I cannot reccomend Cass Winery enough!!!! The staff was incredibly friendly; the wine and food were delicious. The 360 degree views were amazing! Also reccomend staying at the Geneseo Inn-beautiful rooms and very dog-friendly. 5 stars 🌟 will come back again!

We love coming to Cass for lunch and wine tastings! Perfect place for locals and visitors. Cass offers incredible wine and food. We have come here as a couple for a lunch date and we have also brought parents and relatives here as well. Definitely worth it!

It was a rainy weekend in January, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space, however the room was packed. Our server was super attentive and brought great energy. He explained the wine tasting beautifully, and all the wines were excellent. The food was very good, big portions. The space is nice but quite casual, it feels more suited for lunch than dinner.

We are members of the wine club and have purchased about $1000 in wine since joining a month ago. The wine itself is very nice. It is one of the better collection of wines in this region. But this review is more for the restaurant experience there. The servers were nice enough and the food was pretty good overall. However, they have a tendency to undercook the salmon (it is raw inside like sushi) and if you request it to be fixed they will replace it with a thin piece of fish that is incredibly over-cooked and completely dried out. I guess the assumption is that if you don't like your grilled salmon raw then you must want it to be cooked to the point of being like jerkey. The manager was pretty aggravated at us for returning both plates of poorly cooked fish. We had been coming here regularly since we are often vacationing in this area of the country but we are not sure we will be returning. We don't really feel welcome at this point.

I’ve been here a few times… recently for the Galentine’s Day event on 2/7. The sparkling wine (champagne) they just released is, for me, superb. The event itself was really fun; challenging questions and yummy sweet treats. I have to admit I was not impressed with the charcuterie, but it won’t stop me from coming back for another event or tasting. The staff is excellent and the venue is gorgeous. It was a good time out. Thank you!

We throughly enjoyed our time and experience with Chef Charlie and the excellent wine pairings. We are still looking forward to the pictures and recipes that were to be emailed. Highly recommend the entire experience of Cass Vineyard. Would like to book a stay on the property next year. We will be a return customer.

Food was fantastic! However, the waitress kept commenting on my shoes which were a Valentine's day gift from my wife, right in front of her. My wife was sort of disrespected throughout the lunch with those and other small comments and I don't think she deserved the treatment she got. The food is easily 5 stars and I can't recommend it enough! The wine was very nice as well. The service could use more empathy.

Hands down, the gold standard in Paso Robles. If you're wondering where Paso Robles truly shines, it's Cass Winery. Full stop. Cass is Rhône varietals done right... from celebratory bubbles and beautiful blush wines to crisp full whites and ruby-red blends that remind you why you started drinking wine in the first place. The winemaking team is creative, disciplined, and consistently delivers winners across the board. This is not a "one good bottle" winery - it's an across-the-board yes. And then there's lunch. Hello. Dining among the grapevines with their on-site garden, wood-fired pizza oven, and chefs who clearly understand that wine deserves a proper supporting cast is an experience all its own. It's relaxed, delicious, and dangerously easy to lose track of time. Dog people, rejoice: well-behaved pups are welcome, and honestly, it sometimes feels like Cass Winery & AKC Kennel Club (said with affection). Très français, really. Events are another reason Cass stands apart. There's an abundance of them -- many complimentary for wine club members -- and they sell out fast for good reason. These aren't filler events; they're thoughtfully curated experiences, often with meals that turn into memories and strangers who become friends by dessert. Cass Winery doesn't just pour wine -- it creates afternoons, evenings, and traditions you'll want to repeat. If you're building a list of must-visit wineries in Paso Robles, this one belongs at the top. Highly recommend. Always.

We had such a beautiful experience at Cass Winery in Paso Robles! The property itself is absolutely stunning -- rolling vineyards, peaceful views, and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing day of wine tasting. It really feels like a little escape from the world. The food was honestly a highlight. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The portions were great, and the prices felt very reasonable for a winery restaurant, which was a nice surprise. Definitely come hungry because it's worth it! The wine, of course, did not disappoint. Great variety and something for every palate, whether you like bold reds or something a little lighter and crisp. The only small downside was the service -- it wasn't bad, just a little slow and not quite as attentive as the rest of the experience deserved. With a bit more polish there, this place would be absolutely perfect. Overall, we'd definitely come back and recommend Cass Winery to anyone visiting Paso Robles. Great wine, amazing food, and a gorgeous setting make it well worth the trip!

We had a lovely lunch at Cass Winery and overall it was a great experience. The setting is beautiful, with vineyard views that make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. The atmosphere felt laid-back but still special, ideal for a midday outing or a stop while wine tasting. The food was good. Our dishes were well prepared and nicely presented, and you can tell care goes into the ingredients. A couple of items stood out as especially flavorful, and the portions were just right for lunch. The wine pairings complemented the meal nicely and added to the overall experience. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Everything came out in a timely manner, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that a few small details could be improved -- For example: it would be great to add a couple decent meat dishes on their menu, how about a nice juicy burger or a chicken sandwich or even a sirloin or flap meat meat steak.

Did the sidecar tour & tasting at Cass Winery with girlfriends and it was such a blast! Our guides were amazing, took tons of great photos of us, let us try grapes right off the vine, and encouraged us to make the tour our own by stopping for pictures and asking questions. The wine tasting afterward was equally fun thanks to our server, who was entertaining and knowledgeable. She gave us a super fun tip to mix their red wine with root beer, then grabbed some so we could try it on the spot. It was surprisingly delicious and I'll definitely be doing that again! Cass Winery knows how to create a memorable, laid-back experience. Highly recommend for a fun day out with friends

Cass Winery is an estate vineyard and winery about 20 minutes east of downtown Paso Robles. It was founded by Steve Cass in the early 2000s and the tasting room opened in 2005. They specialize in Rhône and Boudreaux style wines and have won the Central Coast Wine Competition multiple times over the years. We made reservations for their lunch and wine tasting. They have wine tastings for $25 per person that includes a good mix of their white and red wines. For food we ordered the figgy piggy ($22) and the big hoss ($21). The figgy piggy was salty from the prosciutto, slightly sweet from the fig jam, and tangy from the goat cheese. The big hoss had a garlic white sauce base and you can't go wrong with bacon. Their pizzas were wood-fired and I enjoyed both of them. The Geneseo Inn is a bed and breakfast on-site that sits right above the winery. You can even walk around the property and check out their vineyards. Because it's a little further out our signal was nonexistent but fortunately they had free wifi for us to use. Also, shoutout to our server Darcy who was just amazing beginning to end! She treated us so well and went above and beyond to teach us about each of the wines in the tasting, the different types of wine, and the wine making processes. She paired the wines with our meal perfectly and really made our experience special!

I have gone to several events at Cass and have always had a wonderful time there. I did their dialing pianos, made a floral arrangement while the guys did some sort of golf event, attended several Wine tasting events, eaten lunch there, and listened to live music at it. It's always fun to go there. The events do sell out so I suggest getting your tickets ahead of time.

We have loved Cass Winery since our first visit! Linda was the first person we met there and her knowledge and helpfulness made it easy to join their wine club. Of course, the food and wines are delicious! We always order the Crab cakes and burger and share. It's also really fun when co-owner Ted is there welcoming everyone! Cat was our most recent server and she was wonderful also!

YAAASS! Wha a great vibe out there at Cass Winery! We sat outside and enjoyed the most beautiful weather and surroundings! And then, the world's most energetic warm amazing person arrived at our table to ask us what we were in the mood for! Food included oven fresh pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc! Wine, absolutely! By the glass, wine taste with bonus tastings at the end, by the bottle! Yes! We had it all and what a day we had! The drive out there is absolutely beautiful and worth the time. Love and highly recommend!

Came with a large party for 12:30pm lunch that was pre-booked so we had the private room inside. Service was a bit slow at times, but the establishment was pretty packed. I wish waters were refilled more promptly. Definitely a bit of a drive to get to the winery. The wine itself was good, but nothing amazing. I thought that the food was more memorable than the wine. The wild game board had a lot of tasty sausages and went well with the dips. Crab cakes were cooked well and good sized, and went will the caper remoulade. The tri tip Sando was on the simpler side, but the meat was fairly soft and the garlic butter roll was well toasted (crunchy on outside but soft on the inside). The wood fired il diavolo was a good pizza. Sweet, spicy, and salty. The crust was a tiny bit too burnt but everything else was good.

We stayed for their olive oil retreat and it was fabulous. We had a three night stay with three wine dinner and amazing lunches overlooking their beautiful vineyard. We had a fun time picking olives and pressing them to make olive oil. I had no idea how many olives it takes to make a bottle of olive oil(a lot). Steve Cass was an amazing host and tour guide. His wife Alice plays the piano beautifully. You can tell they truly are passionate about wine. The wines paired with our meals perfectly. We will be back with friends to participate in their other retreats. Now I'll remember our week there in November fondly. Happy Yelping!

So glad we made it to this winery! They were fantastic and the wine was delicious! We grabbed a few bottles to go and enjoyed our experience here. Service was great and they allow dogs inside! Bonus points for that :)

Cass Winery in Paso Robles is a lovely spot to spend an afternoon, whether you're here for brunch with the family or a casual wine tasting. The property has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, plus a banquet hall if you're planning an event. My favorite part of this winery wasn't even the wine. It was the wood-fired oven outside where you can watch your pizza being made. We ordered the Margherita pizza and it was absolutely out of this world. My friends tried the wines and thought they were excellent as well. Tastings are only $25, which felt very reasonable, and everything else we ordered at the table was just as delicious. Parking is easy, there's lots of space to sit, and you can also purchase wine to take home. We didn't do the official wine tour, but here it seems tastings are done right at your table while you enjoy food, which makes it a relaxed and fun experience. Overall, this is a perfect stop in between wine tours. A place where you can sip, eat, and linger a bit longer. We absolutely loved our time here with our Girls trip and I'd definitely recommend it.

I was at nearby Tobin James and was looking for a good dining option that wasn't fast food. The local there recommended Cass, and I'm glad I took her up on the suggestion because Cass had probably the best food I've had at a winery! The woodfired Neopolitan-style pizza rivaled some of the best I've had in LA...California...Italy...Naples even! When talking to the Cass Winery servers they said that people specifically seek out the pizza when they come here and they always ask who's cooking because there is one guy that is their master pizzaiola. I also ordered the Cass Estate Bread Flight, which includes fresh made breads with olives and dips -- not bad, but I'd opt for another pizza next time. The Caesar salad was also very fresh and refreshing on a hot day. While most people sat outside at their many outdoor tables, a huge plus was that I was able to sit inside with air conditioning which was much appreciated during a heat wave. Next time I'm passing through Paso Robles and stopping by some wineries, this one is a must for the food alone.

I was looking for a place around the area that could host a large group and had a menu with enough variety for everyone to find something they'd like for lunch. I am happy I went with Cass! Our group of 16 had a great experience. Darcy was a wonderful server and great at reading the crowd. She checked in with us often, shared about the wines, and kept things entertaining! We didn't book any of the activities at the winery, but hope to do so next time we're in town.

The Wife and I were recommended to visit Cass while we were in Paso Robles and we are glad we stopped in. The tasting was great and the food blew us away it was so delicious and perfectly prepared. Figgy Piggy Pizza - being a hard core pizza eater and cooker, I frown upon weird stuff on pizzas or they should not be called pizza. Let's put it out there, pizza with pineapple is not pizza, it's cooked dough with fruit. Anyhow, I don't want to start a riot around here. We were highly recommended to try the Figgy Piggy by friends of ours who are frequents Cass visitors. We've had many a meal with these friends and I trust their culinary sense, but prosciutto, arugula, fig jam, goat cheese and mozzarella on a "so called" pizza? They nailed it, it was great. I would never in a million years see that on a menu and say, " yep, that's what I'll be having". Really. Get this when you visit and you will be thanking me over and over. It was fun watching the pizza chef prepare and then cook the pizza in the enormous pizza oven. The shaved brussel salad was excellent as well and a great pairing with the Figgy Piggy to split with The Wife. We surprised ourselves, since we have been burnt out of ordering brussel sprouts for some time. Ever since someone figured out that steamed brussel sprouts are disgusting and charring them up in a pan, tossing them with some sweet and savory sauce and then tossing in some bacon or pork belly made them damn good, we were on board and had them all the time. At some point, several years maybe even ten, we were done with brussel sprouts. Over them! Well, we took a chance on these and glad we did. Again, just order this and don't ask questions. I wish I could remember our server's name as he was great describing each delicious wine during our tasting. He took good care of us the whole time we were there. We hit on some wines we enjoyed and ordered some bottles to take home with us. What a great experience we had at Cass. You should stop in while in the Paso Robles area. We will be back again soon. Cass Winery is a beautiful place to explore and enjoy with a wine glass in hand. The food is fantastic. I'd recommend the short rib mac and figgy piggy pizza. I did the wine tasting which was a great introduction to the wines here. If the weather allows, I highly recommend the outdoor seating. While food and drink were great, service was lacking despite it not being busy. Heads up, you may not have cell service out coming out here so be sure to download the map beforehand. There's wifi at the winery if you need it.

As a new wine club member of Cass Winery, I gotta give this place 5 stars! We went a few weeks ago, during memorial day weekend, and had a great time. It was our first stop of the weekend, and we went there for lunch. As expected the cafe was quite good, and the food was all tasty. The wine went very well with it, and it was great to sit down, do a tasting and have a meal. I had the short ribs that were cooked very well and a good size. The wine was all really good, but it is odd that most of their bottles are screw tops? The VERY high end cab was a cork, but I think everything else had the screw. That made it quite easy to drink in the jacuzzi in the evening though. This is a very popular winery with a lot of activities. I think that they have a very large wine club too. The wine club deal is 20% off wine and food at the restaurant, that I thought was pretty great. Looking forward to remaining a member for a while and drinking more Cass wine! Very rustic atmosphere and has vibes of historic paso robles. I really enjoyed it!

We had the BEST tasting at Casa winery this past Sat. We had 14 members in our group. Linda handled all of us with grace and gave us so much information! It was perfect. Thanks Linda.

Service was prompt, sweet and knowledgeable. The pizza was DELISH, and the wine was great with notes that felt seemed unique to me ~ but I'm not a wine girl so take that how you will. If you have a choice and weather permits, def sit outside. Seating and views are way cuter outdoors.

Of course Cassie had to come visit Cass Winery! I enjoyed the area this winery is set in, and it looks like they have some fun events that go on sometimes, too. Cute set back area that's very beautiful and peaceful. Their food looked so good, and I enjoyed the wine tasting. We got a Margarita pizza that to be honest, could've been a bit hotter (cheese didn't seem fully melted), but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The short rib sliders also didn't quite live up to my expectations - I didn't taste any horseradish which was a big reason we ordered them - but they still hit the spot for a hungry gal. Our service was very good and attentive, and the outdoor space is super nice. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back to try more food and give it another chance!

Location. Out in the country & we knew this. I scheduled my birthday tasting before our dinner at Loading Chute in Creston and that was a good plan. Allow 90 min. For wine tasting. We had a table for 7 people inside which I had reserved. Noise. All the hard surfaces and fully busy in a Saturday afternoon, the noise level was high. This isn't conducive to hearing about wines. We only got a bare brief mention. Of what the wine was anyway. The staff were busy and only a couple people to deliver wine tastes , so we were waiting a lot for our next glass. I feel like we drank wine but had no idea about the wines and it wasn't really a tasting. I like whites so I enjoyed the Rosanne and Viognier. The rose was nice, not too dry like most. We ordered a fresh pizza for the little boys and they ate it all. I would come back again and just order glasses of wine. And food. The sandwiches at another table looked great. Sept 13, 2025 oh and even though I had them make a note it was for my birthday there was nothing special for this.

Best hidden gem in Paso! The breakfasts delivered to your door in the morning are the bomb.

I am giving it a 4 star because as a winery it didn't give me that feel. As a rest stop or lunch stop for sure 5 stars! As an EV driver I LOVE that they have chargers available with your normal connector plus Tesla destination charger. They have plenty of seating outside and some inside. They sell souvenirs inside and have nice restrooms. Their pizza was really good and fresh! If you sit outside, you can see their clay oven and see how they prepare their pizzas. We decided to share a bottle of wine and a couple of pizzas. We had their most popular wine which was good but nothing exceptional to the point we needed to take a bottle. Their service was good with your staff helping with the tables. They are a very popular atop point so there might be a wait. Overall they were good as a touristy rest stop to have good pizza.

Love this place so much joined the wine club years ago and enjoying all the perks ! Free wine tasting and 20% off lunch! Love their colorful/flavorful salad , Burger was enjoyed but I would love the bun a bit toasted/warmed up and they have fresh wood oven pizza made right in front of you ! What a pretty winery! A group of us girls were in town for a concert and came here for brunch the next morning. Such a lovely place that's tucked away, cute outdoor seating with a huge outdoor pizza oven. The property is clean and very open and serene. We got a bottle of the rose to share and I had the ahi salad that was very tasty. The servers are very kind and friendly. Would love to come back again.

Excellent service during our wine tasting and lunch at the winery. Beautiful grounds to explore we will definitely be back and look into staying in the Geneseo Inn. Delicious wines a couple favorite were the Viognier, Rose and Grenache. Sliders, carpaccio, bbq chicken pizza were all great as well

Quality/Quantity - Generous tasting. Generous pours and also introduced me to two additional wines not on the tasting list. Also for every two bottles purchased, it waives a tasting fee. Bread Flight - This sounded so good.Our entire family said we have to get this. Well I think we got our hopes TOO high because I can not recommend it. It was not bad, but I will not need to ever get it again. And we love bread, probably a little too much. Figgy Piggy Pizza - My wife and daughter both really liked this. I liked it except the goat cheese on top threw off the flavors for me. And I eat a lot of cheese. Overall, the pizza was good. They also have tours, 3 wheel tours, etc. Atmosphere - This winery is off the beaten path. Elevation 900 ft. 145 Acres. 12 varieties. Indoor/outdoor space. Plenty of room for events. Private rooms available, etc. Love the huge pizza oven, see all my pictures. They even have a Cass Garden of herbs. Farm to table. Free wifi, thanks as T-Mobile does NOT work out here. Cool art throughout. Limited parking, but not an issue for us on an early Thursday afternoon. Clean bathrooms. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm. Reservations recommended, but not needed. Service - Trevor was very professional and personable. See generous tasting above. Never felt rushed, we were actually here for like 3 hours relaxing and enjoying life. My daughter wanted to go to another winery, so again Trevor did me a favor as I probably should not drink more after the generous 7 tastings. Trevor gets the credit for this 5 star review. Our hostess was also welcoming. Price - $135, which also includes two bottles of wine. Expensive, but that is the cost of wineries. Tasting fee $25, and bottles start at $32. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since purchasing this property in 2000 and in 2005 opening your doors to the public. Can I suggest updating your Yelp page under "From the Business," prices and some information are outdated.

You would never find it. East of the 101 on Hwy 46 a few miles, then, right on a small 2 lane country road about 4 miles. Tons of open land, some vineyards, then boom -- you find it. A lovely setting, my lady and I sat outdoors on the patio for lunch. With a view of the vineyard and a small fountain, it was very relaxing. I had a 2 for 1 tasting coupon, so we got that, and 2 mixed salads and a Black Truffle + Mushroom pizza. All the ingredients for a yummy lunch. * The mixed salad [$8, 4.5 stars] had a delicious dressing, orange & pomegranate. Yummy. * The pizza [$23, 4.5 stars], oh the cheese, was so good. Loved the crust. * The wines, of the 5, I only loved one. So the jury is kinda out for now. All in all, a lovely experience with a very nice server/educator.

Wonderful winery. Enjoyed Linda and her detailed wine tasting experience. The food was excellent especially the margarita pizza.

When in Paso Robles do stop in and check out CASS Winery...the wines are amazing and so is the food. We tried their Wild Meat Trio which was surprisingly very tasty and also the Lobster Langostino Roll was really yummy. We gave it a 10! Kudos to the Chef and to our server! Can't wait to visit again.

My friend and I recently came in for a lunch reservation. Beautiful grounds with apparently a lot to do. We shared the sliders and "piggy" pizza. Delicious food. Service was pretty lackluster. We did wines by the glass and not a tasting. Wine was a solid 7/10.

Great wine with servers that have a passion for serving and describing it. The food was just as amazing. On a hot post summer day, the burrata and carpaccio were the fresh bites I needed. the burrata was by far my favorite but the tomatoes were so juicy and sweet, topped off with a fresh pesto, just divine. Washed it all down with a crisp glass of rosé, light, not sweet and slight hint of fruit, just delightful. The grounds in September aren't as green because it's starting to get to harvest season and the rolling hills are dry dry dry. It's still great to visit though. Love the wines and the food.

We made a reservation for 6 people. When we arrived we were pushed away while empty tables were offered other groups. No sorry, no complimentary glass of wine or wish I g happy holidays. We might like it and could say the poor service was due to the post-Thanksgiving period, but we went to another winery that was also crowded and experienced the completely opposite positive level of service. Unfortunately because of the door service and bad check in experience, we couldn't judge the quality of wine. But the winery felt run down, not much to do or places to see. There are better options in the area.

This place has a large open patio and in Nov the heaters made it very pleasant. I never think the tasting flight is worth it so we opted for glasses of Cab. We also got the bread flight which the kids devoured and the chips, which were amazing. Hint of truffle and basil aioli. So good. Our friends had the other red and Rousseau 《not spelling it right) . We didn't get one, but their wood fire pizza liiked amazing. I really wish we would have timed out day better to eat here. Funny side note...our kids raved about the well water they served in bottle.i would totally return here

Cass Winery is top notch! This vineyard settled in paradise boasts a robust array of wines for tasting, a classic outdoor pizza oven, lush gardens, and more. I visited this winery several times during a recent visit to Paso Robles, and enjoyed multiple dishes, including two varieties of pizza, a couple formats of tastings, the Caesar salad, and the cheesecake dessert. Every item was prepared with gourmet precision, and the servers were highly knowledgeable on every wine poured. Our group enjoyed dining on the outdoor patio near the garden as the birds and butterflies fluttered by, while we sipped, relaxed, and soaked in, the signature Cass Winery experience.

Cass was probably the most surprising winery visit I've had on my recent Paso trips. I see their bougie inn all over social media, so I was expecting the winery/tasting room to be very upscale, but it was actually quite low key and farmy. Despite its low key appearance, the place was absolutely packed and full of noise and energy, so not a very relaxed environment. We had a reservation to do lunch and wine tasting, as their lunch was recommended to us by a few people. We opted to sit inside since it was a chilly afternoon, they did have covered seating with heaters outside though if you do stay out. We were sat in a barrel room, which was quite the delight as it made it feel more intimate. The immediate tasting room, as well as outside was pretty packed in and loud. We each did a flight and ordered two items from the menu to share. Wines came out 1 at a time and started before we ate, but progressed through the meal. To eat we ordered the crab cakes which were served as a salad and the Harissa lamb pizza. Both food items were fine but could've used a bit more flavor. We ended up keeping the lemon from the crab cakes and putting it on the pizza which helped brighten it up and add an extra element to the pie. The food came out super fast and our winetender/server didn't let us ever go too long with an empty glass. He was also very chill with a low key surfer vibe. We didn't get a lot of wine education, but he still did throw a little in there. These weren't our favorite wines of the trip, but we still did like one enough to go home with a bottle of it. This wasn't personally my favorite wine tasting experience as I enjoy a tasting that's on the more intimate side, but it is a good option if you have a big group, want lunch with your wine, and like a lively atmosphere.

We want some dark chocolate to have with a red wine tasting, and they did not have any so one of the staff, John, went and got us Baker's chocolate from the kitchen to have which paired perfectly with the red wines on the tasting menu. I truly appreciate great customer service having worked in the industry 25 years! I definitely recommend coming here. Make sure to have the pizza!

Lovely wine along with a lovely lunch. This is my "I'm driving through or to Paso and want to start it off right" kinda stop, Loved this place for years and always look forward to it!

My husband and I stayed in the geneseo inn and decided to make our way down to the winery after check out. One of the perks of staying at the inn is free tastings at the winery. To be honest, I didn't love the wine but my palette is more in line with big and bold reds. The winery has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food menu looked delicious and it was very difficult to resist the wood fired pizzas being made right next to us. Next time I visit I'll certainly be trying the food. The service was a bit odd if I am being honest. Our host was very talkative but opinionated. When we mentioned other places we had visited during our trip or the types of wines we liked he always circled back to how Cass makes it better. Cass winery was super convenient for us to visit because we were staying at the Inn but if you are traveling from in town it's a bit off the beaten path so keep that in mind when planning your visit here.

Went here with a reservation with a group of friends. We went with the wine tasting and food. The winery itself was beautiful, feels very rustic. They had plenty of sitting inside and outside the winery overlooking the vineyards. Our reservation had us seated in one of the rooms. We went through the wine tasting first. To me nothing really stood out. I think maybe I liked the cab I got at the end. Then we got the food menu. The menu was so small that I didn't really like anything but I was starving so I just picked the dip sandwich. And my meal was okay. Nothing spectacular and nothing to brag about either. I asked my other friends and they didn't care for what they ordered either. Then desserts for our friends that were celebrating birthdays. They got a cheesecake and chocolate dessert. I wasn't a fan but some of my friends did say they liked the cheesecake. Overall I think I would go back for wine but not for food. The lady that helped us was nice and informative.

Darcy was amazing and so is their wine+food! Have tried everything on the menu and it's all delicious! Mourvedre wine is the best!! P.S. please bring back the amazing pesto pasta. I still dream about it!

Cass Winery is a nugget in Paso Robles you will not want to miss out on. When you get to experience Cass, you will find yourself going back for more. Cass wines are made with love, tasted with every sip, the food made freshly, the atmosphere couldn't get anymore when in the middle of a bucolic and verdant setting. Katie, dressed in a lovely yellow dress, provided top notch service. Thank you for all you do, Cass, you can bet I'm coming back

Stopped by for a tasting and pizza. Nice property with an outside pizza oven and heated patio. Service was OK (one of our pizzas came out way too late). The wines were good. They didn't blow me away which is why I didn't purchase any bottles. The pizzas were spectacular! They have a couple traditional and some "different" options, like chicken satay pizza. They were all good, but the sausage pepperoni was my favorite.

5 stars deserved, pizza was probably one of the best I've had, service, ambiance, and wine were great.
