Cassia Lodge

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a group holiday. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and having a fridge was a bonus. The best feature was the terrace with wonderful views of lake Victoria and the city. We had a great reasonably priced meal and cold beers as darkness fell. Excellent.

A serene, peaceful lounge with amazing views of Lake Victoria and sunsets. The ambience is warm and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind and escape the city’s noise.

My windscreen got shuttered on the night of 31st/dec/2025 @ cassia lodge parking. Both the manager and the white lady from the office denied responsibility over this accident. When I insisted , they got some men to pull me out and as the strangle me pulling my leather jacket so close to my neck . We paid a bill of 244k and we still got mistreated. Taking accountability for such a big company shouldn’t be a big deal. These people decided to let the issue escalate that solving the problem .

Visited for 3 nights before safari . Great location overlooking the epic lake Victoria, rooms comfortable, spacious, clean, nice to have netflix and WiFi. Pool area good Food was delicious but sometimes a little slow from ordering to eating. Staff helpful and friendly, quick laundry turnaround as we arrived following kilimanjaro trip. Would recommend 100%

The serenity in this place is at it's best. Perfect views, great customer service, classic accommodation and excellent meals.

One of the calmest places with a great view in this part of Kampala. An oasis.

Stayed two nights. Located up a hill with a breathtaking view of Kampala and Lake Victoria. Well maintained grounds.|Spacious room. Sufficient number of power outlets, although the location is not the most convenient (behind the desk and the night table, near the floor). Well lit desk area. Amenities included safe and electric kettle. Very comfortable bed and pillows with mosquito nets. |Shower with rainshower head, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The diverter (from rainshower head to handheld) didn't work the first night. The A/C also couldn't be turned on (the remote didn't seem to work). Both were fixed the next day upon my request.|Breakfast to order with good selection. |Pleasant, friendly staff.

Excellent place, staff are so friendly and accommodating, pool is great, food is excellent and very good portions. Love the view over the lake. The owner is constantly improving the place, and as we went when it wasn't busy she said we could have our room as long as we like on day of departure, that was very welcome. A lovely lady.
