Castle Motel Bairnsdale

The manager was very nice, helpful. We arrived very later but nevertheless we were welcomed into our room. The beds are very comfortable the room was well appointed. Overall great place to stay and value for money.

Fantastic staff, clean and tidy rooms. I stayed here 2 nights for business and the room had everything I needed. It was clean and tidy with nothing missing. There were multiple power points for laptop and tool charging. The motel isn’t new, but what it lacks in a modern fit out is more than compensated for with exceptional service. The Manager, Bruce, went above and beyond to assist on several occasions - all with a friendly country smile. Fantastic work stop or quick overnighter if you are pushing long kilometres along the Princess Hwy.

Stayed one night here, Sunny at reception is excellent, location is good, easy walk to town, Woolies, Aldi, Dan Murphy. The rooms are spacious, bed is pretty good also. But the little things let the room down. The floors were dirty, coffee cup was not cleaned, no tea spoons, no sponge to wipe up, finally the taps in the shower were faulty so having a shower was a test. It looks like up grades are happening, and overall represented reasonable value for money. Would give them another chance.

What a fantastic place to stay! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered great comfort. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, a cinema, and grocery stores. The pricing was very reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Boxing Day is always a hard time to find accommodation on Victorian roads so we had booked this motel a month ago when it was our last option in Bairnsdale. Very nice room, better than expected. fast check-in, our hosts were welcoming and had put the aircon on to deal with the extremely hot day 🥵 All good - and we’re very happy to be here!

Dated room. Very clean. Aircon probably not the best. |Maybe beds need an update,but not to bad.|Only issue was the electric blanket didn’t work and it was annoying to sleep with the hard bit right where my arm was resting. |The shower was excellent! Fabulous water pressure. |No road noise really. |Very close to all shops. Great location. |Parking right at front door. |Was reasonable value for money.

Generous rooms close to town and friendly staff

Bella is absolutely wonderful and more than accommodating. My partner and I were coming down to Gippsland, to see family as we usually do. We had some family emergencies happen in Melbourne and had to move the dates. Bella was more than happy to help where she could. The motel is clean, service is friendly and the rooms are worth more than what you pay. We will definitely be back.
