No tea or coffee in the room. Empty mini bar. Breakfast used to be amazing (have been several times before) and now limited choice, juice from cartons not fresh, poor presentation and no artisanal products. Steep prices for summer but the seems others do not expect higher standards despite increasingly off the chart prices.|Studios are nice and cozy, that remains good. Strange design to have a socket right in the middle of the headboard. Considered dangerous in other countries. |Towels and bathrobes are small and I am not big. Again maybe none of this would matter if it was a 2 star hotel.

Perfettissimo! We stayed in 211 room with the view to the Town and sea. We actually did not find anything at all which would be good in this Hotel. Totally nothing! Why? The reason is simple - everything there is just wonderful! Cleanness of the room, comfort of the beds, breakfast and dinner meals, reception people friendliness and professionalism, waiters, chief's sense of the fantasy, designer's sense of the beauty - everything well panned and perfectly presented! Once we noticed few staff people which is obviously not in their shift gathered together after work to communicate longer with their colleagues in the bar. This means - it is a real TEAM of people with similar thoughts! We wish greatest possible success for this Business. We thank especially to "invisible people" - cleaners, kitchen staff, chiefs etc. You are all perfect!! As a pleasant addition to the general impressions - clean and comfortable pool, library, beach towel service, lots of car and bike rentals around, good supermarket next door and dozens of shops and restaurants within 300m. We decided surely return to Formentera, and our first search will definitely be for Castavi Apts. If the price is still competitable - no doubts where exactly to go! P.S. I used to work for the Cognizant - a vendor which provided a service for Google Maps. (thanks to the Lord - never again!!!) so reviewing someone was not too ethical. This is a reason why I have been travelling quite lot have so little amount of reviews.

My home away from home. i was meant to write a review AGES ago. i am sorry! my 3 night stay was wonderful. I was welcomed by beautiful reception staff big shout to YOLANDA and the people from breakfast who were so lovely and attentive. ||I am definitely coming back to this paradise which is Formentera.

Very very average accommodation at very high prices. Room in desperate need of upgrade especially the bathroom. Continuous revolting sewage stench and without a working extractor fan no window the smell permeated the rest of the accommodation. At €600 per night it was extremely pricey. Given we holidayed there in 2018 at lower rates and better accommodation it was disappointing to say the least: The front office staff had a bad attitudes and were far to important for even a simple greeting. One was very lucky if one got an Ola. Having had to leave 2 days early we thought we may have gotten a night or two reimbursed but I’m afraid at Castavi it’s all about the €€€€. On a positive note the restaurant and cleaning staff were wonderful.

Stayed a a week in August. The place is very nice: clean, conformable and close to the beach and local shops. The rooms/ apartments are fully equipped with quality stuff for whatever you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location is absolutely ideal. They offer free parking. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We also ate here and the food was great. Not to mention the cocktails - were super! Breakfast selection was more than one needs. All together we’re very satisfied. That’s why We have returned at least 4 times :)

This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had a stunning little apartment on the top flod with a stylish decor and specious dining / living area. A large bed and a lovely clean bathroom with a large shower. I really loved the hotel, especially the view of the pool from our balcony. The pool was beautiful, clean and plenty of cabana beads and sun loungers. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Nick who gave us free drinks every night. I was also pleasently surprised that the half board option for this hotel comprises of a buffet breakfast and a three course sit down evening meal. All of whick exceeded our expectations. The food was lovely. The staff were lovely and the hotel was an all rou d great place to stay. Very central, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, resturaunts and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back in the future!

Since day one, staff was friendly and ready to help us ( 1st time in Formentera ). |The apartment was exactly like the photos, had everything you need for a confortable one week stay. The cleanliness was spotless.|The breakfast and lunch area was well-equipped.|We used the pool are for a couple of times and it was nice. |We want to thank whole crew but in particulary Silvia - she was great 😀
