping up behind us. Very well organized and a beautiful course. The garage inside the clubhouse ground floor was cool to drive your cart through and fill your ice up mid way through the game and drop off afterwards. After the tournament, the players met in the banquet hall again for lunch, burgers with plenty of toppings, chips, cookies, salads and plenty of beverage options. The pro shop was stocked and filled with souvenir options as well as the usual attire, clubs and balls. The interior of the clubhouse was one to admire from the rushing water greeting you as you enter to the elegant bar and pool table area. I am sure there was much more to take in but these were highlights that stood out during my visit. Well worth a trip out here to enjoy a round.

Yelp
While Southern Nevada is home to lots of very nice golf courses, one of the most beautiful is definitely Cascata. Located just east of Henderson and close to Boulder City, it's tucked away on the mountain side. The elevation gives it some great views as well as challenging holes. One of my favorite things about this course and facility is that because it's off he beaten path, the setting quieter and pace is like you're the only ones on the course. There's a private gate to the entrance and no houses along the course. When you get to the clubhouse I was greeted by both a valet and a lovely hostess - they took care of the car, my clubs and escorted me into the clubhouse. Inside, everything is classy and laid out nicely. Men's and women's locker rooms, pro shop, bar, restaurant, billiards room etc. One of the first striking water features is a waterfall/stream running through the center of the clubhouse. Just a beautiful design and well maintained! The putting greens and driving range are also both very nice, with another waterfall behind the driving range coming down the mountain. This course does have a mandatory Caddie rule - so when you're ready to head outside, your Caddie meets you at your cart inside on the lower level; then will stay with you at the driving range and putting greens, then on the course, until you're finished with your round. You must use The clubs Caddies, but if you're been before, you can request a specific one b at the time you make your tee times. The mandatory minimum Caddie fees are separate from greens fees, and are payable in cash directly to your Caddie. The cart ladies had the usual beverages and snacks available for purchase. The were very friendly and courteous. 18 holes later, I was as relaxed and happy as I can remember- regardless of how much I suck at the game. It was a great course to experience. Back to the restaurant, grabbed an early lunch. All food is made fresh to order, and the waitress and waitstaff were great! It should be noted that it is possible to make breakfast or lunch reservations even if you're not playing golf that day - but when you call in, they will let you know if that is possible. They do a large amount of private parties and weddings in peak months, which may put them at capacity on any given day. To sum it up, this is one of my favorite places to play, and even the restaurant was good enough to make me want to come back for food. The entire staff couldn't be nicer, and the overall experience was like a nice day at a country club, more than a day at a public golf course.

Yelp
Course ~ beauteous design, every hole secluded to itself. The contrast between Vegas desert to fairway green is breathtaking and at times intimidating. A few holes are too fast rolled just for show. Arrived early to hoping for a relaxing warm up only to be rushed off the range without a chance to practice some putts. The caddy experience - 1 star. Standoff attitude and kept us strict on the clock. Displayed annoyance when we took pictures. At the end, he was sure to explain to us that it is assumed we are to tip? Unprofessional. At $425 per round, $100 for souvenirs and $100 lunch, extremely dissatisfied this was not the destination experience we hoped for. Next time if I want to tip a caddie a Benjamin it will be for a CaddyMate instead.

Yelp
Haven't even left yet and writing this because I love it so much already. The employees are all on it. Super friendly and helpful. The pro shop is absolutely stunning. I was in awe. There's a waterfall that runs through. It's flawless by design, cleanliness and efficiency. Ate breakfast at the restaurant. It was delicious and Ron C was taking care of us he was amazing! On it, and very friendly. Would love to come back and have him as our server again! Now, on the golf course, couldn't wait to write this review, our caddie smiley is super awesome, funny, friendly and great company on the course. Overall flawless experience and a must visit. ( I hate golf, I usually ride along but Cascata has made the experience extremely enjoyable). The driving range was very beautiful too btw. Real grass and a beautiful mountain backdrop. And the course is gorgeous too. Lots of baby chipmunks!

Yelp
This place is horrible. Don't go here. The staff is rude the greens are yellow and they have no idea what they're doing here. They're extremely rude unhelpful and overall crappy people again stay away from this place. Any place that does not let you on the driving range unless you have a teatime is a horrible business and good luck

Yelp
Review #500!!!! Cascata is an excellent golf facility. The locker rooms are really nice, if you have a tee time they will have a temporary nameplate on your locker. Classy. Large banquet room can easily handle tournaments. We played an SNGCSA tourney here this past week with 120 people and no problem. Saw the drink cart lady at least 4 times while on the golf course. The golf course itself is fun to play. Each hole is its own, you cannot see another hole from the one you are playing as each hole winds its way through canyons. Its a hilly course with lots of elevation changes to challenge shotmaking. Plenty of water features, including a creek that runs right through the clubhouse. Always fun to play here. You can tell golf is struggling in Las Vegas. Even Cascata, once a top tier place similar to Shadow Creek, is not as good as it was. I'm not sure who owns it anymore, Caesar's or Bally's...but they have cut back on some items. But when I golf, doesn't matter where, you can see that golf is struggling and many facilities are not up to their old standards from pre-2008 economic collapse.

Yelp
First Time Playing Golf in Vegas and it was the best ever. Unforgettable. Food, Service, and staff are all first class. Can't wait to go back..... but it ain't cheap......

Yelp
Beautiful golf course! Hidden somewhere between desert and mountains in Boulder City (Las Vegas). Once you drive through the private gate, a beautiful clubhouse welcomes you with friendly staffs. There is beautiful waterfalls in the clubhouse and you can see partial golf course through the windows above it... Golf course is perfectly maintained. To play here you need to hire a caddie and pay about $399 per person during the weekdays and weekend is almost double the price. I gave 5 stars because of friendly staffs and beautifully maintained golf course. I definitely think that this course is way over priced... I can find so many more beautiful course under $399, even under $100 in Las Vegas area and Southern California.

Yelp
Great golf course with excellent staff. Course condition by far the best I've played in the area. Played this course a few times but by far Kudos to Michael Shreck who was the best caddie with course knowledge from tee to green!!!!!
google avatar

Spiro K.

Yelp
One of the best golf experiences I've ever had. Cascata has vaulted up to the top of the list of the courses I've played. As close to perfection as you can get on a course. Mike was our caddy and made my first golf experience here ever better. His course knowledge made it easier to get around a difficult golf course. The greens are fast. Word of advice to any golfers who come out here. Don't hit the ball above the flags. The down hill putts are faaaaaaaaaast. Cascata if yelp had 10 stars I'd give it to you. Simply amazing!

Yelp
An absolute hidden gem. Gorgeous course w great quality small bites and beverages. The service is wonderful. Ron is an amazing host and server, he really made my birthday a special one. Thank you!

Yelp
Had the chance to play Cascata today for the 2nd time in 60 days. The course is in super shape, greens are really fast as are the fairways. The service level is over the top good. From the time you arrive to your vehicle brought up from the parking lot and waiting out front for your departure. It's definitely my new #1 course in Las Vegas. You really need to take a caddy if you play. They absolutely make the day. I've been lucky enough to get Dean the last couple times (I requested him this time) I've played and would highly recommend him. He knows the course like the back of his hand and comes with good stories and tunes if you need/like them. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Yelp
If you want the best VIP golf experience of your life, come here. From the moment you pull up to the gates it is first class treatment. Valet parking car, being shown around the clubhouse, personalized locker, unreal practice area. The layout is fantastic with views that are unbelievable. Doesn't matter the green fee, play here ASAP.

Yelp
My buddy and I visited Cascata as a going away round of Golf due to my move to AZ the following week. It was both the first time we've both played Cascata.. This was BY FAR, the best experience at any golf course I've played in Las Vegas. You drive in through a private gate and you're greeted by your Caddy who gets your clubs setup on the Cart while Valet parks your car. As your enter into the massive Tuscan style clubhouse with their famous waterfall going through the middle - someone from the front desk greets you to check you in and advise of where all the amenities are. Once on the Range, your caddy is with you the entire time to see your swing / how you play to best advise you around the course - the Range is the nicest set of grass I think I've ever hit balls on - even better than the local Tour facility at TPC Summerlin. We had Caddy James - he's been with Cascata for 10+ years and it was a blast. He was extremely knowledgeable - he removed all of the thinking from the round so we could enjoy the course and just focus on hitting the shot. James was by far the best part of the entire experience - his expertise made the round enjoyable and stress free without having to worry about where to hit blind shots or what part of the greens are best to attack. Once you finish the round - you drive back in through automatic doors under the clubhouse that feels like a Disneyland ride - just neat to experience, lol. All in all, I can't wait until I got back home to visit Vegas so I can go play Cascata again. It's worth every dollar. Make sure to request James as your Caddy!

Yelp
Right up there with 'best day ever' !! Got there early and enjoyed practice putting and driving range but the views right off the bat are spectacular and it goes up from there! Saw some Bighorn Sheep on the mountain on the first hole and later they grazed on the driving range as we had late lunch in the restaurant. Met Jerry, our caddie - and immediately knew it was going to be a fun day. The course is challenging but Jerry was spot on with advice, helped correct some swing issues and showed us a few tricks I wish I'd known years ago. Because of Jerry's direction, I felt confident that I was playing pretty good-big respect for Jerry's patience and professionalism. The pace was fine, never felt pushed or rushed or frustrated with the party ahead of us. Each hole is a stand alone spectacle with views that make you feel you are in another world. When you play Cascata you want to experience it as much as play it. The fairways were pristine and the greens were velvet. Perfect condition every hole. Staff in the clubhouse was upbeat, friendly, and the food was plentiful. Every amenity is first class, the property inside and out is breathtaking. Look forward to treating ourselves to this very special experience again soon.

Yelp
Wow! Easily one of my favorite courses now. The constant elevation change, amazing scenery, solid conditions, fun and knowledgable staff, amenities...everything! Loved our round at Cascata and can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Cascata is like treating yourself to a special place that you wouldn't do a lot. You'll pay a lot more for the experience but will leave with great memories and vistas and very cool golf challenges. Our caddie, Rich, was exceptional guy with great knowledge, very affable, and helpful. Course will add 5-10 strokes usually to your score so play maybe forward of normal tees. For us, we went to white instead of blue. It's a gorgeous clubhouse so get there early and soak it in. Loved our round.

Yelp
Thank you for the hospitality shown our group on October 24th. The course is superbly managed and conditions were perfect. The caddie -Ryan was the best. Can't wait to come back to play.

Yelp
I do not play golf, but my daughter took me here for the Mothers day brunch. Egg station, prime rib, ham, potatoes , vegies, beautiful salad table with fresh shrimp and a dessert table that was delicious. Not to mention the mimosas!! I am not a lover of the desert and this place took me out of it, it is so beautiful and refreshing, the waterfalls take you away and the green green green scenery is just lovely. You do not feel like you are in Vegas anymore. I cannot say enough about most of the staff, they are new at this sort of thing so they don't have a full supply of wait staff and clearly some did not want to be there they were more used to being on the course however they did a nice job. Hence the 4 stars. The staff throughout the place was fabulous, helpful friendly, explain what the future of the place is and I am excited to go back!! If you want something a little different than the flash on the strip head to Boulder you will not regret a beautiful tranquil lunch ( they are serving breakfast and lunch now and hopefully move to dinner). I am grateful my daughter saw the flier so keep yours eyes peeled as they plan to have 2 brunch's a month .

Yelp
Beautiful desert Golf course. So lucky to have the opportunity to play it. They also had a very nice selection of women's clothing in their pro shop!

Yelp
Had the very fortunate opportunity to play here again on a recent trip to Vegas. This place is just spectacular as the last time I was able to play it. Greens were told they were rolling around 11 on the stimp (even though the sign said 12) and the weather was a perfect 75F with only wind on the first few holes. Just for a point of reference Augusta rolls around 13 on the stimp meter. Last time I played here I three putted like crazy. It takes a while to get the green speed. We were lucky to have Dean as a caddie for our round. He knows the course well and his read of the greens is quite amazing. He's one of the regular loopers here at Cascata. He will tell you exactly where to play the ball and knows the ins and outs of the course. He's a big Ohio State fan. Talk college football or PGA golf if you have him during a round. It's a true pleasure and a privilege to be able to play such a gem course. The complex is immaculate, awesome clubhouse and in great condition. The people working here understand working to your needs. All in all a fantastic experience.

Yelp
Still an awesome facility despite the poor greens! I enjoy spending time there not just golf Lunch before, time on the practice facilities, shopping in pro shop, and hanging on men's locker room. Sipping a scotch and a good cigar after a round while settling up !! Service everywhere is great, from the limo ride out and back, to the forecaddies! Highly recommend if you want to play a nice joint that is difficult. not for beginners unless you're just going to see the scenery!

Yelp
I had a great experience...and I don't even play golf! My Boyfriend booked a tee time for his birthday and I went along for the ride (literally). Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived and were greeted at the door. We had a great Caddy, the grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed lunch! Two thumbs up!

Yelp
Really excited about my return to play this wonderful track. Check-in was fine, the breakfast experience was fine as well. In the past, we've already been greeted by having our name imprinted on a brass nameplate in the locker room. I ask the pro shop why this changed and they said that "no one told them who the other players were". Pretty weak excuse. They should make a point to ask for the names when the reservations is made. Small frost delay--no biggie, the pro shop manager made a point to come to the dining room to give us updates on when we could access the practice facilities--very detailed and much appreciated. The experience at that point went south. The forecaddie assigned to us (Mac) was the least hands-on caddie I've ever had the pleasure to help me with my round. I did let him know upfront that everything he had to offer would be appreciated; however, I did not want assistance on the greens. Not sure why, but he seemed a little put off by that request. Kind of had an attitude of "ok, whatever". Anyway, he never went far out of his way to treat me special, i.e. only washed my golf ball if I asked, never took my clubs out of the back or put them back in the bag, never offered yardages (even though I had my own GPS if would have been nice on occasion). Pretty much the whole day was him just raking bunkers and helping others read the greens. Lastly, I didn't notice at the time, but noticed the next day that no one even wiped down my clubs. None of these things are major, but I'm guessing that's not the impression you care to advertise. I will inquire about my assigned caddie before playing again so I can hopefully get someone that is better suited to the environment. The course was beautiful, but paying the extra $50+ dollars just to have someone follow you around it not money well spent. Just my opinion. Thanks.

John F.

Yelp
My experience at Cascata was amazing. I live in Las Vegas and have played almost all the tracks here. Cascata is 2nd to NONE. The course is majestic. Difficult. Demanding. Your caddy is fully aware and they will guide you. Each hole is its own golf course Best of all (which is a huge accomplishment) is the staff. The course is dirt and grass. What makes Cascata a gem is the people that take pride in presenting the experience. From the time you arrive to the time your reluctantly have to leave, you are treated with pure class. The people that take pride in working there are what makes this place so amazing. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE ENOIGH

Yelp
Beautiful course, was lucky to get the chance to play there! Was not happy with the fact that they don't give any local discounts, and they charged my friend $75.00 to ride in the cart with me! She wasn't even playing! That was a total rip-off.

Yelp
It's a nice experience. Course isn't a great course like Riviera or LA North but in terms of conditioning, amenities and creating a nice golf experience Cascata does a fantastic job. Beautiful clubhouse, I recommend taking a post round shower as the shower heads were pretty nice, not of the Merion/Winged Foot type but very nice. Like another reviewer my round was very quick. I like a fast round but when on vacation & if I don't need to be anywhere (which is rare) I can stomach 3.5 hours or so. I finished my round in 2.5 hours as I played as a single.

Yelp
Hands down the most beautiful course I've gotten to play. Less of a Target course than I was expecting with some great par 4s and 5s. The water falls and desert landscape make this a challenging but stunning course. The caddies were incredibly helpful in navigating us and trying to help our short game on very tricky greens. They take customer service to a whole new level from the time you arrive through a delicious lunch. Drinks and foods are very well priced so don't let the greens fees let you think everything there is expensive. One of the most incredible golf experiences I've had

Yelp
Out of this world golf with even better service. From the time you walk up until the time you leave you're treated like royalty. Our caddy Andrew knew the course like the back of his hand. He understood and adapted to our group's vibe immediately and made the day awesome. The cart girl - Danielle I think - was entertaining and fun. I can't wait to play there again!!!

Yelp
What once was 5 star facility unfortunately whoever hired the news greens keeper should have known if you get fired from Bali Hai for ruining their fairways and greens it might not be prudent to higher him to handle what were some of the best greens around. All of the other superlatives still are here manicured fairways, rough, bunkers, great staff and good caddies but the greens were browned out and bumpy something that when paying $425.00 to play here should never happen... SORRY but fire this guy for now I'll take my 8 golfers and 3300.00 greens fee tab elsewhere until the greens are fixed.

Yelp
The most amazing experience here at Cascata. The course was pristine, the clubhouse staff went above and beyond and our host/caddie DB was just awesome. He navigated two first timers to a great round and he was amazingly knowledgeable and a constant professional. In my 25 years of playing the game, Cascata is the most memorable round for me.

Yelp
Cascata is without doubt one of the grandest golfing experiences offered near Las Vegas. From our first of many golf outings at Cascata seven years ago through our game yesterday, Cascata never disappoints. If you listen to your caddy and have the golf skills to support his instruction you will shave strokes off your normal score on a course that is maintained at resort level but has the level of difficulty you would expect from an exclusive private club. From the attentive staff, the knowledgeable caddies to the service from the grill, Cascata is an outstanding golf venue in the foothills above Boulder City.

Yelp
What a facility! Wow. From the moment you arrive at this property, you know you are at a world class golf course. The clubhouse is amazing and the course was beautiful, not to mention some very fast greens. If it weren't for our forecaddy, we would have 3 putted a lot more greens. Our guy was Chris and he was helpful, just a little too chatty. I'm there to enjoy my friends company, not become best buds with our caddie. All in all, it was a great experience and worth $395.00

Yelp
Date of golf: 07/21/2012 I had to really think about this review before I wrote it. When I left the course, I though "5 stars easy". After a day that number dropped to 4 stars. Now, as I write the review I can only say 3 stars. Lets talk about it: The course is amazing. Fantastic conditions for the middle of July. Greens fast and true. Fairways rolling nicely with no divots. Tee boxes flat and leveled. I was already aware of the price ($350.00 not including caddy/tip) before I got there. So I was expecting top quality service and a nice mid morning golf session. Just based on the conditions and my expectations, the 5 stars would fit perfectly. Now, how did I come up with 3 stars: For the price one would expect that relaxed move at your own pace round. I didn't get even close to that. I played in 3 hours... that comes out to over $100 per hour for golf. On the range, my caddy prompted me that it was time to start... there were 8 total groups all day. I am sure that I (as a single) would not slow anyone down. That did not matter at all - let the Cascata rush begin. Basically I was rushed through my round, listened to my caddy get a date with the drink girl, and was instructed to play through a four-some on a hole while they were on the green (it was a par-3). I even got the impression that stopping for lunch was forbidden. Personally, for the price and exclusivity of a place like Cascata, I would expect to play at my own pace (maybe a four hour round tops). The condition of the course (immaculate) gives an automatic Cascata 3 star rating. The service is what makes Cascata lose that 5 star luster.

Yelp
OMG!!! If I could give a ten I would! This place was AMAZING!!! From the moment we pulled up the Customer Service was top notch, Breakfast was GREAT, my Husbands Caddie was AWESOME and the Scenery was OVER THE TOP! This was the cleanest, nicest and #1 on our top ten with all our travels and my husband golfing experiences. Can't wait to return. Recommend over and over again! The say you get what you pay for and this place won't let you down! Enjoy!

Yelp
This place is amazing. The holes are incredible and the clubhouse is one of the most unique that I have ever seen. From the time you pull up to the gate and speak the secret password to be allowed in, until you leave, you will feel like a VIP. The course conditions were the best I have ever experienced in LV. The food and service were top notch. My one complaint was our caddie-told a few jokes that our group didn't appreciate and offered advice a few times that made you overthink shots, or insisted that you play certain shots that you just don't play. I like having a caddie in theory, but in reality every time I have had a stranger be my caddie at a nice course with the exception of Tetherow in Bend, OR where the caddies are young guys-they just need to keep their mouth shut unless you ask.

Yelp
I played Cascata with two other friends and I have to say this was the most amazing golf experience I ever had. When I arrived, I pulled up to the bag drop expecting to drop my bag off and go park the car. They took my bag and car, parking it right next to the entrance. You bag is loaded onto a cart which is located inside the clubhouse next to the indoor stream running through it. My friend said it was a bit like "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride." You have a locker with your name engraved on a metal tag attached to it. The driving range is beautiful. Our caddie, John, gave us great advice on reading the greens and best positions to hit our shots. The entire course was in perfect shape. Fairways were lush and the greens were immaculate. We had lunch afterwards and the food was as good as you would expect - 1st class. I sure hope I get to return someday.
