What an incredible bed and breakfast. It is located on a quiet peaceful hill with some stunning views. The hospitality from all of the staff and owners was top class and they are really friendly with some lovely family animals too. The rooms are nice sizes. The breakfast is top class with homemade cakes available too. There is even a swimming pool which opens in the summer! Thanks for a beautiful stay

Casina Rosa is a magical place. It is in a farmhouse, restored with elegance and taste --our room had a spectacular view and a wonderful decor, rustic and sophisticated at the same time. The breakfast was great: we woke up to fresh coffee, homemade cakes, and homemade jams. The owner is a wonderful person: really helpful with tips on the region but at the same time discreet and respectful. We had a truly wonderful experience. For 80 euros we got a mini-apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an amazing balcony.

Following an amazing 11-day Trafalgar tour of Italian cities, spending 3 days/nights at Cascina Rosa was so peaceful. We were able to visit some of the incredible, very old mountain villages nearby, including Casorzo where my father was born. Our room was delightful and comfy with a nice bathroom. The views were amazing as we were sitting on a mountaintop. Each breakfast was delicious and the cappuccinos were so-o-o good! Sabrina, our host, was most accommodating. Loved it!

We loved it there! The owners were amazingly kind and friendly! Even our dog was pampered during our stay there. Despite not having TV the children loved it because of the swimming pool and the fresh local fruit and of course the local food around.||The breakfast were always amazing and the jams, were made with the fruit grown there Everything so organic!!!! Everything so delicious!||The cleaning lady did make our beds and cleaned our bedroom and bathromm every single day. It was a great experience!

Cascina Rosa is a little slice of heaven in the Monferrato hills. Sabina and Enrico were spectacular hosts--warm, friendly, engaging, and extremely helpful with recommendations about the area. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, spotless and comfortable. The experience of relaxing in a hammock under their beautiful fruit trees, with a warm wind gently blowing and surrounded by the most unbelievable panoramic view, is hard to top. We can't wait to go back!

This B&B has a great location and beautiful views, but having read the reviews on here, I was expecting so much more. Our room wasn't particularly clean, the grounds looked like they needed a bit of love and we had a wasp's nest right outside our window, which meant we couldn't open it. We didn't get a chance to try the pool, but it looked very nice.||||Breakfast was good and Sabina was very welcoming. ||||Maybe we were expecting too much after reading so many glowing reviews or maybe we just caught it at a bad time, but we wouldn't stay again.

What a little gem this b+b was! very comfortable and sympathetically restored, whitewashed walls, solid and old fashioned furniture, modern bathroom. Our hostess was very pleasant and my 12 year old daughter and I felt at home. The views over the hills were just as you might see them in films, staggeringly beautiful, one rolling hill after another, with a village on top and a chuch, like a cherry on the cake.we went out to a local town for supper and were not dissapointed, lovely Italian fare and attentive waiters.||I was sorry my husband and older daughter were not with us as I am sure they would have enjoyed the stay.I was also sorry that I didn't have more time to stay but will definitely return soon!||Only downside: the pool was a bit cold and put some anti-mosquito lotion on! However, the good vastly overweighs the not so good.

We had a great time staying at Cascina Rosa.||Cascina Rosa is a lovely B&B in one of the most beautiful spots in the area. The house sits on the top of a hill, enjoying spectacular views over the region of Monferrato.||The B&B is full of character and charm and our room was extremely comfortable and had wonderful views.||The service was excellent and Sabina, the owner, very friendly and helpful, always on hand when we needed her, but invisible when we didn't.|| We will certainly come back.
