Outstanding experience from Catalog. Such a beautiful store with knowledgeable, helpful staff who are genuinely interested in finding the right pieces for your home. I wasn’t familiar with the store before my Hay sofa purchase and I’m so glad I was pointed in their direction. Customer service exemplary and every interaction with the team really positive. Thank you for my new sofa, I love it.

Catalog has furnished four rooms for us. The pics show the details, including sofas, tables, lamps, desks, shelving and glass display cabinets. Service has been outstandingly good and the few problems we've had, related to suppliers, not Catalog itself, were resolved entirely to our satisfaction. I think they are the highest-quality, most customer-conscious, home furnishing outfit in Edinburgh.

This store stocks the most beautiful items, and it was always on my list places to stop in when I was in Edinburgh. I’ve purchased a few things from them in the past and always had a great experience. However, last week I had to return a rechargeable portable lamp (Kizu) that would come on randomly in the night and wasn’t always responsive to touch controls. Since it was for the guest room bedside table, it wasn’t going to work out. I was made to feel really uncomfortable returning the item, even though I had the receipt and had only purchased it seven days prior. 5 stars for the shop and previous experiences, 1 star for my experience making the return.

Fantastic store. Since moving in to my home I have purchased several items from Catalog and I have always been impressed by both the quality of the product and the customer service. In particular, the choice of light fittings is fabulous. The staff in the store are always very helpful and take time to go through the different furniture options and colours. Delivery is also very good – John is friendly and always arrives on time. For those products with longer lead times, I have always been kept up to date by Dixie and the team. I also appreciate that Catalog check the products prior to delivery – I wish more stores did this. First class customer service. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Catalog for the following 2 reasons. 1. Very good collection of products that refresh from time to time. 2. Extremely customer oriented mentality focusing on delivering satisfactory solutions to its clients. Dixie helped me design my new flat decor and she also did fire fighting for me when other suppliers messed up things. It was very enjoyable and rewarding experience working with Dixie to decorate my flat. I am a converted loyal customer of Catalog now and I have recommended Catalog to friends and neighbours already!

I adore Catalog. It's so beautifully curated inside, the products, gifts and furniture are both of exceptional quality and also cool, and Dixie and Ralf have such a good eye for classic pieces that last - you will never fall out of love with the things you buy from Catalog. Every city should have one.

I moved to Edinburgh last year and was delighted to find Catalog Interiors - it has been complete ‘one stop shopping’ for all the furniture and accessories for my new home, both indoors and outdoors. Dixie, Ralf and all the staff have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly and supportive during a difficult moving house process.
