I spent six days here while attending a workshop in Tucson. Great and sociable hosts along with amazing breakfasts each day -- some of the absolute best breakfast food I have had in my life. My room was perfectly clean and tended to daily. The inn is within walking distance of the university as well as plenty of places to dine or drink. Seriously consider this location during your stay or stop in Tucson, you will not be disappointed.

The Catalina Park Inn reminds me why I prefer a bed and breakfast when traveling. I was not returning to my anonymous hotel each night, I was coming home. I was greeted each morning with the perfect cup of coffee (three cups in fact), a creative, delicious breakfast, and a witty, intelligent conversation with two new friends, my hosts, Mark and Paul. They have a beautiful house, well located near the University and downtown, which has every comfort and a relaxed family feeling. When my wife and I left the Catalina Park Inn, we actually felt like we were leaving family, the good kind of family, the ones you miss. We can't imagine staying anywhere else on our return to Tucson.

Enjoyed every minute of our brief stay at Catalina Park Inn. The breakfast was incredible, the hosts were accommodating to my food restrictions, and the house was warm and comfortable. What a peaceful getaway! We'll definitely be staying here next time we're in Tucson.

We had a wonderful trip to Tuscon and our stay and Catalina Park Inn was a big part of that. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived - Paul and Mark are great hosts (and chefs!). The location cannot be beat - great access to 4 Ave and the history within the house is amazing - don't forget to ask for a tour! We will not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Tuscon!

My wife booked a room here for our recent wedding anniversary. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. The owners welcomed us cordially and we enjoyed frequent conversations with them. The home is beautifully decorated as are the rooms. The room was absolutely immaculate. Breakfasts are a gourmet treat. If we return to Tucson, we will stay here again. Very nice experience.

I stayed at the Catalina Park Inn while traveling to Tucson for work. It was absolutely amazing! I had a room with a side porch which was a lovely spot to sit down with a cup of tea and a book. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious & the inn is spotless!

The quintessential Bed & Breakfast Inn! Welcoming, attentive hosts offer GLORIOUS GOURMET breakfasts; super comfy bed; large second-story room with plethora of windows overlooking garden fountains/palm trees. The setting for this beautifully restored, gracious 1927 home is a pretty, residential neighborhood. We loved our stay!

The hosts are fabulous. The rooms have everything you could need - even earplugs. But what I enjoyed the most was the absolutely gourmet breakfasts. Delicious and beautifully presented - they made me feel so pampered.
