Castello City Hotel

Our family had a fantastic stay at Castello City Hotel! Georgia’s warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the location is perfect – just a short walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

Very good value hotel for Patra. Good breakfast with friendly service. The room was clean and modern, with a lot of space.

The sites photo' are a true reflexion of the hotel.||||It is listed as a B & B it is actually a very good hotel.||||The rooms & bathroom are good size, finally a reasonably sized shower as ove the 3 weeks in Greece we have had so many tiny showers.||||The staff extremely friendly & helpful.||||Outside of Athens this is the best selection for breakfast, there are not & cold items, the hot items on offer changing daily, all made in house.||||There are breads, pastries, cakes, & about 9 hot dishes, real lukewarm, they are on individual plates siting on a warmer but it does not really keep them warm. Probably cooking eggs bacon & other items in smaller quantities more often would provide a better offer.||||The hotel & rooms are very clean.

Outstanding 3-star hotel that could very well be a 4-star hotel! Very modern, with proximity to businesses and shopping with attention to detail, extreme cleanliness, outstanding buffet and very professional and polite staff. I went in this hotel in August 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and tidy as well as equipped with all the necessary items (including a small fridge). Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and very good position, only 5 walking minutes from the central square of the city.

Unfortunately we where on a cruise and I fell I’ll in Greece I ended up in Patras in hospital we then transferred to the Costello city hotel in Patras for 2 weeks.|I haven’t got one bad thing to stay about this hotel the the staff looked after us and nothing was to much trouble.|The hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent continental and cooked bacon eggs etc.|So thank you to all the staff a great team,the hotel should be very proud of everyone of you |5*

I originally booked this hotel via Booking.com but due to our ferry being cancelled we weren’t able to travel to Patras as planned. I requested a cancellation (albeit I had paid for the stay) and the hotel were good enough to agree to the cancellation and give me a full refund. This is top notch customer service in my books.||When we did eventually did get on the ferry and because of the above, I booked with the hotel directly for a 1 night stay. It was a great hotel - staff were friendly, it was ultra clean and I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The breakfast had plenty of choice (both hot and cold) - e.g. eggs, bacon, cheese, cold meats, pastries, cakes. It was also next to numerous restaurants and bars.||I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again and wish our stay had been longer

If you have to stay at Patras then this is the hotel! Brand new with state of the art everything, value is fantastic. Our room on the top floor was spacious and had exclusive access to the roof deck. The bed was superbly comfortable as were the pillows, and there were bathrobes for relaxing in. Fast wifi. One of the best features was the breakfast buffet - it had absolutely everything imaginable, and delicious. A top quality hotel, especially for <100 Euron (we paid 73E ) - definitely recommend.
