Doing renovations isn’t easy and can be stressful, but Stephen and the team have been responsive, providing insights and expert advice along the way. I found Cass Brothers in Waverley great. Super helpful with a bathroom renovation (my first) on an investment property. The service was good, knowledge very good and pricing was pretty good / competitive and flexibility. I found them really helpful once I had narrowed things down a bit to guide on the option to pick - advice made sense (style & practicality) it helped me with a number of decisions. Actually useless… Staff were rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t acknowledge me despite no other customers in the store and wouldn’t answer questions without a condescending tone. Ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Cass brothers staff are always really helpful and super friendly This is now my 3rd renovation with them. Peter has always helped me with my bathrooms and kitchens. His knowledge of products is outstanding They have always arrived on time and I have never had a problem with any of my products. I'll be doing my fourth Reno soon and I'll be definitely going back to them... 😊 Donna

Cass Brothers at Waverley was great. We had many orders throughout our renovation. Ewa was amazing in price matching and sourcing products. If she was on a day off the other staff were always willing to help. Highly recommend Cass Brothers and would go straight here for any future needs.

Excellent service these guys saved my project on several occasions. I got so many quotes from different places and Bruno matched them all or even better. Also by the end of the bathroom Reno he knew all the details and played a crucial role in several occasions including the choice of toilet. Even more importantly; when the very reputable bathroom vanity company supplied me with their standard matching bowl it didn’t fit in the benchtop they had cut. If I’d been dealing directly with them I’d have been shafted as the installers were on site and charging by the hour. Bruno was able to get me a matching sink off the showroom floor in about 20minutes. Highly recommend having someone local and nearby and experienced who can deal with all the suppliers. It’ll save you heaps in the long run. Thanks heaps guys!

My dealings with Cass Brothers at Waverley has been above and beyond excellent. I have always attended the property with client request, their extensive knowledge of all the products that they stock is exceptional. I would always recommend Cass Brothers to all my clients for any plumbing items.

One cannot really afford being in sales and being rude in a competitive market. I felt very unwelcome and treated almost with ignorance and as if I was a bother to be in the shop even though I had bought a product online. Went to Reece Plumbing afterwards, much better service - how it should be, customer comes first.
