I stayed at Casual Colours Barcelona and had a really comfortable experience. The location is super convenient—close to public transport and in a nice neighborhood, so getting around the city was easy. The hotel has a fun, colorful vibe that makes it feel lively and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxed, no-fuss place to stay in Barcelona without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay again!

The Casual Colours Barcelona is not recommended for business travelers. My experience was very sobering, especially as the room rates are far too high for what is on offer. The first room I was booked into was no bigger than a storeroom and had no window, the second was offered to me on a floor where the corridor was being painted while guests were staying and there was an intense smell of paint in the rooms. The third room finally had a window, but it faced the courtyard. This was nothing more than a deep and very narrow chasm between the wall of the hotel and the building behind it. Despite the window being closed, it was impossible to sleep as every noise was amplified. Eventually I got a room on the street side and only had to put up with the street noise. Unfortunately, you can also hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The rooms are getting on in years and the cheap workmanship and materials (laminate, pressed wood, sockets that almost come out of the wall,...) result in a desolate condition. In conclusion, the questionable design is the easiest thing to ignore. The staff stoically accepted my requests for changes and complied with them, but I never experienced anyone as extremely friendly. This hotel is at best suitable for backpackers and party vacationers who don't place any particular value on comfort. However, the prices are not reasonable.

We visited this hotel at the end of June, right in the city of barcelona. It is close to many tourist attractions around there with an average of 30 mins journey by bus. The room was spacious and clean. The Service was a bit poor, the elevator was not working for the most part of our stay and the reception was kinda average.

Bedrooms were really clean||We had 5 single rooms- Each one big enough and bright we were on the fourth floor so the rooms were hot and the air con did not work. April being their cooler month the heating was on so this maybe why. ||1 disabled room 001 Lovely and spacious! And the bathroom facilities were fully inclusive 🤍 ||Receptionist were helpful and they were able to order a taxi for 5 people back to the airport. €43.50 ||All in all a good stay

The hotel is the perfect place for a few nights in Barcelona. It is very clean, with super comfortable beds and large rooms and bathrooms. Very close to the metro and major bus line, but also writhing walking distance from Sagrada Familia or Park Montjuic for those who don’t mind taking a few steps. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, attentive with our dog and helped us find parking as well. I can highly recommend staying here.

Great experience. I stayed at the hotel for one night with my partner and our two small doggies in February 2025. The hotel and the service exceeded our expectations. The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The front desk is super helpful and friendly. Check-in/out went smoothly. The location is great with transport links. Breakfast has variety of cold and warm options. But above all, the hotel is super pet-friendly. They had actually prepared the room with a really welcoming atmosphere for my doggies, offering dog beds as well as water/feeder bowls in the room. I travel regularly with my dogs and this was the first time I encountered such a pet friendly attitude. Overall I am 100% satisfied. Great value for money. Regards, Konstantinos

About the smallest room we had ever stayed. Nice and clean, limited towels and stuffs, staffs were all courteous. Buffet Breakfast was a very good deal at €8 pp. Location is about 20 minute taxi ride, close to bus routes.

Pros: Location is very safe, its easy to find transporation to the main attractions, the room was nice and the service was good as well. Beds are amazing! Cons: Bathroom had a very bad smell, especially during the night, its very unpleasant even when you spray some deodorant. Overall, a good hotel. :)
