Great central location and nicely decorated, but not sure how it qualifies as a 5-star hotel. No bathroom amenities, no daily cleaning unless you pay €60 extra, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. They call it an apartment, but it only has a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. For Milan, the price was reasonable for the location, but if it’s listed as 5-star on Google, it should at least include daily cleaning and basic amenities.

Did not answer the phone or contact us, we were locked out. This is not a real hotel, and most of the positive reviews seem to be for the nearby castle! Something is very wrong here.

we loved it. centrally located. the only sticking point was not being able to place a call, having just arrived in Milan from America with a basic cell phone plan. could the the owner please advise guests as to what we would need to do to contact him by phone from the Airport or Via Cussani after hours.if we make a reservation in the future?

In 5 weeks in Italy this was my worst experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is no desk so it is all self-service. Air conditioning and wifi did not work. No intention of providing a refund. Nasty people. You would be crazy to stay here when you could stay at a hotel and get fine service.at a lower price. never again.

When we arrived at this "hotel" we were very confused because there was no front desk. We were also traveling abroad and did not have an international SIM card yet. We had to ask a neighboring business for help and they seemed to experience this often. They suggested we call the hotel, but the problem was we didn't have a SIM card yet. They kindly lent a phone we could use to call the hotel who sent someone over. When they arrived they asked if we had received an email they'd sent 30 min earlier explaining to 'call when we arrived', but we just got off a plane. It was terrible that they didn't explain this at the time of booking so we could be prepared to have a SIM card. I felt this was very unprofessional. We were lucky we didn't arrive at night when neighboring business were closed. It seemed others might have experienced this problem and I would have loved to help, but I didn't speak Italian or their native language. Don't come here expecting a hotel front desk. They are not really a hotel. It caused a lot of confusion for us.

SCAM! I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel..there is no reception we arrived there the main gate was locked we called them many times for 2 days before our check in date but there was no response, we could not check in n we had to take another hotel. We went back the next day there was no one there as well n they did not answer us. This was the worst experience ever, we arrived, we ring the door of the building for 20 minutes and no answer. We called few days before and on arrival, they do not answer. We had to look for another hotel at 2 am at night which cost as a lot more. Two days later, the contacted us, and refused to offer refund. I warn you not to book with them.

This is the location you would dream of in Milano, close to everything important but away from city noise and traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the suite was well appointed, beautifully furnished, stylish and very clean!
