the best mozzarella I’ve ever had in my life. period. it is amazing. if you buy mozzarella on site, they get it out of water with a spoon and take it into a plastic bag, that’s how fresh their mozzarella is. must visit if you’re around caserta or caiazzo.

No words to describe the flavor of the fresh cheese. This place is the best in the world!!!

Fantastic Mozzarella. The owner, Don Mimmo, is a fantastic person, and you can clearly taste the passion that he put in his work. The whole team is been really kind every time we went there. For 3 times we did more than 300km just for trying his mozzarella and we never been disappointed.
