The hotel room was exceptionally clean and had a charming, cottage-style design that made the stay feel cozy and unique. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with genuine smiles, which made us feel right at home. One staff member who truly stood out was Ms. Nha, the Guest Relations Officer. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, regularly checking in with us to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. From the well-maintained facilities to the serene private beach and beautifully styled rooms, everything about this place was top-tier. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and unforgettable, a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

We just returned from an incredible 7-day stay at Cassia and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.|We’ve been busy basking in the lovely memories! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A very special thank you to Sang from the restaurant. He was always so cheerful and attentive, making every meal a pleasure. Nhâ and Ngân at the reception were absolutely wonderful, friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction with the team was a delight!|A big shoutout to Ha from the Hanoi Sales team for being incredibly helpful right from the start. Ha’s support and attention to detail with our planning made a huge difference and truly enhanced our holiday.|Cassia is more than just a beautiful property. Well, the best cottage resort in the center of the island and near Airport as well. The best part about the cottage was their service to everyone. We were a group of 14 members staying there and we just loved the staff behaviour. We being Indian and Pure vegetarian, had overall issues in finding food, but the cottage somehow managed to prepare a Vegetarian Indian dish specially for us so that we don't face any issue. And also we had some ready to eat with us for some evening snacks and we just had to warm it up a little bit so they let us use their kitchen equipment as well as their induction. So in the End i would just like to say that if you wish to take a stay in the central city, Cassia cottage would be the best. The staff their helps you in every possible way and that too as fast they can.

We loved our stay at Cassia Cottage resort. The place is a jewel with a superb garden where snails, butterflies, birds live in harmony. You feel immersed in this green atmosphere. We had a Deluxe King room on the first floor, with a garden view and balcony, it was relaxing & peaceful. The bed is comfortable (very good mattress), the bedroom well decorated and furnished with all you need. The restaurant offers a diversity of meals, the breakfast is the best we had in Phu Quoc ! There is a stunning swimming pool near the restaurant, border to the private beach. A cute little Bar (Malabar) is nearby and offers happy hours and an astonishing view of the sunset. Thanks to NHA and her team who was always so kind, professional and took good care of us.

I stayed here mid April 2025. This hotel is fantastic from every angle. It is right on a lovely stretch of beach but 5 mins walk from the main road and so quiet.|Rooms are large and airy with high ceilings and a nice balcony/porch. The restaurant is rightly the best on the island and the food excellent. There are 3 pools and beds/hammocks in the gardens and beach with the beach bar also being great with a happy hour and music on occasion. My wife used the yoga classes and really liked it with Rita the hotel manager leading.|The big bonus here was the staff. They were all professional and helpful and would go the extra mile every day to make your holiday great.|All the staff deserve a mention but Dung in the beach bar, Nha and the "the little angel" in the restaurant were superb.|Customer service is generally very good in Vietnam but staff here were exceptional.

Ok place. Very peaceful and location was awesome. The bed was super hard, like a plank of wood and we booked a modern room, the bathroom was nothing like the photos. Ours was a concrete with a bit of paint. Less than 4 or 5 stars or claims to be. Breakfast was limited, but the pho was a standout. I think for the money, we would stay somewhere else should we ever return.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The room was very clean and big. The service in this hotel is absolutely amazing!! The kindness and friendliness of the staff is unbelievable. They helping with everything you need. Even I had an issue with my airline and they immediately helped me to organize the situation. The restaurants food is top notch. The breakfast with their homemade sourdough bread and cakes spotless! I highly can recommend this place and I’ll definitely go back there again when visiting PhuQuoc!!!

I and my parents stayed in this beautiful property in May 2025. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and really loved the place. Breakfast is good and suits Indians as well as plenty of options to choose. The owner is very polite and sweet and often can be seen interacting with tourists on property. Rooms are beautiful as well and overall it’s well maintained. Highly recommend the property as it’s near to city centre and also has beach access.
