Its small and on a 2nd floor. They have a bar, chairs, and no table or food. No security. They do have DJ. Small dance floorbut nobody was dancing. When I ask bartender if this was a private event she said no.

Really fun experience doing neon painting. A little too short. It's only 90 minutes. We would have gladly stayed for another hour

There was no food, just drink at the bar. I thought drink would be included. But in any case, it was wonderful event. I truly enjoyed it.

Walk in here becouse it was cold and in need of a drink. The lady there was great with her customer care skills. The drink were good. Not water down like I have taste in many other bar. It was 5 so there was after work crowed. And what a great bunch of people. We dance, but is not a dance place, we laugh and we had an amazing time. Then around 7 everyone went home and the place looked empty. The places closes at 10 and then the upstairs place opens. It is one a block away from the world traded MEMORIAL. It is located write out side the 1 train on Rector St. The bar had a big selection. A person that a kawasaki and said it was one of the best he had had. It was 15$ per drink we had a few. There is Marriot basically next to it. Now ,this place is not fancy but is it can be very intimate if you want to go for a quiet drink just has to know what time to go.

Jamell made really good drinks and was very nice. Such a friendly and fun environment. The decor inside is so cute and is a great background for photos.

The bar downstairs was fine but I would not recommend the paint and sip experience upstairs. It’s not clear how much they are associated with one another but the $44 paint and sip doesn’t include drinks, and they give you preschool craft supplies to paint freely. It’s not instructor led like all other paint and sip experiences. I could’ve achieved the same outcome if I spent $15 at dollar tree and painted in my living room.

I came here for a Neon Paint class. The bartender on the ground level didn't know what I was even talking about. No drink menus and I don't think they serve food, but you can bring in your own food. The event was on the second floor. Alcohol wasn't included with my event so I purchased a "glass" of white wine. It was a small plastic cup with wine. The bartender charged me $16.33 for the "glass" but I don't know how much the wine was and how much they decided to tip themselves. No receipt given either. Overall the staff of this bar were rude and cold. The event was good but was sponsored by a third party. I would never frequent this place as an actual customer.

Here on a Tuesday & Rachel is a vibe even though she's from Brooklyn lol jkjk ! Thank you for making my visit a good one as usual!!! I been here a few times and she's just as great as the others!!! 5 star service!!!! If I could give more I definitely would!! Good times as always!!! If in the Wall Street area on a Tuesday or Friday afternoon check her out & tell her David sent you!!!!

The prices match the market without gouging. This restaurant has a great layout. Top-notch food across all courses. The proprietor and staff treat customers warmly. My next visit to the area includes this place.

I came in tonight to check the homie Daira aka D-Money and met her substitute!! She's just as good as D-Money!!!! Jamie was the best; she's attentive and on point just like the others. She made me feel welcome and she definitely had things under control. This might be my new spot!! Check them out and plz tip your bartenders.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Me and my friends traveled to the city for a fun paint and sip. They advertise an hour and a half but make you wait to start until they explain to you that you have to do it yourself and by the time anyone even spoke to us we only had 50 minutes left. They rushed us and grabbed our paint pallets and brushes while we were still painting but it was only 7:25. I said im sorry im just finishing up they said we'll we're done at 7:30 and grabbed it so rude. THE WORST PART IS (I don't drink) I ordered one corona to sip on and it was $7 for happy hour. They decided to give them selves a $25 tip after giving the worst service. So now I have to dispute this with my bank. Such a rip off and bad people who are just money hungry .

Best experience:). I love coming here on Wednesdays and Friday. Thursdays they have karaoke! So much fun.

Horrible customer service. The bar owners are very money hungry. My friend rented the third floor for a 40th the spot was rented from 7pm-12am. By 1145 they had another party coming in. They rushed us to clean and the customer to the other part were rude and combative. The owners did nothing to deescalate the situation.

Do not go here! Been waiting for more than 10 min to be served at the bar, after some totally drunk guy came to take my order and charged me more than $30 for 2 drinks (which were almost completely liquor while I ordered cocktails). Can't recommend this place at all.
