Castello Scaligero, in which is an ethnographical museum which shows exhibitions about freshwater fishing, the history of the place itself, and information about Olive trees. There are two areas inside that castle which were truly stunning, though: one of them being the Limonaia, a lemon garden which dates back to 1760. It’s truly impressive to see all these trees among the old walls.
The other was the view from the tower and the walls. It’s a rather steep climb, and you have to really mind your head once, but the view from the top is definitely worth it. Sadly we had a lot of fog that day, but I can imagine that the view must be truly stunning with clear skies.
