Back at Cassia, Capella for my second visit — and it’s just as incredible as I remembered. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a calm, luxurious (atas) vibe.
Service is top-tier. A special shoutout to Alvin, who was warm, professional, and took the time to explain each dish to us in detail. You can tell the team here truly cares about delivering an experience, not just a meal.
Dim sum here are absolute works of art:
• Rock Lobster Dumpling: topped with caviar and gold foil — bougie and brilliant.
• Abalone Siew Mai: rich and juicy with perfect texture.
• Charcoal Iberico Pork Buns with Truffle: soft, smoky, and packed with flavour.
• XO Carrot Cake: crispy crust with flavourful moist centre - super addictive.
• Har Gao with Truffles: classic with a luxe upgrade.
They also have an extensive Chinese tea menu.
Also worth mentioning — Cassia has a pet-friendly outdoor area! You can bring your furbaby and dine at the outdoor terrace, an information that we found out from the manager, Bryan, during our visit. Plus, they offer complimentary parking for diners, which is a great perk!
I came back because my first visit left such a strong impression, and this second time just confirmed it: Cassia is a gem that keeps delivering on quality, service, and vibes. Already planning visit number three!
