I have stayed at this hotel on Mallorca several times, attracted by its location near Palma and its golf facilities. However, this stay was extremely disappointing.
The receptionist was rude and completely inattentive. No information about the hotel or my loyalty benefits was provided. Instead, I was given a room without a view, even though better rooms were clearly available on the hotel’s own website. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for returning guests.
Breakfast was another unpleasant experience – chaotic, disorganized, and painfully slow. It felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a five-star property.
Overall, what could have been another enjoyable stay was ruined by poor service and unprofessional staff. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium destination, such treatment is simply inexcusable.
