Google
Got it, here’s a 3.5 star style review for Cassai Restaurant in Ses Salines, balanced and honest, natural tone, over 200 characters. Cassai in Ses Salines is a nice spot with a great atmosphere, especially the setting and design of the place. It has a relaxed, stylish feel that makes it enjoyable to sit and take your time. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff did a good job overall. The food was good, but not everything fully lived up to the hype or the price point. Some dishes were really enjoyable, while others felt a bit underwhelming for what you are paying. Nothing was bad, but it also did not completely stand out compared to other restaurants on the island. Overall, Cassai is a pleasant place to visit and worth trying if you are in the area, especially for the atmosphere. However, with so many great dining options in Mallorca, it did not end up being a must return spot for us. A solid experience, just not unforgettable.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, good vibe and atmosphere. Food was great - had the calamari, prawns and paella. The only thing letting it down slightly was the service, slow to take drink orders and just not as friendly as it could be.

This restaurant was beyond our simple expectations. The ambient was nice, we can see every corner has been decorated with fine efforts. The main thing is the food, it was one of the most delicious meals we had in Mallorca!

The venue is beautiful it's so unique in its own way, and the deco creates a vibe for sure. The food was delicious, everyone was very satisfied and full, the portions were big and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, the service really let's the place down, which is why I can only give 3* There was no check in, there is no one paying attention to even catch their eye to order more drinks (lost revenue) the girls are paying more attention to their phones and texting then to even care about customers. The girl with red hair on the bar couldn't even be bothered to address us when we tried to pay, just stood clearly ignoring us. I'd recommend the place but I'd say don't expect service at any level as they don't know what that is.

Excellent cuisine. Extremely nice ambiance. The staff was a bit tired but otherwise very very friendly. Highly recommend

The setting is charming, with an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed meal or a casual get-together. However, while the surroundings are delightful, the food leaves much to be desired. I would describe it as mediocre at best, lacking the quality and flavor one might expect given the prices on the menu. Unfortunately, for the cost, which amounted to €72,50 for two entrees, a salad, a crème brûlée, two bottles of water, and one glass of wine, the value simply wasn’t there. Moreover, the service we received was far from professional. Our server did not check in with us during our meal, nor did they inquire if we would like to order additional drinks, which contributed to a rather lackluster dining experience. In summary, while Cassai Café und Bar boasts a lovely location and a nice ambiance, it falls short in both food quality and service. For the price point, I find it hard to recommend unless there are improvements in these areas.

Yelp
Cassai is one of the most popular restaurants in the town of Ses Salines in Mallorca for good reason. With a huge inside, Cassai offers enough room at the bar, the front cozy tables, some in the middle of the restaurant and some in the back- without losing its cozy feeling. Gen Zs have been putting it in their TikTok feed like wildfire and I, wanted to see what the action is all about. If you're looking for somewhere to take pics, Cassai is it. Hubs and I, were here for a lite dinner and drinks. Reservations are a dire must. If luck is on your side, you may be able to snag a high chair and enjoy your bites at the bar like we did as walk-ins. The entire style reminds of an enchanted garden with a rustic touch to it. To add to the flair, the ceiling is partially open. It was dinner under the stars for us. The mood is buzzy- yet civilized and polished. This is where you're not going to find the 'woohoo' crowd. Music is soft and airy- think Lana Del Rey-style. My Cava, Kir Royale and hubs' two slushy lemony drinks served in a Moscow Mule cup(¯\_(ツ)_/¯) were very nice. My 'Tapa' sampler (not typical tapa selections) was enough for 2 people and hubs' super moist cod fed us both as well. Service was phenomenal from the young ladies on both nights we visited. We literally had a Class A meal and drinks for under €85 our first night. Our second night though, I returned the Pulpo a la Brasa because it was tough as shoe leather. A quick mention to our server to return for a new one and they rectified it without hesitation or sarcasm. My new octopus, was soft as butter.

Yelp
Horrible food and service. More flies than people! They must have dumped the whole container of salt in the food. Avoid at all cost!

Yelp
A wonderful ambience set just off the street in a series of connected courtyards. Nice and cool from the heat of summer. The food is good and well presented. Staff are friendly. Prices are mid range. Children friendly.

Yelp
Gorgeous interior design on the inside. I've visited Cassai about four times in total while in to Mallorca. It's located near the best beaches on the southeastern side. The town of Ses Salines can look a little bit dead but once you go to a place you'll see how vibrant life is. The food here is good to very good. They have international mixed with traditional Spanish dishes to please a larger crowd of people. Also, each day they have a special menu. I always drink Sangria when in Spain, and here, I've had one of the best. They're open during lunch hours later than other places. Something to be cautious while in Spain. Customer service is also very good though you may need to know a little bit of Spanish to order depending on who you get as a server. Not as fast as in US, but you get to enjoy food and no one bothers you!

Yelp
A quiet evening in Ses Salines at Cassai. The ambiance is nice, with a blend of old and new and plenty of lights at night. My wife had a plate of different Tapas - fried calamari, roasted peppers, jambon on local bread, etc. She said it was OK, not great. She did enjoy her Sangria, though. I had the pork surprise, and it was definitely the better choice. Succulent with a salty crispy exterior, served with an excellent aubergine vegrtable dish, garlic mashed potatoes and an aoli sauce. The flavours blended well and the house red offset the whole dish nicely. We finished with the flan (creme brulee, but lightly warmed with a blow torch at the table). Nice flavour again, but not quite fully defrosted. Service was attentive. So not a bad experience, and worth a visit of in the areas

Yelp
Really stunning view and decorations! But the food was just bad; some potions are really small. Pasta with gambas and salmon turned out to be 6 stuffed raviolis in a soup. Pizzas are hard to ruin but even those had a really bad pizza-dough and were over baked to try and make the crust even a bit crunchy. Honestly can't reccomend at all, go here to have a nice drink but please don't order food if you want to over pay for some tiny and not great portions. Tldr: tourist trap, go eat some place local 100 meters further. You'll have an awesome time and experience.
