Cat Cat View Hotel

Room 503 was the nicest room out of approximately 100 different rooms where I stayed in Vietnam. The room is huge with a comfortable bed, great lighting, nice decoration, a comfortable and cozy feel and a balcony with a view. The family that runs the hotel was very welcoming and caring. Some of them speak good enough English to hold a conversation and one young woman lived in the States and speaks excellent English. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I like the room so much that I didn't want to go outside. 😀

A homey and beautiful family-ran hotel in Sapa. The staff/owners were kind and always checking on us with a big smile. Room was clean and big and so was the bathroom which is a big plus for me. Breakfast food was also nice, wish we stayed longer. Thank you, Cat Cat View! 💖

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in total and left our luggage in between while we did a hike. A great buffet breakfast is included on the 7th floor with fabulous views. Our only complaint is that it finishes at 9am which is quite early. Most guests rush down just before. The waitstaff is rather slow to react when the food disappears, esp the coffee. Staff at the front desk is excellent! Always happy to help. One speaks English very well.

We were very happy with our stay! Initially, we booked for just one night but ended up extending for two more. The hosts were absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The owner even went above and beyond to book a last-minute bus for us to Hanoi, as well as tickets for Fansipan. The hotel’s location is perfect—very central yet still peaceful. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to see. On the last day of our stay, the sun came out, and we were able to enjoy the stunning view from the terrace on the top floor. It was the perfect way to end our visit. Highly recommend this place!

I feel like home, family vibe make me comfort. The owner help us to booked our ticket to Fansipan. All clean and the staff are friendly. Hope to see you another time soon.

This was such a nice stay. The family who runs it went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfy. We miss it already!

I couldn’t recommend Cat Cat View more highly! Delicious food (you have to try the breakfast omelette), great location and a large room with seperate lounge area and balcony. Most of all the staff were incredible and really cared for their guests. They provided some great recommendations and were kind enough to let me check in early after catching the overnight train as well as shower after checking out before I caught the evening train again. If I come back to Sa Pa, this is where I’ll be staying 😊
