Incredible location in an original old building in Old Town with quaint rooms and very helpful front desk staff. Being an old building, there are too few electrical outlets and the bathroom is small. There are stairs to negotiate since it’s old and they cannot install an elevator due to lack of infrastructure so it’s not wheelchair accessible. However the location could be not be better; the front desk staff are very helpful; the rooms are quiet considering all the events and activities right outside the front door and the hotel is definitely quaint. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location. A very charming hotel located at the end of the plaza Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel

I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Warsaw. And you can’t beat the view of the old town! And what has made staying here even more exceptional is the outstanding customer service. A special shout out to Laura who checked me in and has been so helpful with all the information and support she provided.

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw. One of the things I appreciated most about Castle Inn was the room. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay.If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit.Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

Perfect location in the Old Town. The rooms are quirky and original, making a great change from the hotel chains. Very welcoming staff and a quiet room despite the location on the main square. The communal room was an interesting place for a quiet read.

Hotel has amazing location just in front of the royal castle, in the old city. We had a room with good view on the square.||Rooms have slightly unusual and eccentric designs, but it's a hotel special feature. Room was big enough, bathroom quite modern, everything was clean.||Due to the thick walls, room was very quiet. Mattress and pillow were good and they compensated a little bit bad impression from old wooden frame of the bed||Furniture is old, and when the look of the old wooden bed is cute, the sound of loud creaking is annoying, especially during the night.||Breakfast, comparing to usual meal in Polish hotels, is miserable. Girl, who served it, was very friendly and helpful, but food - awful.||There is also unpleadant smell on the downfloor

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. The location doesn’t get any better if you are wanting to stay in the old town.

A very well-located hotel, 10 minutes' walk from an underground parking lot (50 zl for 24 hours). The rooms are large and very well decorated, and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast, with a choice between sweet and savory, is also very good. A very pleasant place to discover Warsaw.

Yelp
So...the hotel may be great, but the Freyta Street annex is to be avoided. Basically the hotel owner bought a third story walk-up apartment and sub-divided it into four room-sized sublets. Is it close to the hotel? Not really. Is there any assistance for, say, moving your bags between the hotel and Freyta Street? Nope. Is there an elevator in either location? Nope. Maid service? Nie. It makes for a crappy and inconvenient hotel room. If there is some saving grace, it would be that the room was awesome, or the price was reasonable, or that one got more than what one expected. None of this is the case. The "sofa bed" doesn't sleep two humans. More of a sofa chair for one [oh HELL NO - it isn't even a sofa chair - there is no mattress, it's just a bunch of cushions which unfold to a not entirely flat configuration - like a device built by someone too stupid to build a futon]. The lack of four - or even three - sleeping places can be awkward if you are four. And booked for four. And the hotel took the reservation for four. The hotel staff was not even a little helpful with this. Just a young lady behind the counter giving guests a "sucks to be you" look. And if you book a room at the annex, it does. It does suck to be you.

Yelp
Great location ! Minutes from old town, bars, restaurants, town square. The web site said an elevator was available- lie ! Numerous stairs to try to lug heavy luggage up and down. Decided to ask for help and the staff came through. Room I stayed in had a forest theme painted on the walls, a little different. All in all a comfortable stay.

Yelp
Lovely property right across from the palace and pedestrian area. Good restaurants and shops. Breakfast - meh. The room was huge and the bath enormous . The overhead light did not work but we did not let staff know . Stairs tough for fat Americans . Would def stay again tho

Yelp
The best location in Warsaw at the center of Old Town! Extremely helpful staff. Sparkly clean. Comfortable. Each room is individually decorated with a funky sense of aesthetics. Very good breakfast (though no low-fat options... welcome to Poland...). Very reasonably priced - I visited off season. Two problems: While internet is super-fast during the day, in the evening it is super-slow; their default taxi referral service might take you on an unplanned tour of Warsaw to hike up the bill if the ride you need is below 20 Zloti. I have written this review last night - or my last night at Castle Inn. Today I was to fly from Warsaw to Britain via Brussels. I was hit with the news about the terrorist attack and closure of the Brussels airport right as these happened. I was unsure whether I was to continue staying in Warsaw or find another flight. The stuff was extremely supportive with the indeterminate situation and helpful in tracking down Brussels Air. I'm so grateful.
