Great location, sea view, but too hot and noisy The location is great: it's right on Av. Marítima, close to the center of Santa Cruz and walking distance from the port. And there is a 180° view of the sea from the balcony. But the building is old and not air-conditioned - even in mid-June it was unbearably hot, even with windows open for the night. This then exposed us to all the noise outside - merry party-goers, cars blasting music, and several people deciding to recycle a large quantity of bottles into the glass recycling bin located right under our balcony... this made for a very restless hot night. The room itself was fine, exactly what one would expect after seeing the pictures. The kitchen came fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, and frying pans. Unfortunately, the fridge was rather noisy and kept making an irregular clicking sound throughout the night, further adding to the nightly noise disruptions. I think next time I'll rather try another hotel...

A fantastic little hotel, 10 minutes walk up from the port along the maritime avenue. Right on the beach, terrace looking out towards the sea and island of La Gomera in the distance. Clean, breakfast great, reception staff wonderful, very helpful. Sitting out on the veranda at night is super. I cannot understand people complaining. It's a 3 star hotel at really good 3 star prices. If you want 5 star then book and pay through the nose. There's free parking right outside as well. My favourite 'go to hotel' when I'm on holiday from Lanzarote.

NEVER BOOK The property charged me 50% of the stay the day after the reservations was made The booking conditions were 1 night 1 day before arrival I have contacted the hotel by WhatsApp, email, phone and I am not getting any reply from them for 3 months. Booking.com are also no help.

Very average, rooms desperately needs updating. Was extremely hot even with the door open for some sea breeze, there's was no aircom or fan. Best thing about the room was the veiw

The location of the hotel is good as the main road in town is quite close, and parking spots are available. However, it is also quite noisy. WiFi is available, and service at the reception friendly and competent. The breakfast buffet contains everything that's needed, but its presentation leaves room for improvement. The rooms, including the bathroom, have the charm of the late 1980s. The worst, however, is the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the rooms, although a non-smoking policy has been in place in Spain since 2005. This suggests there has been no conservation work in the rooms for at least 12 years. Apart from that, this hotel would be a good deal for its 40 EUR/night.

The place does not look great from outside but is really spacious and comfy. The rooms all have kitchenette and are really big! the breakfast could be a little more imaginative but no big deal. Parking is just easy - this part of the Maritima is FOC :) Good wifi as well!

Wow! We had one of the renovated rooms and they are just great. Spacious, modern, stylish. I didn’t expect it when I entered the (old fashioned) entrance of the hotel. The hotel is located in the city centre and offers great sea views.|Breakfast is fine.

We stayed one night prior to flying from the airport. This hotel provided everything we needed including a hearty breakfast, however the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation and a decent shower where the shower head actually stayed where it is supposed to! We would certainly stay there again - the view from the balcony was amazing, but would hope for a better bathroom.
