My husband and I came to Caseta for a wedding. When we booked many of the suggested hotels were fully booked, Case Charming was the first one with availability. I am so pleased that was the case because this place is a gem! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff that can't do enough for you and a great breakfast. It is also in the centre of Caserta for exploring. I can not praise this hotel enough! :)

We stayed for 1 night on a rail tour of Southern Italy. The pre communication and hospitality were outstanding. So friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The location is right in the middle of everything. It takes a lot for a grumpy Englishman to be so pleased and we will definitely want to return.

Stayed 3 nights here. Loved the location and the excellent staff. Rita was very helpful and Fabio went out of his way to help me prepare for an early morning departure to Rome. Breakfast cooked to your desire. Bed very comfortable, and a small fridge with still and sparkling water. Very close to the Royal Palace. I recommend this place and hope to come back.

We were traveling with friends and stayed in Caserta for one night. Location was perfect - close to downtown and the Palace, but on a nice side street so fairly quiet. Rooms are large and equiped with all we need. Staff was very nice, communicated with us before and during our stay and helped with transport to the airport. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a supremely pleasant and comfortable stay. Ira couldn't have been more attentive and helpful in her making our stay one of the best destinations on our Italy trip. Everything was comfortable and our breakfasts were satisfying. And go to the restaurant next door, too. Close to numerous other restaurants, museums and shopping so we rarely needed our car.

The perfect little boutique hotel for our last-minute Caserta excursion. The room was spotless and tastefully appointed an exceptionally cozy bed. Breakfast was lovely (eggs for breakfast! so hard to find in Italy!) The hostesses were all warm and courteous, and clearly have a passion for hospitality. They sent us an email full of restaurant recommendations and things to do and see beyond La Reggia, which made us wish we were staying longer than one night! Staying here made us want to come back to Caserta on our next Italian vacation, and Cas’E Charming House will be at the top of our list for accommodations in the future!

This B&B is wonderful. Its located on a small street close to restaurants, shops and the park. The decor is really charming. Most of all, the ladies who host this property are lovely. They are so welcoming, accomodating and helpful. They really do go above and beyond to treat you like part of their family. Ira was very helpful by being my translator during a problem at the parking garage.Since neither the attendant or I spoke the same language, I called her for help and she came to the garage and resolved the problem right away. The grounds and room are clean and fresh. The smell of jasmine makes the courtyard a perfect place to sit and have drinks before dinner. The breakfast was good, both sweet & savory and eggs if you request them. I loved the bath toiletries included and the hair dryer was great. Be sure to pack light, as with most European accomodations there is no elevator and carrying your suitcase up the stairs is a must. Staying here was one of the best parts of the trip. A wonderful way to experience a traditional old Italian town with few tourists. Most everyone spoke English so no worries. Walk up to the park, relax with a drink and people watch. We used this location as home base for a few days and then drove to other places like Pompeii.

We stayed here based upon the ratings and I'm glad we did. Firstly, Ira is wonderful!! She made that stay even that more enjoyable. The room was large and the bathroom was very roomy. We used this as a base to drive to the ruins and to Naples. We also drove to Salerno (only a 1 hr drive) and took the Ferry to Positano for the day. Breakfast was excellent!! One bit of advice, if you arrive by car DO NOT take a ticket at the car park. Park outside the gate and go to the front desk to pay for parking. Also, Caserta is full of nice restaurants. But if you're from the US, be ready for 8:00pm dinners. I also think the price for our room.breakfast was extremely reasonable!
