Castlecroft

Our stay at the Castlecroft B&B has undoubtedly be one of the best B&B experiences so far. This B&B is beautifully situated, with amazing views from both the lounge and the room itself. In the beautifully decorated rooms (with lots of art), everything has been thought of. This B&B is also on a walkable distance to the beautiful centre of Stirling and the service has been absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this wicked retreat to everyone who visits Stirling and/or its surroundings!

If you’ve never stayed in a bed and breakfast you’re doing yourself a disservice. It’s just such a wonderful experience, and Laura just made this entire place so warm and comfortable. She was so welcoming and made us feel at home. The place has a great lounge area with an amazing view of the city. Our breakfast was so good with plenty of choices and home made bread. It was just so lovely and I’m just so glad I made the right choice for our last night in Scotland.

This is an incredible B&B if you want to stay near Stirling Castle and explore the surrounding area. Even during a snow storm, Laura was so helpful and accommodating and made our short stay memorable. The lounge is very cosy with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and substantial and with homemade bread. I wish we could have stayed longer, definitely coming back when we visit Scotland again.

This B&B was absolutely beautiful from the main sitting area to the rooms, exterior and view of the town and mountains outside the picture window. It was a perfect location at the base of the Stirling Castle. I had originally decided to walk but due to icy conditions in the morning we drove to the castle. Laura was a great host and her breakfast and homemade bread was super yummy! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again on another trip to Scotland!

Castlecroft B&B was excellent. Laura was extremely gracious and an excellent host. The location is amazing right below Stirling Castle, within walking distance. The town nearby is within an easy walking distance if you're looking for some food and drink in the evening or perhaps before visiting the castle. ||We had an early flight departure the next morning so unfortunately didn't get to experience breakfast, but Laura was kind enough to pack us to-go breakfast bags the evening before to provide us a little something. She was very thoughtful to do so and it was greatly appreciated. ||I would definitely stay here in the future if visiting the Stirling area. There is plenty of sights to see nearby and loved Laura's B&B.

A great place to relax… beautiful sunset views, welcoming lounge area and porch, and a comfortable bed. Laura is a wonderful host and prepares homemade breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Stirling or just want to get away. We would definitely stay again!

A really great accommodation at the foot of the castle! The location is unique! You have a great view! Laura has furnished everything with a lot of love! We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean! We missed nothing! The breakfast also left nothing to be desired! We would come again! Thank you for everything Laura!!!!

Very nice bed and breakfast. Laura’s an excellent host that takes pride in how she operates her b&b. Location was very convenient, very nice sitting room with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was excellent. Gardens around the property are beautiful. If you are traveling to Stirling I’d highly recommend a stay with Laura at Castle ride bed and breakfast, only regret was that we only spent 1 night in Stirling.

Haggis was delicious and locally sourced. We highly recommend this B&B as the location was perfect for exploring the town.

What a lovely place to stay! Our hostess, Laura, is wonderful and very nice. And her clean home is in a great location with a beautiful garden and walking paths in the shadow of Stirling Castle. Her abode is very welcoming with nice little touches that set it apart from other B&Bs. We stayed in 6 B&Bs during our visit and Castlecroft was by far our favorite. Such wonderful memories.
