The guided tour with Fernando is most definitely worth it, he's the one of the best and most passionate guides I've ever met.

Web page said it was open. Walked 3.8mile to get there and it was closed. Someone also trying to see the site had just been told it was a military site and next available opertunity to visit was the following evening at 19.00 hrs. Also couldn't find where to get advance tickets.Web page needs urgent updating.

Thie place is a must to visit in Menorca! From outside you think you won't see much but you will get a big surprise with underground city! Special thanks to Franando that explains the story behind the castle and makes everything 💯 times more attractive!

Interesting place, you need to book a tour to visit. Guide is very nice and helpful, tour is interesting and the guide is very knowledgeable. You experience both above ground areas and the many kilometres of tunnels below, all hand dug and despite the heavy bombing the underground is still largely intact. Not a lot left of the castle but enough to get an idea of its size and strength. 8 euros a head makes it pretty good value for the 2 hour tour.

Learned so much about the history of Menorca, the guide was outstanding ( he had to cater for Spanish, French and English speakers and he did an amazing job ). We recommend 100%

The tour guide of this wonderful historical site adores showing people around and explaining the incredible history of this place, I have visited St Felipe many times and each time I view things with new eyes, thanks to the guide Fernando's enthusiastic nature.....anyone interested in the history of Menorca should book and spend a couple of hours in the company of a fantastic local guide...highly recommended......
