Probably the most famous, and deservingly so, piadina place on the Rimini seaside walk: a traditional place with a long history, even if it has recently been completely revamped with a contemporary look.
An excellent thin crust piadina: not the traditional, thick one, which you'd find more easily on the hills and in the hinterland towards Forlì, but an excellent thin piadina.
The choice of stuffings is very wide - from the more traditional with ham or squacquerone and rocket salad to the weirdest matchings - and all basic ingredients are very well selected: La Casina del Bosco might be your best choice for a quick lunch or dinner near Rimini Beach.
The guys and girls tending tables are always nice, but the place becomes more crowded every year due to its success.
Seating is in the open, and it's so successful it's packed every evening (until in high season, very late) especially on Saturdays. Though I must admit I never had a problem finding a table: they seem to be able to seat you anytime, anyway (they tend to crowd tables, so no it's not an intimate, quiet place :)
Been there a bunch of times (I live in the area), never been disappointed.
