The staff are fabulous ... The location is great too , easy transport links and a quiet restful / relaxed hotel during down time . Metro a short walk and plenty of bus routes . Very clean , the room was serviced well and the toiletries were sweet smelling . The hotel has a friendly atmosphere ,the seating areas are a nice touch , breakfast is relaxed and leisurely ... and value for money .... With a nice long window of service .... Room size is ample with plenty of space to hang clothes etc and no noise , so sleeping was easy . Shower worked well Lift facilities Pleasant lighting in the hall ways Modern and refreshing My only wish is for coffee in the room .... It was a lovely stay here and I would recommend it .

We stayed for five nights, with my wife staying the last three on her own. The reception team was very responsive and even promptly updated me on her check-in via email, which I appreciated. The room was a bit worn, with some issues like a shower that flooded within minutes and a heater that didn’t work in the second room. Noise insulation could also be improved. However, the location is great, close to the train station and some good restaurants, and the responsive service made a positive difference.

It can be a nice hotel. The location is good. The rooms are reasonable size. However, out of 3 days, we only h ad hot water 2 late evenings. The smell of sewage from the toilet was overpowering. The walls are made out of paper. I am probably exaggerating, but I could hear everything above and next to the room like it was inside. Not an easy sleep. The breakfast was reasonable, but there was just one person at the front, and she struggled to keep up with foods that were eaten.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-located, quiet, safe. The service is very good. The hotel manager and staff are friendly, efficient and always willing to help . Breakfast is good. I stay every time I go to Barcelona … 12 times since 2012. My friends live nearby and it’s close to the church, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. transportation is easy . Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Do NOT stay here. I stayed one night and was put in a tiny room with an inner courtyard window. The room smelled awful and there was no hot running water for the entire time I was there(one night). I spoke to the manager Silvia about my issues with the room and was assured of a full refund. I have still not received it and have asked Booking.com to investigate. When I went to write an email on Booking.com, the chat had been deleted by the hotel. I have of course taken a photo of the hotel confirmation to refund me my money.

We stayed in this hotel from 29 July to 2 August and had a very good experience. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. We took the rooms with breakfast and found it worth the price, the staff was reactive and was replenishing the food rapidly. Overall a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful! Our room was clean, very spacious just for the two of us! A good location to be able to get around Barcelona easily A lovely breakfast with more than enough choice! We loved staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if we come back!

The good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the city center and easily accessible with public transportation. My check-in took like 10 minutes. I‘m not sure what the woman was doing in her computer that took her so long to give me the key of my room. I payed the city tax with my company card and i asked the woman in the reception to give me an invoice. She said she will do it when i check out. When i insisted on receiving the invoice she got pissed off ( you could literally see it in her face). I immediately regretted my stay at this hotel. The room had no natural light. When i opened the window i faced a wall. The photos on google map and booking.com were waaaay better than the reality. My room was very small. It was really hard to move around. I ran out of toilet paper on the 3rd day and as i was going out i told the reception to put a new one in my room. I got back around 1 am and there was still no toilet paper there! Based on the services received, i consider this hotel too expensive! There are much nicer hotels which are very cheaper. The breakfast was fine though.
