"This is a shot of warm, villagey France in Bermondsey with a daily changing menu of smartly executed French classics. The reasonably priced food delivers flavours upon flavours and the wine list has some absolute belters. This tiny restaurant in a former sandwich ship is bijou and delicious, and utterly Gallic. The Guardian say ‘saying it’s a bit French is like saying cheese is a bit nice’ - we couldn’t have put it better." - Superfantastic
Very good looking furniture, paintings on the wall and decorations. Waiters and waitresses are professional, they speak both English and German, some even Italian. Food was spectacular and the portions are very good. It's a bit expensive: we paid 110€ for 1 entree, 2 main courses, 2 water bottles and 2 espresso. Overall, the price was worth it.

Cozy interior decor, nice service and interesting dishes, zander fillet is really good, not a fan of artichoke

Fantastic food, ambiance, and service. It reminded me of the Schnitzel I had in Vienna. Highly recommend.

I had Goose liver terrine and Original wiener schnitzel for main dish. Both dishes were very good. The lady helping me was very nice and very helpful.
I definitely recommend this place

We had a quick dinner before Opera performance. My wife selected veal livers and I had an asparagus soup and chicken breast supreme. Soup (18 €) was very good. Supreme with beens was OK maybe a bit too much salt used. Veal livers were a decent portion not sure if apple puree was right to serve with. (No taste). Beer was very cold and this is what I like a lot. Lady in service was great. Overall we paid 100 Eur.
