During my visit I encountered a situation where Antonio's demeanor was less than accommodating. His approach was not only discourteous but also left a lasting negative impression on my overall perception of your establishment.
As a customer, I believe that a welcoming and respectful environment is crucial for any business. Regrettably, the encounter with Antonio fell short of these expectations.
