Far as heck for me to get there but I always have a good time when I do. Also great concert location if you're wanting to see a show. I get free rooms and a lot of the time free tickets too! so never a complaint about those from me! Lol. Choose this one. It's good I promise.

Google
Cosmic Bingo with Lucinda was quite the experience! It’s definitely not for the faint of heart. Or even if you want to show a friend or family member who are, a good time to break them out of their comfort zone, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to pay Lucinda a visit at Del Sol’s Cosmic Bingo! I absolutely loved it. There was a fantastic range of ages and characters. I plan to go again to have just a much fun next month!

Took my wife here for her birthday which. The room was excellent. Spacious and clean. The icing on the cake was that it was very quiet when we went to bed. The gambling was fun. Sadly we did not relieve the Casino of any money. We also went for the seafood dinner buffet. Great value for the food you get. We will be back.

We stayed here for the 2024 New Years Eve celebration. Our host Michael set us up for the VIP NYE Event and we were not disappointed. Fantastic time and great staff work. Thanks to Michael our evening was so much fun.

Google
My wife and I like staying here when we make it to Tucson. The casino gives amazing free play and giveaways which is why we love coming down to stay here. I would like to bring to your attention though that the rooms could use a really good dusting. Above our bed on the head board was super dirty. You could see the dust piled high which is pretty disgusting. I think a little more attention to detail goes a long way. Other than that, everything was good

Google
Great hotel and casino. The entire place is spotless and well maintained. Our receptionist was cordial and provided us with information about the hotel. The pool area was fabulous. Pool, chairs, fire pits and hot tubs were all clean and looked new. The casino is so nice. There are several parts to the casino, so make sure to walk around past the main casino entrance. They have free parking and a parking garage to get your car out of the heat! Not too far from the airport.

Google
Casino Del Sol is my favorite casino in Tucson. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The decor is gorgeous. The slot machine selection is decent. The smoking areas are definitely my favorite. The frozen mocha from the Soul Brew coffee shop is one of my favorite things on earth.

We were here for the Red Dress gala this past weekend. To be honest our expectations were pretty low, however it was a very pleasant surprise!|Good in the ballroom was pretty good (about 800attendees). Property was very clean especially the rooms. Bathrooms are very small but room overall was very good.|Casino was busy both night and while not a Vegas casino was still fun, just wish they had a couple more roulette tables.|Most of property is non smoking except for center area of casino which is unfortunate but I suppose that is market they attract.

Yelp
Casino del Sol holds a yearly bead show at their surroundings. The casino is located west of Tucson off I-19. There are quite a few restaurants on the way so if you're hungry, stop there first. The number of stores on the way to the casino diminish greatly. Obviously, the casino offers gambling. There are a few restaurants as well. The casino is well attended and kept up nicely. There is outdoor, covered and valet parking available. Wi-Fi in the casino

Yelp
We stayed on the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, luxurious with a nice comfortable bed and pillows, well appointed bathroom, Keurig coffee and great views of the Tucson mountains out of our window. We also enjoyed the casino, especially the blue cloudy sky ceilings - very much like the Venetian in Vegas and the Casino was mostly smoke free. The pool area was beautiful, but we did not try it on this trip. The fitness center was pretty good, though I thought it was a bit small for the size of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Stephy B.

Yelp
So I have been here many times my parents stay here probably every other month when they go to the doctors. this casino is great. The staff is pleasant. The food is great. The pool area is usually nice. This time I felt it was a bit dirty but that is not where I have issues with.. my father is a disabled veteran who needed a wheelchair, and the only wheelchair that this place had was a broken one with no foot pedals and a broken break. I think that they need to invest in a couple good working wheelchairs. All hotels have them. I was very disappointed this go around if it was me I would not choose to stay here. If I had somebody disabled with me I really hope management sees this and spend a couple hundred dollars on a couple wheelchairs.!!! very disappointing

Yelp
This is a good casino. The players club signup was seamless, and there are numerous slots and tables. My only issue at the casino, was a slot machine I sat at had a lot of liquid on the console, but I didn't notice until I started inserting money. The liquid soaked my money as I place it in the machine, as well as the liquid was so saturated I could not cash out my ticket or bet on the machine. I understand the casino could not prevent this, but my issue was I sat at the machine for approximately 15 minutes and not staff member was near by to help with the issue. I eventually used some paper I had in my pocket to clean the machine and withdraw my funds. This was unfortunate, because other than that issue I really enjoyed gambling at this casino.

Kirby T.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst slots in Tucson. Not a machine in the place was paying anything. They must have there slots set to take 20 to 30% on every dollar spent whe 8% is standard with legit casonos. Beware gamblers!. I will never return!

Don D.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel and casino. Great restaurants, bars and entertainment options. Our room was spectacular and so comfy! The staff was the best of the best! Everywhere we went it was just great! We played bingo and not only did we have a blast but they had a food bar and we got loaded nachos and they were to die for. I would go back in a heartbeat and I know we would have another great time! They have valet parking at no charge and they were awesome and helpful as well. This place takes care of you!

Jen N Jeremy C.

Yelp
Very rude staff at center bar. There needs to be some training at a minimum to ensure patrons are treated with decency.

Hope W.

Yelp
We stayed at the resort for the first time on Father's Day weekend. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff was very friedly. I spent most of my time out by the pool. Once you navigate getting your towel from the vending machine gadget () you'll be ready to relax. We also golfed while there -despite the heat- and the Sewailo course was in amazing shape! Fun had for all for the weekend!

Scott D.

Yelp
We had a very good experience here. Stayed at the estrella hotel next door. Good service, nice clean quiet room. Loved the sports bar, good service and prices. Italian restaurant was great, huge portions, great cocktails.

Brian H.

Yelp
Resort is beautiful. Rooms and grounds are very nice. Reminds me of Cesar's Palace. Resort seems newer. It's clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Room rates are reasonable. $169 per night I believe. Staff members across the board are very sensitive and on edge. Most all of them. From the GM, to lifeguards, to servers, to bartenders, to security. They question every move you make. They question why are you standing or sitting there. Where are you going? They are in your face and very annoying. They are argumentative. They talk down to you. They treat you like second-class citizens. Really bizarre behavior. I've traveled the world and have never been treated like this before. Even Las Vegas casinos and resorts do not treat their guests this way. I like the location, atmosphere, and ambiance. Employees need to step it up and serve their guests with dignity and respect. Hospitality is the service industry. Serve your guests. Be friendly. Going to throw this review on Trip Advisor as well.

Nicol G.

Yelp
More than 45 minutes, still waiting for service on a machine to get my $40 back. Not the first time this has happened- om here on a weeknight and they are NOT busy.

IvanTweet C.

Yelp
It's a nice place with an energetic atmosphere and plenty of games. The open air concerts are great. BUT, the PARKINGLOT is just as HORRIBLE at TUCSON ROADS!!!!! Arrggghhhh!!!!lol

Debbie S.

Yelp
Well my mom and I have been staying now at the hotel for 6 nights now. Ive only won $3 dollars and my mom has lost over $100. A little disappointed. I told the hotel desk we were a little disappointed and they said sorry. We still have 1 more night but I think Im done gambling (no fun). The front desk didn't seem concerned about us having a good time. On a positive note the room is very nice and the beds are very very comfortable. (We avoided housekeeping the whole time). Anytime we've needed any items for our room they've been very accommodating and I tried valet car service for the first time and its phenomenal! Just remember the slots are very very tight. I spun my machine 100 times and only won 3 times out of 100 spins. Oh well you win some you lose some. Oh woops I forgot another disappointment was you cant book 2 people at their spa. We had to drive somewhere else for manipedis and massages. Lastly you don't get a microwave in your room. I was sad because I wanted to heat up my neck wrap and I wanted to pop some popcorn. I asked the desk and she said no rooms are provided microwaves.

Yelp
this is the worst casino Indian tribe casino that you can go to they Think they're above everyone. I just spent over $1000 and they 86th one of muy friends. I was more buzzed than they we were. . piece of advice stay away from this casino. The two people we spoke supposedly professional Indian tribe police thought they were above everyour else casino del Sol is the worst place to go to, but if you want to lose your money, go there.. next time my friend and I will be going to Desert diamond if not fuck it. we are going to las Vegas, where they know how to treat people....

Yelp
Any that's casino A few times . The last cup of trips went in with $500 and on the first trip. Play 20 different slot machines got 0 bonuses whatsoever in and out of the casino in 45 minutes betting no more than $225 a poll second trip. Play 18 slot machines, 0 bonuses. Betting no more than a $25 of Pole. Left casino after an hour with 0, The only thing they are good at. There is getting you in and out and getting your money as fast as possible.

Mrs. J.

Yelp
Nice Room, Nice Pool and Hot tub. Staff wasn't very friendly, spa had no availability due to lack of staff. Watch out for the staff working on the machines, they kick you off in the middle of your cycle on digital roulette and then laugh when your number hits. Took an hour to get service on a frozen Keno machine. Beware the tables raise their min bets on the tables from $10 min to $25 min the later the night gets. Nearly impossible to get a drink at the bar. *The Valet however were awesome! They provided excellent customer service and were friendly and welcoming!

Yelp
ATTENTION ALL TOURIST!! DO NOT COME TO THIS CASINO!! As we were walking into the casino, the security guard (Able) stopped us and accused my cousin of being drunk. She in fact was not. We had just flew in from LA to visit our grandmother and wanted to go hang out with our family and cousins.. There were 12 of us. My cousins were talking and laughing because we hadn't seen each other in years. We were not let into the Casino, because of false accusations. Other security showed up because we were upset of the false accusations. Than the another security, that' showed up, hand signed the peace sign and grabbed his balls. I find this extremely disgusting unprofessional. I hope you review the tapes, so you can see everything. It was around 9:50pm. I will not be returning ever again.

Minnie M.

Yelp
I came to Tucson to be with my family, we came to the casino, and my cousins were happy to be together after a few years. They were hugging and happy, security gaurd Abel stopped my cousins accused them of being intoxicated and wouldn't let them in. What kind of establishment automatically accuses someone of being intoxicated for being happy. We were denied entrance and treated like criminals. There we're about 10 of us ready to spend thousands at this casino. Thank you for making us feel like criminals for enjoying our family. Trust me, this will not be the only review I write about this casino and your security.

Yelp
We had an amazing stay at this resort last night and were pleasantly surprised at how grand it was for the price. It's very spacious and includes a very large pool area with 2 Jacuzzi's that I could see. A large casinos inside and the really nice bonus was a large inside area with multiple restaurants. Our room was wonderful we were upgraded to the top floor and it was very comfortable. Most casino hotel rooms do not have refrigerators so I was pleasantly surprised to find a room refrigerator. The room also has a safe. The lobby is very luxurious and nicely decorated for the holidays as well. We will definitely be returning to this resort in the near future because we feel like it's an excellent value for the money. It's rated at 4 stars and definitely deserves that in my opinion

Steven K.

Yelp
The Estrella hotel may as well be a Super 8 along a busy freeway. For $180 you get paper thin walls, windows, and door, loud road noise and drunks wandering the halls at all hours of the night. Then there is the lousy bed, had to be a fire sale on these these, and super bulky and hard pillows. I'm struggling to find a redeeming quality for this place, but it's just not worth the money. And since I don't gamble, no need to wander the depressing, smoke-filled casino to get my cancer fix. The ONLY reason we stayed here was because of a work party that ran late. Home was 45 minutes away, and in hindsight, the better option.

Angelique C.

Yelp
Beautiful rooms - UGLY customer service. This is my first visit here... And besides the hotel itself, it's quickly becoming my last. Trying to get a new member card took an extremely long time. When the guy finally returned, there was no apology, just "what do you need?" (Immediately felt like I should have stayed in Phoenix and went to Harrah's where my room was cheaper and the customer service is actually service.) When we arrived we called from our room to the front desk to ask the time of the buffet closing, we were told 10. We went down a little after 6 and were told it was closing in 45 minutes. We ended up at the Asian restaurant Ume, we waited quite a while to be seated, waited to be greeted by our waiter, never received one of the drinks that we ordered, received slightly burnt food, then waited for the bill while the wait staff enjoyed a nice conversation at the bar. All in an EMPTY RESTAURANT! The waiter accused me of taking a picture, I was threatened with calling security to go through my phone if the manager didn't see the pictures I took, and not a single person was apologetic or even felt like the situation needed to improve. The manager comp'd a few items. But the waiter never even showed his face again. Just rude. So far, I'm disgusted...

Apple T.

Yelp
Bathrooms are a lot better. Some of the soap dispensers need to be fixed. Still have broken machines at the old side where the keno is. Another issue is that no one comes around to ask if we need any alcohol!

Taylor A.

Yelp
Didn't have WiFi but pretty hotel and casino. The pool was nice as well. They had electronic roulette which was fun.

Steven W.

Yelp
Casino Del Sol sent me an mailed offer for a free night stay Sun-Thu. After making my reservation they reneged on the offer, saying the offer was sent out in error and said I would need to pay for the offered room. They made no effort to notify me despite having my email and cell number on my reservation and players card.

Maritza R.

Yelp
Had a good experience until Monday night, I went to the lobby to wait for my sister to help her with luggage at around 11:30pm as I approached the lobby there was a couple and at the time I didn't pay no mind until I saw a pitbull with brown and white spots charge at me obviously I got scared and told the people or the couple to please control him I got really scared to which they did but I had never experience something like this. I went to security it was a young lady the initial person that I made aware of the situation I noticed that she walked towards the lobby but then turn around and came back to the casino she never left entirely to the lobby. Since I noticed that the young lady didn't do anything I decided that I would go to the Security by the entrance on the other side of the casino and they said they would check on it later on when I was on my way to my room I noticed that the couple were still there the lady was sleeping on the couch next to her partner I did not see the dog because they had covered it with their personal stuff but it is concerning to me that other people would experience the same thing as I did I'm making you aware not to get anyone in trouble for you guys to consider that if I'm on vacation or anyone else that's the last thing you want to experience being afraid that you will get bit because no one is taking responsibility or action or someone would get bitget bit because no one is doing anything about it! I want to address that housekeeping and everyone else seem to be very nice just the experience that I had wasn't the greatest do to the dog being allowed to be there as I don't think it's service dog would do anything like that that's my thoughts.

Dorene T.

Yelp
Hotel is beautiful. Only issue was tv and internet didn't work. They said they would give us a $40.00 discount on the room as compensation. Don' let them fool you when you go to check out, they tell you the discount will be for your next stay make sure you get it for your current stay. When you asked to speak to the clerks, they have no answers for anything and they make you wait forever to speak to a manager forever. They got it down and now how to avoid keeping their word.

James B.

Yelp
The lack of respect and unbelievably rude behavior of the Casino Del Sol resort management shook me to the core. Being in the hospitality industry for 40 years , I have never treated a guest who has spent literally thousands of dollars and generous tipping must have been the motivation for bringing security in flack jackets into my room to evict me. It was a little after 1 pm. I wasn't allowed to use the restroom , change out of my pajamas, and left numerous personal items behind. I wasn't allowed kicked to the curb. I had not at any time during the 2 days I had been a guest in a suite. I had made an entirely new reservation to extend my stay. They claimed I had not made arrangements for an extra night stay at the hotel (more a hotel than resort) for a day spa and gambling. I have time stamps that I know they could just watch and see the money I spent, the staff to whom I was extremely generous . My crime.... I overslept, partially due to my second day food poisoning. I was never at a drunken or unruly frame of mind. I was tossed out of my suite, with no idea of my reservation for an extra night stay . I know the name of desk clerk and the approximate time that I did this . It should be on security . footage. But, all I wanted was to use the bathroom and wash up or shower. I was tossed to the curb in my pajamas , no bra, and sobbing. Not one oz of empathy if customer service. I at one time raved about this place..... now I understand what other visitors and locals have warned me about. I was told the Resort was shady, but, with a smile. There are numerous other casinos, resorts, etc. I have absolutely no intention of allowing anyone who works hard and deserves some time for fun to find it elsewhere. It's sad. Probably managers who went to school for hotel management, but, have no real experience. I will make sure I tell my story so people don't have to live with suck and embarrassing and aggressive treatment. My crime is I slept through my wake up/check out time by an hour. That's definitely a great reason to kick a successful middle age woman to the curb in her PJs, no shower, no bathroom. I'm actually extremely traumatized. These local casinos are just not ever for us . It's to make money and losing a customer/player at 14 additional people and counting, Just a warning.

Esteban V.

Yelp
Came here and stayed overnight for a two day event. They kicked us out of and wouldn't let us use the pool at all on the second day, because we "weren't guests" after 11am. Security comes around at last call every night and literally grabs the drinks out of your hand and pours them out. Not even kidding. As someone who grew up in Nevada around real casinos, this place is an embarrassing fucking joke.

Melissa O.

Yelp
Why in the world is trópico playing crappy country music when there is a country artist playing at Ava ? Like why would you think we (who didn't want to go to the country concert ) want to listen to the same music?!?! Cmon. Do better

Barbara D.

Yelp
Slots are super tight here and my friends lost a lot at pai-gow. They have a lot of slot machines but I didn't see anybody winning. I barely got any bonuses on any machines. We were looking for a roulette table, unfortunately, they didn't have any yet. They said it's supposed to come in by the end of 2021. Also, this is not like Vegas. You have to pay for your drinks even when you're playing with thousands at the table. You also could only smoke at the center bar which is the smoking section. The only plus to this place is that the Japanese restaurant, Ume, was really good when I stopped in. Had the happy hour price for the edamame and the chicken lettuce wraps were really great.

Brena E.

Yelp
I had kind of a mixed experience staying here, but the pool was so amazing that I'm giving it four stars. My flight got in before check-in, so they gave me a pass for the pool. Unfortunately you can't get any towels though because you need an actual room key to do that. The people working at the pool were super nice, but the bartender was late so we couldn't order any food or drink until at least a half hour after it was supposed to be open. I loved the pool area so much and could've stayed there all day, but felt I should get out of the sun at some point. My room was fine, but the walls were thin and I could hear other people. Also, fire alarm went off at night and there was no direction after we left our rooms about when we could go back inside or get up to our rooms. Finally people just started heading back in and hoped that it was a false alarm.

Lili C.

Yelp
Beautiful casino... Unfortunately, during our stay a few weeks ago, we found cockroaches in our room (photos below). Which is totally reasonable for just maybe one or two. Night one we only had a few sightings but after coming back to our room the following day there were at least 10 cockroaches crawling all over the counter. When we called to let the office to let them know about the situation we were unwelcome by poor attitude of the manger and were blamed for the bugs?!? They informed us they would be "doing us" a favor by moving us rooms after the manager had room service come down to check we weren't lying. The following day we got In touch with the operations manager of the hotel and were blown off like it was nothing. Like I said in the beginning it is a beautiful casino just poor hospitality and customer service.

Charise W.

Yelp
This hotel is perfect because there are amenities for all ages. Facility is clean and grounds are maintained. We stayed for a soccer tournament which was perfect as the pool area is big, has a bar area, fire pits, and lots of sitting with cabanas for the team to hangout. Inside there are multiple restaurants options. There was a concert on one of the nights in the amphitheater. I wish I knew the casino had concert/events or I would had bought concert tickets. Worked out though because our group was able to enjoy and hear it from the pool area.

Riley Z.

Yelp
I came to Tucson to visit family and came to this casino to play cards while here. I play poker regularly as my side gig. The room is visually nice, snd physically comfortable. As well as the rest of the casino. However, the way I was treated in the room as a young person (26) was full of injustice. If you are 30 or younger I don't recommend playing here. The dealers cater heavily to the older regulars and are cold to the young players. I did not feel welcome there. Some players were nice, but I generally got a bad vibe from the regulars and staff. Not only did I "feel" this way, but there was a specific event that caused me to leave and choose to play and spend my money elsewhere. The event: I was in a hand with a regular bluffing a draw to the river in 1/3 NLH. Player appeared to have about $60-70 behind which was about how much was in the pot. I bluff jammed on the river (I had him covered) and he put in the call. I mucked my cards, said nice call, and asked how much. He put the stack of $64 in and then threw out from under his hands where he was holding his cards, a $100 black chip. I, surprised having not seen the hidden chip, asked what was up with that. I made it known that it was unfair to me that a chip of such a denomination was not with his stack and being hidden by his hand. I was obviously willing to pay the $64 but not the $100 in addition. The dealer, having already conversed with this player in such a way that they were friends and new each other, called the floor and explained the situation in an incredibly biased way. The floor sided with the dealer and mandated the $164 to be paid. This isn't about money. I'm fine losing $100 because that's what we sign up for. But the injustice of it all had me very upset. I told the floor that I would pay the $164 but I would not be playing there anymore, and made sure they knew it's their responsibility to treat every player the same. It's a shame that something as insignificant as $100 would compromise the ethics of a poker room, but to be fair the player was a complete donkey and therefore very good for the room. If you are willing to handle being treated unfairly, I highly recommend playing here- as many of the regulars freely donate their money to "real" players. Just be cautious and observant of everything going on!

Philip Y.

Yelp
Buffet is mediocre at best. Four family members went their buffet for thanksgiving at $55.00 a pop and definitely not worth it. Prime rib was rubbery and desserts store bough from food city.

Gary M.

Yelp
It's a decent casino, just starting to show it's age, feels outdated, and they need newer games, change layout, mix things up. There's a lot of unused space that could be put to better use if they changed the floor plan. And get NEW GAMES

Lorri D.

Yelp
We opted for Estrella, which is a part of Casino Del Sol but it is a separate tower not attached to the casino itself. We were very happy with our room! The pool was great on the Estrella side, nice big water slide and plenty of room to sit and enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. There is also an arcade (with newer interactive games) plus a gym. Everything seemed clean and updated. Staff was very friendly, from phone calls and check-in all the way through check-out. We needed extra towels and tissue and they arrived within 5 minutes. Great service. Comfy beds, complimentary waters. Ice machine is on floor 2 and 4 (figures since we were on the 3rd floor). We took several walks around the grounds and enjoyed the landscaping and the beauty of the casino as well. The amphitheater is awesome! Great sound, easy to get to and decent prices. Check the schedule before you book, you may be in for a great treat! Rooms ran us about $200/night. About a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Tucson, we Ubered since we weren't sure how parking would be on the weekends. Lots of great places to eat in the casino too! Breakfast at Moby's, sushi at Ume, delicious gelato counter at Sweetscape, and the cookies and brownies at the Streetscape pizza place are AMAZING!!! Our only real complaint was that upon check-in there was a used brown bag in our trash and a half eaten pickle. Wouldn't have been so gross but there was pickle juice and smell during our whole visit. And while on the subject, we arrived on a Friday and in the trash can next to the elevator was a pizza box, it stayed there and was still there when we checked out on Sunday. There was also a clothing size sticker on the hallway floor for our entire stay as well. Not big things, but enough to notice. (we finally unstuck the sticker and tossed it in with the pizza box on our way out though) I would not hesitate at all to stay at Estrella again! CHEERS!!!

Jaime B.

Yelp
Great hotel, great location to AVA Amphitheater, great dining options and especially great pool area. Only complaint was staff at pool who seem unbothered and slow, mostly standing around talking to each other instead of trying to take orders and get those tips. Other than that, the resort is great!

Kenneth L.

Yelp
Beautiful venue. Good vibes and excellent dining options. Highly recommend for a getaway.

Mark C.

Yelp
Wow. Charge you for the room and then add an 18.00 per day occupancy fee. What do they think you pay a room charge for!!!!!! I thought you paid a room charge to occupy the room.... Rooms are ok and service is ok. I think they train their staff to look forward and ignore their guest. Every employee I encountered was looking forward and no recognition of my presence. I would think if they CARED they would train employees to appreciate guest and recognize their presence. The seafood buffet was average at best and overpriced at 45.00. PY's the steakhouse was outstanding in both food and service.

Gary M.

Yelp
Let's start off with the positive. Monica, the manager of the hotel was very professional and followed through with efforts to right the following situation. Unfortunately, she doesn't run the Spa and their terrible scheduling... My wife and I planned a fall break at the Casino del Sol Hiapsi Spa as she had a couple of days off as a teacher. We drove down from Phoenix for the weekend getaway and had an 11:00 massage scheduled(?). See the photos of the positive conversation of the schedule. Unfortunately, when we arrived they said we were not booked. And, we asked what they could do in the next two days for us. Their answer was not anything close to the Signature Spa Day that we had anticipated. No massage, only mini facial. You have to be kidding! You just ruined our getaway. Can we speak to the manager? She's not in. We will walk around, here's our number, can you have her call us. Nada. Went back an hour later and no solution. The manager was standing there and wouldn't even speak to us. I know, you're thinking, they had to give them something. A gift card to come back? Maybe a bad lunch at the buffet? Nope. Nada. The hotel was kind enough to allow us to cancel our room reservation and we drove 2 hours back to Phoenix. Just another confirmation as to why people don't like Tucson and now we shouldn't like the Hiapsi Spa and Fitness Center either!

Yelp
I didn't know what to expect of a casino here in Tucson, but let's say I was happily surprised! It's a large casino that has an amphitheater (AVA) with live shows and concerts, hotel with a pool that has fun slides for the kiddos, a nice golf course, spa, covered garage parking, and plenty of slots, tables, high roller rooms, sports book (a little small), and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. I especially liked their middle location where it appeared the sky is above you! It reminded me of Casino Paris in Las Vegas! We picked up a couple of players cards here and enjoyed $10 of FREE play! We will definitely return. P.S. They are requiring right now & will provide them. They also have some games with protective glass for your protection. I took a photo of their weekly buffet menu.

I find this extremely discussing unprofessional. I hope you review the tapes, so you can see everything. It was around 9:50pm. I will not be returning ever again.

Yelp
What a fantastic resort and casino within the city limits of Tucson. Beautifully set against the desert, the view of the hotel and golf course are really lovely. Easy parking on surface street and within the garage for those hot Arizona summers. Staff is so incredibly sweet and friendly. I came here for a work conference and loved it. The conference area is set off from the main area but close enough to all the guest rooms, Starbucks and slot machines to keep you content. The conference rooms are spacious and can accommodate quite the size of attendees. Our group had our reception poolside and it was just amazing. Plenty of cabanas and doubleseat lunges, you can soak up the sun or views of the course. The golf course is incredible and looking forward to coming back for a game. The food catered was really good and with over 4 restaurants to choose from, you don't have to leave for a decent meal. Rooms are spacious and mine overlooked the pool. The only downside was my shower could never reach lukewarm or hot. But since it's still hot in AZ, cold showers are good for waking up your system too. The gym and spa are conveniently located by the pool. While it's a small gym, they offer cold towels and fresh fruit to replenish after your workouts. I'm a fan of staycation and if I had to head southbound to Tucson, I would recommend Casino Del Sol. Surprisingly clean and not as smokey, this casino is pretty fun for a smaller scale of a Vegas hotel. If you're like me, you'll hopefully end up lucky and win by being in your pajamas or in a no pants zone.

Yelp
This Hotel and Staff and Hotel Administration are extremely unorganized. Don't ever try to Mail anything to this place for a Hotel guest because they will not receive it on time. The Hotel Staff is VERY unorganized at getting express packages to their guests. All the mail is delivered directly to their loading dock and then both the sender and the hotel guest have to goad the Hotel staff into getting someone to get the package. I went into a lot of trouble and spent lots of money to get a package for a special event - and my Express package was only delivered at the last possible moment after sitting in the warehouse for almost 48 hours - only because I called the 1800 number and complained. It has been a couple of weeks and despite leaving complaints everywhere I can think of - no one from the Hotel has tried to contact me regarding this issue. I would at least expect an apology for the inconvenience and money spent to send an Express package. I got neither - which tells you what kind of a business this Hotel is running. I have to say their 1800 Customer Service folks did a great job. The Express package was found and delivered within moments after I called. But this was almost 2 days after both the Hotel guest and I had complained to the front desk numerous times.

Yelp
I wasted 45" of my life that I well never get back. I parked on the north side of casino----I am disabled and there is not enough handicapped parking. When I went in I asked where I could get my players club as a new member. I asked 3 different employees and I was give wrong answers each time. Finally found the right area. Waited in line for 15". I was then directed to another line (10 people in this line) to get my "free play" info. Decided to leave. I then used the men's restroom----no soap in the dispensers and the hand dryer was inoperative. I threw away my players club car on the way to my vehicle in the parking lot. This my first and last visit to this casino. I saw employees In The rest room Just using water to cleanse their hands. As an Internal Medicine doctor I am appalled at the health risks here and lack of customer service. I have my desert diamond card and will continue to go there instead.

Yelp
Wish we would have known that small kids are not allowed on the slide into the pool. The entire reason we chose to stay there is because we thought the pool and slide would be fun for our small family.
