Cassai Gran — Cafè i restaurant

The venue is beautiful it's so unique in its own way, and the deco creates a vibe for sure. The food was delicious, everyone was very satisfied and full, the portions were big and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, the service really let's the place down, which is why I can only give 3* There was no check in, there is no one paying attention to even catch their eye to order more drinks (lost revenue) the girls are paying more attention to their phones and texting then to even care about customers. The girl with red hair on the bar couldn't even be bothered to address us when we tried to pay, just stood clearly ignoring us. I'd recommend the place but I'd say don't expect service at any level as they don't know what that is.

Absolutely can’t fault this place. Yes it’s definitely “instagram popular” but their service was top notch and their food was fantastic. Perfect for date night and make sure you dress up. It’s a sort of “laid back beach” vibe but definitely sexy / fun date night vibe. Highly recommend it! Also it’s the only place in the southern part of Mallorca that actually feels like they put in effort to create a mood and effort into their location. In my opinion, this is how you mix beautiful Mallorcan culture into the modern era. Highly recommend it and totally worth a visit. See the receipt for price indication.

A disappointing experience at Cassai once again. We ordered 3x8 pieces of sushi for two and asked the waiter if any Bonito flakes were on the sushi. Unfortunately, the waiter said no, though it seemed they weren’t familiar with what it was. The service was lackluster, and the food quality felt mediocre considering the high prices. However, if you’re looking for a trendy spot for Instagram-worthy pictures, this might suit your needs. We decided to give Cassai another chance, but it seems this place is more focused on one-time visitors than on building a loyal, returning customer base.

Paella has great texture, but way too salty—easily the saltiest paella I’ve ever had. The hot chocolate though is super smooth, and absolutely on point! And it's still open in the winter!!!

This is a great place for a bite to eat, a drink, or a meal with friends or loved ones. We were particularly impressed with the ambience & deco. Service will probably be dependent on who serves you. Whilst there is one great waitress who is very pleasant & smiley, there is another one who seems to hate her job & really quite blunt. Cakes, however, were good as expected.

I haven’t had anything more delicious on Mallorca. Love it in every piece. And the restaurant design… absolutely unforgettable. We gonna come back. Congrats for the owner! Outstanding job!

The place is beautiful yes, cozy and charming decoration. In the other hand food is not that good for SPANISH STANDARDS and expensive for what you get. Service is really bad, nos friendly waiters, not paying attention ton the table, had to went twice looking for the un order to order or asked for something!!! If you want pictures you should go, if you want good food go somewhere else !!

The best octopus ever. We were here with friends and we all eat here all and all of us enjoy it. Brownies was also amazing. Simple great food, great servis, great music and amazing atmosphere.
