Catalog is a great company for lots of interior design ideas and furnishings and accessories. The team are super helpful and go the extra mile to help provide ideas and a personal approach to delivering fresh inspiration for your home. No! Not for me. Ordered a lamp shade - over £700 was delivered a month late and then they made me pay an additional £9.50 for a bulb. Come on guys. Customers vote with their wallets. We are trying to buy local. We are long-time customers but it counts for zero. In sales they say it take 10 x more effort to get a new customer over retaining an existing customer. This experience spoils all the goodwill.

Everything that is beautiful in our flat (and that we are frequently complimented for) is a result of the expert guidance from Dixie and the Catalog team. They have the magic touch and the shop is one of my favourite places to explore.
