Castelar Hotel & Spa

The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions to get to the main touristic places in Buenos Aires. The hotel is really old and you can see it in the hallways and rooms. Also, the second floor was always very hot, they should improve it with air conditioner. I loved that the breakfast had so many fruit options but regardless, they should add more croissants to the menu.

Upon arrival we found that they had lost our prepaid reservation. The haughty desk clerk acted as if we were imposing upon him, even though we presented him with our voucher. They seem to to specialize in kiddie tours, some of which are poorly supervised; so the hallways can be noisy from their running around, and breakfast can be a noisy ordeal when they flood in all at once.

Good hotel. It's a mixture between older hotels appearance with modern technology. It's close to good restaurants and night places. Not so far of Ave. 9 de julio and Ave. Corrientes (the obelisk)

great hotel in the heart of the centre..rooms were great..only not soundproof..because we heard the baby next door crying during the night. and breakfast was super nice!

Very tradicional hotel. There's a good breakfast and sauna. The localization is perfwct, just in front of the metro (the subte).

Good value for money and a great location to see the historical part of the city of Buenos Aires.
